Go elsewhere for injectables. Initial appointment...no result. Follow-up appointment...the barest minimal result. Yes, I've had Dysport before that worked which means the product can't be blamed. No-one should need to go back 3x's for a result that should've been noticeable after the 1st appointment. Considering it's not charged per unit means that they can try to get away with using the lowest amount possible & still charge the same. I managed to get some $ back but only after a discussion that was stressful & made me upset. Not nice. Suffice to say..I'm still out of pocket for a failed procedure. Oh...& was stuck with bruising for 3wks as the assistant didn't stop the bleeding correctly. Save yourself time & money & hassle & go elsewhere that is reputable.

The staff are always pleasant. When I got my wisdom teeth taken out by a surgeon in the city I had an infection. Instead of going back to him I gave them a call for a check up and they fixed it for me. Very well priced and generally my bill is covered mostly if not entirely by my health insurance. The staff always seem to see if I’m okay during the clean & checkup and address any concerns I have about pains etc. would recommend to anyone who is nervous about dental work, as they are very soft and will go above and beyond for you.

My 9 yr old son required dental work today. After our initial appt they got us back on the same day to prevent it getting any worse (which we are very grateful for!) Our Dentist & Dental Assistant were amazingly calm, patient & professional while supporting my son, keeping him calm & helping him through his first real dental experience (even when Mum couldn’t cope). All of the staff are helpful, knowledgeable & caring. We will definitely be using Beachside for our family dental needs from now on. Thank you !

Specifically asked when booking an apt would it be covered as I'm with bupa was told yes as they are a bupa prefer clinic only to be told after my apt oh no we aren't top tear so will be a gap would never have gone to this clinic if it was the case $94 suprise bill receptionist did nothing to resolve my concern jusy said sorry well it's not her money is it

Had my regular check and hygiene clean today and again it was a fantastic experience, so glad I move to Beachside Dental Studio, the dentist(s) and all staff are very professional, friendly, premises are modern, clean and tidy big thumbs up …

Went couple years ago now. Dentist give me extreme anxiety. Had a filling on a tooth, which drill was involved. The girl wouldn't stopped when I put my hand up.
