"The tour of the jail was brilliant"
"An amazing experience, lovely guided tour, and it is just 4 Euros for half an hour, absolutely worth it, please do not miss the museum here, especially a letter written by a soldier(James Fisher I think) to his mother, a lovely letter it is, still preserved at the museum"
"Brilliant cafe - really nice fresh food and cakes"
"Interesting place to visit and great guide who entertain only small groups, so not crowded at all"
"Can’t speak to how it was back in the day, but the Kilmainhan gaol prison has really stepped up their food"
The tour of the jail was brilliant. Couldn't ask more of are tour guide. We were left to wander the muesem and then to have a coffee if we would want, staff in coffee shop did not hold the same standards as the jail staff. Quite rude as they seemed to be annoyed when asking for money back after paying. The food was delicious

Brilliant cafe - really nice fresh food and cakes. They do soy milk and I had a lovely toffee apple latte thing (Halloween themed drink). Really recommend after doing the tour, although it feels a bit shallow to enjoy such treats after
Interesting place to visit and great guide who entertain only small groups, so not crowded at all. Recommend to buy tickets in advance. Not suitable for younger children because some of the stories about the jail are really gruesome.
Can’t speak to how it was back in the day, but the Kilmainhan gaol prison has really stepped up their food. The people serving were lovely More
Good service and facilities and good space to have a drink but very expensive for what it is. Very clean and well-kept, as well as quiet.
Authentic. Very moving and insightful. Guides are well informed and explain parts of Irish History in an interesting way - without bias.
Our guide Adam is very passionate and knowledgeable on what happened at this gaol. For an awesome history lesson this tour is a must.
It's easy to see why this is so popular. The story of Ireland wrapped up is architecture and history of struggles.
The staff is superb, extremely helpful, and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the sweet potato soup
The coffee is good but the pricing is totally ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend it unfortunately
Fantastic Historical Tour. So interesting and eye opening. One of the best tours in ireland
Very educational without bias. Enjoyed our visit very much. Kim, our tour guide was great.
I've been to this former prison about few times and it's a very interesting place.
Good coffees and cakes. Wonderful space for a moment of peace and quiet
The cashier was rather dismissive, but I had a delicious cappuccino.
A must see for anyone wanting to understand Irish history.
Food was nice and workers were nice as well
