Well there are lot of amazing good reviews. Just wondering how many of you tried to exchange or return the jewelry you bought here? Try it and then you will know. Me and my wife always go here as we thought this is a small shop and have decent selection until this week. We bought a small jewelry and we were never told its final sale and we went home. My wife changed her mind overnight and we thought its not a big deal and went to the shop for exchange the following day morning...Guess what? they got our ring and touched & both of them looked at all over and then returned back saying due to covid , they cant exchange. We asked twice and they gave the same reason.... Seriously but she was holding our item without gloves or anything and hubby too. We were kind of shocked as its not even a day and they never said its final sale. Luckily our item is around $500 and we just left...what if we bought some item for 5k and they dont exchange? Lesson learned, never go back...please stay away as you can.....these tricks are not acceptable. If its final sale write somewhere in the shop or say final sale in the reciept. I will never go back as Trust is broken Go here on your own will.

Truly the best gold jewellers in Calgary! I have been going to them for YEARS every since I was little with my parents and now that I’m older on my own as well. Auntie and uncle treat us with so much respect and are always smiling. Auntie knows my taste and style so well she knows what I’ll love before I even ask for it. Great deals and always provide a competitive price compared to other jewellers. We’ve shopped here for our weddings, gifts and normal wear. They have it all. If there’s anyone I would support it’s these guys!

Treated me with the upmost respect as I did wait for other people to go ahead in front of me. Allowed me to explain my situation with my broken chain and they allowed a repair. Patience is key with anybody if somebody is busy then you just wait for them to be free and you cannot budge someone haha they allowed me to wait on the side while looking at other pieces while other people were ahead of me. There is no customer service aspect whatsoever, when entering the shop they treat the customer as if they are a criminal. There's no welcoming greeting or smiling faces. We walked in as a family of 6 to view the selection they had and received nothing but hostility and a cold front. Hate to leave such a negative rating but when you're running a business the least you could do is try and be welcoming to clients.

Apparently being a decent human and having an ounce of customer service is hard to achieve for the people working in this store. Went in looking for 3 bridal sets; but the person helping couldn’t even be bothered to look my way. Thanks for nothing, I will not come back and take my money literally anywhere else.
