POOR AND RUDE BEHAVIOR BY OWNER GUY Strongly recommend to avoid a shopping at this store. Basically the owner guy(East Indian wearing a glass) does NOT have a mind of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION in his head and mind both. 10days ago I dropped by for change of watch battery and this owner guy came out from work space with bringing my watch and then told "The crystal glass of watch was broken. After replacement of the glass I will call you next week.." That's all of his response and I could NOT hear anything of "Oh sorry..." or "Aplogy...". I ONLY could see ARROGANCE and RUDE on his face. Absolutely this broken happening was caused this guy's UNSKILLED works of replacement of battery. After one week I dropped by AGAIN with wasting of my valuable time and vehicle gas to pick up my watch and told him "I wasted my valuable time and vehicle gas to come here again due to yourself" H/ever this guy has DISREGARDED customer's reasonable complain and then NO RESPONSE and came back to his working room. I'm sure that this owner guy is NOT qualified to serve anything to the customers and he SHOULD be TRAINED MORE on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS UNSKILLED AND ARROGANT OWNER GUY.

I am being generous with 2 stars ! Polished away my 21K gold ring and its the same size and was supposed to be re-sized 2&1/2 times , Amyn or whatever is his name says he gave .6 grams 21K gold to his jeweler to size up , but its not any bigger and not big enough for the finger THE MIDDLE ONE ! I have a photo on the scale before fixed 14.5 grams and after now its fixed 14.42 grams in photo , but weighed again only 14.38 g, just UNBELEIVEABLE how they can polish away my ring , says I should have asked him to weigh it and he can't trust my photos and scale , well I weighed it on two digital scales and both say 14.38 and the same one said 14.5 before see photos below .No love in this AMORE!

I bought a silver diamond ring and when I got it after waiting for two weeks there was literally a stone missing from the ring. I went back and found out they hadn't even inspected the ring before calling and letting me know it was ready for pick up. Had to wait almost two weeks for the repair to be done, and when it was finally ready the ring was covered in scratches and wasn't shiny at all. Completely ruined the excitement and satisfaction I had when I bought it, couldn't be more disappointed

Terrible customer service. Amin who I believe is the owner is rude and has absolutely poor customer service skills. You call the store and he answers “hello?!” And doesn’t identify the name of the store when calling. He then proceeds to abruptly ask “who is this?!” In my opinion, this is not how you greet clients over the phone. Not friendly, no smile, plain old poor people skills.

NEVER go to this store!!!...I ordered a 14K medal and I paid full for it ( my mistake) when I went to pick the medal up after a week the owner wanted to sell me a small one and 10 K for the same price ...I asked for a refund immediately and the owner did not want to refund my money and tried me so rude....I just wanted my money back...DO NOT go to this store!!

WARNING! Do not get your gold fixed here. I should have had my chain weighed before getting it fixed. I feel I got a different and cheaper chain back. I am so disappointed also as they lied twice to me about phoning and leaving a message. I don’t have message manager!! Yup. Don’t trust them.

I had gotten the lock of a bracelet fixed and a new ring, but the lock fell out and a jewel in the ring had fallen out. I went back in and they said they would fix the lock for me and order a new ring at no extra cost. Very helpful and very professional service!

I had them to make a wedding band to match my engagement ring. A year later, I went to get it plated and was told the gold didn't match. One was 14k and the other 10k. I now have to pay significantly more to have my rings plated.

Amyn did an amazing job making a new setting for my engagement ring and wedding band to match as a set! My diamond is now on display and the new setting show cases my diamond beautifully! Thank you so much I love it!
