I have been a member of Budget Fastbreak for almost 10 years. Your rental facilities have continued to fail my expectations and the expectations of those who stand in long lines with me. I reserved my car before my trip, like always, to avoid waiting in a line at the rental car facility. However, On this particular day, 22FEB2023, I showed up to the Fastbreak window, with nobody behind the counter and only two employees at the Avis counter trying to assist the long line of customers who also reserved their car ahead of time. No communication of why the lines were slow and long, After an hour, I had to approach the desk to ask why there was no action. Answer: they gave away all of the reservations to other customers and were waiting for other cars to be returned. What is the point of reserving a car, if you're just going to give it away? Shame on you, Budget.

Trunk had a spot soaked in gasoline that stuck out the car, wicked into my girlfriend’s luggage and ruined clothes. The vehicle had not been properly inspected before handing it over to us. I didnt notice because the trunk was open. My girlfriend said all the windows were down when she got in. We couldnt ignore the smell. Windows down or up a/c on it didnt make a difference. After arriving at our destination we realized her suitcase and clothes inside wreaked of gasoline! It was so bad the entire hotel room wreaked if it. We had to lock it away in the bathroom and eventually threw it and the clothes away. Fortunately the corporate office refunded the expense of the rental, but that cant take away the headache or return her favorite clothes.

Fine vehicle, fine price. They only take cards by magstrip so watch out for fraud. A month after I returned a rental used for commuting within town for 3 months (very boring, nothing happened) I got a bill for "Excessive Exterior Dirt" at $450. A customer service rep sent me a photo of two tissues and some crumbs under a mat (I have kids, this is.. nothing), reported by this branch on Roosevelt. Take a look at the photo they sent. They billed $450 to vacuum this for 15 seconds. Definitely a scam. Watch out!

The worst Rental Car Experience ever. Got to the desks before advertised closing and was informed curtly I’d have to go down to the Avis desk. Where I waited for over 15 minutes to get the service window and 45 minutes to get the transaction completed due to poorly trained staff and system issues. It was 28 degrees.

We have now rented several times from this Budget location and they have been VERY helpful. Always prompt and have the car we reserved ready and waiting when we arrive. They have been able to answer questions when they came up from the road. Great and convenient location for anyone on the northeast side of Seattle.

Competent. Friendly. Fast return. When I rented car the tank was 3/4 full. Was noted but I needed to drop at different location. This required a new contract (@ no cost). So gas tank info was lost. This fellow believed me w/o hesitation. Definitely recommend. Only negative is steep steps up to office.

Unhappy that after showing reservation and drivers license. The rep did not give me the rental. He said that I needed a second form of identification. Who carries a second ID? That has never happened in any other car rental agency. Unfortunately, Budget and Avis lost a customer.

Very happy with the vehicles and service here the manager was great I had a small issue with moneys due to a check not clearing when it was suppose to and she worked with me instead of calling the interprize cops on me,"thanx" you know who you are .

This is my first time renting from the University Seattle District. The staff there was very pleasant to work with. The Agent there also remembered that I needed a ride back to the Children's Hospital and offered me a ride back with no charge.

Terrible- rented a car for my Son and they only had 3 cars to choose from which were not what was reserved. The guy at the counter told me a reservation doesn't mean a thing. WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. HORRIBLE customer service and place

I'm currently sitting on the steps of this business trying to figure out what to do because they closed before my pickup time, leaving without notice or any way to get the car I paid for until 24 hours late.

Great rental experience from this location. It was easy, the clerk was friendly and efficient. I would rent from this location again if needed.

Good experience, decent pricing, helpful employees. Was delivered a clean car with 2500 miles on the clock. What else can you ask for?

Service very bad. Rental car was filthy. Seats very stained and exterior dented. Return clerk, 15 mins late. No receipt.
