I come here most days and today I had a Horrible experience in the cafe the girl at the counter had no respect she was ignorant and rude .we first walked in and asked for a table she didn't even bother to look at us and just replied with a simple "no tables" didn't suggest we wait a moment for a seat also there was 3 tables free outside that she didn't even bother to check! We then walked inside because people left so we wanted to sit at a table inside because it was so hot outside , she made us stand and wait at the door for a long time didnt apoligise for the wait,a man finishing his food then said to us we can sit at his table where she left us sitting at a dirty table for ten minutes so we got up and left ,this service was horrible and it's such a shame because the food is lovely ,I will not be back here again and wouldn't recommend this service to anyone there was also people sitting beside us who agreed with the bad service and the lady being very rude and ignorant,we didn't feel welcome at all !

First and last time to this place. Lovely decor, shame about the food. Had an All Day breakfast - 2 sausage, 2 bacon, black and white pudding, has brown, beans, fried egg, toast and tea. Pretty much everything must have been deep fried at the wrong temperature. Sausages saturated in grease with burnt ends, hash brown oozing oil, white pudding overcooked on outside and undercooked on inside, fried egg had shell in it and covered in oil. The toast and beans were the only things that weren't ruined. 3 hours later and I can still taste the grease and my stomach is not happy. I realise it's a 'fry up' but seriously way too much oil and poor cooking. Only went here because my favourite cafe was full. Will not go again.

Brooks is not a bad cafe. Its usually busy and would be useful for a hungover breakfast. I think they are missing a beat. Investing in some better ingredients and upgrading the menu to a quality brunch menu would help compete with the higher quality places around Artane. They should definitely invest in a better coffee brand. The choice of Lavazza would make it never a first choice for coffee lovers as there are specialty coffee options close by. The food is particularly greasy, favoured by some but not most. However, I have nothing bad to say about the cakes, the scone was fresh and I had nice cheesecake on my last visit maybe a better stop for tea drinkers.

Stay clear from brooks cafe! When asked what happened they just said it happens it's only blue paper which containes dye that should not be consumed by humans. They said you still have to pay for breakfast so I'm now taking matters further. This is what Google says Blue 1 may not cause cancer, but confirmatory studies should be conducted. The dye can cause hypersensitivity reactions. Blue 2 cannot be considered safe given the statistically significant incidence of tu- mors, particularly brain gliomas, in male rats. It should not be used in foods.

We have been to Brook's Cafe quite a few times and have always found it to be great service and very good food. The décor is really nice and the staff are friendly. The food comes quickly and there are never any issues with wrong orders. I highly recommend the French toast, bacon and maple syrup. Or if you are in more of a sweet humour, the pancakes and Nutella are pretty awesome. I got a toasted bagel there recently and instead of cream cheese I asked for a slice of black pudding, which wasn’t on the menu. They accommodated me with no hassle whatsoever. Great place to eat.

You can have breakfast, brunch or lunch. Food is tasty and abundant. They offer kids meny also. Nice coffee. You can have your coffee in place or take away. Delicious sweets. Clean place and kind staff. Usually is crowdy. Offers good quality and tasty food and good prices. We will visit it again.

Extremely long waiting time, rude staff lady who after letting us wait for 40min after taking our coffee/ hot chooloate & scones order, didn’t feel the need to apologise. She then tried to overcharge us by €6, again no apology, which was the icing on the cake. Will never return or recommend after the last experience. Been there before a few times with mediocre service but it was alright until the last incident. Never again!

The best little cafe with the best quality of food and amazing coffee. So thrilled to call this my local cafe. It has tastiest menu and best value for money. Its quality of food and portion sizes are just spot on. They have definitely got all the elements of what a good cafe should be. Gorgeous interiors by the way and service is quick and efficient. I arrived late afternoon but I was exhausted & didn't feel like doing my food shopping. All I needed was a "pick me up" coffee, I treated myself to a cherry scone with butter & jam. They were closing @ 4.30pm but I had plenty of time to enjoy my afternoon snack. I felt great afterwards. The waitress was a charming girl. Excellent service with a smile.

Great, cosy place. Lovely interior was a big surprise compare to noteless exterior. Had breakfast there and food was delicious. Coffee was good too. Staff was very helpful and prices are average. A few parking spaces in front of the cafe. All in all, I enjoyed in food and atmosphere and I'll definitely come back again. Would highly recommend.

Have had mixed experiences here, the place closed & re-opened a few times in recent years. My last experience was terrible & the lady was rude & didn't even know the WIFI name not to mention the password. Previous experiences with other staff was great, they were kind, helpful & food was lovely. Will try out place again soon

Ideal hidden gem just off Artane Roundabout. Would definitely recommend. I've been for breakfast, lunch and dinner and loved all the food. The breakfast is very generous and would definitely recommend. They have seating outside also, beautifully decorated. Always spotless Staff friendly.

We stayed a short walk away from Brooks and ate breakfast there every morning. Each morning the food was delicious, the service was great. Brooks became our regular spot for breakfast while staying in Ireland.

This is a really great place to eat. The service is quick and the staff are really nice. Just over a tenner for a delicious breakfast and the pancakes were delicious. Well worth a visit. We've been back three times and have never left disappointed. More

Unfriendly staff. Found moldy cheese in my sandwich, no apology at all. Ordered another, was charged €9 and the waitress didn’t apologize at all. Found very rude and unpleasant.

I ordered a bowl of porridge which took all of 30 seconds for them to make! Came out un- cooked...lump after lump. I ended up not eating it as it was disgusting and it cost me €7 for a bowl of porridge and a cup of tea. Terrible business.

Great local cafe with delicious food and drinks. The service is excellent. This is a super clean cafe with a wonderful outdoor space. Perfect for people watching. Lovely coverage to shade or take cover. Well worth a visit.

Extremely rude manager who should learn how to deal with customers appropriately. Inside decor looks like, what I imagine, a teenage girls bedroom looks like. Very tacky. Most definitely will not be back, ever.

Lovely staff, good service, unfortunately for me the desserts are too sweet, but they have a good espresso and a great americano. You can take the customer loyalty card and every 10 coffe you can get one free.
