I am a apprentice at Black and Clark Funeral Home. Since being here I have enjoyed the staff to the fullest. I was so afraid in the beginning because of my disabilty with my vision, but, Ms. Linda Mitchell and Emmanuel Pruitt gave me the opportunity to prove my talents and ability. The support staff Rodney, Gary, Tim, Thomas , Theresa and the one and only Ms. Sunday as co workers, I now know that I made the best deecision ever going there. The genuine love and care shown to the families we have serviced since Ive been at Black and Clark, I will entrust my loved ones here at any time. Please whatever your needs are from pre-need insurance to funeral service at hand, you can trust Black and Clark for all your service needs.
Excellent! Ms. Sunday and the staff at Black & Clark Funeral Home were very professional and accommodating. They were able to deliver on all my last minute requests, getting me exactly what I wanted. Mr. Rodney Powell and the funeral directors took great care of me and my family in our time of sorrow. He even made a special early-morning trip to pick up something I wanted incorporated into the service. Thank you so much! We will always be grateful. -Fashion Johnson and Family
They don't care about you or your family member, Mrs Sunday is rude and Mr Lewis can't return a phone call .The speech they give at the end of the service is just that . I wouldn't use this funeral home ever again.Told the grave digger too take the fence off the hinges because it was locked and they didn't have the decency to call the family so we could get someone to unlock the gate too the cemetery.
I know why Black and Clark has been in business since 1914 and currently. Their work is PHENOMENAL! From the moment my family arrived they gave us the highest quality, empathy, kindness and respect regarding our love one. I definitely would recommend Black and Clark to any family doing this time of need. To the owner Ms. Linda Mitchell and complete staff... Thank you for your service, God Bless.
They did and excellent job.with my husband. I have no complaints. This was 2018 he had been sick for about 7 years. He looked wonderful in the casket. Like he had never been sick. Very peaceful. My husbands name was Eurtis E. Hunt.
Mrs. Sunday was a wonderful help to my family. During this hard time. I would recommend the services to anyone. She staff was great. Everyone there has shown why their services has lasted this long. Thanks from the Bennett family
Black and Clark Funeral home has always been professional, and caring. They understand how much the death of a loved one changes your life and they are there for you after the services are over. The Customer Service is 5Star!
EXTREMELY rude. I called inquiring about services and they treated me like complete garbage. At one point, the woman I spoke to even called me a liar. STAY AWAY, this is not the way to treat people that are grieving.
I highly recommend working with Black And Clark Funeral Home when the need arises. They are family focused, caring, professional and worth every dime. The owner is always there to help and the staff is amazing.
It was our pleasure to have Black & Clark provide services for my uncle. They did an outstanding job. Their services were top notch. Thanks to the entire team. The Family of Marion Henry Clay
Great job by everyone, family has a 50yr history. Brother Fred Harper Jr had been sick for a while seeing him laying there you could not see that illness had taken over his body.
Not sure if she is still there but Ms. Sunday was amazing.
