If you have Dentophobia like myself, this is the best place to go. I would give 10/5 if I could. It's changed my view on the dentist a lot. I suffer from a serious fear of the dentist, due to an accident when I was younger. Have avoided going at all costs for the last 15+ years. Today I had no choice but to go, a nightmare come true. Let me tell you, I am so glad I went. Everyone was incredibly friendly and genuine. Very understanding of how terrified I was. They took my feelings into account first above all else. I didn't feel judged, or pressured, I felt like I mattered as a human being. I didn't feel forced to accept treatment, was able to back put any time. They took baby steps with me and walked me through the whole process. Words can't describe how much that helped me, I'm so incredibly happy. While I'm still scared of the dentist, I no longer feel fainting just at thought of going. Thank you so much Dr Adrian I never thought I'd see the day where I get a tooth pulled and go through with it.

Ive been to many dentists in the UK and Aust. Im 72, and have an overbite that was never addressed as a child so Ive had major problems with my top jaw smashing my lower teeth when I eat. On 3 Feb a tooth of 62 years cracked, I had felt pain when I chewed on that side for a while. My dentist in the city was on holiday, his receptionist gave me this Practice. I got an appointment and saw Dr Louise Cooper pm same day, She was fabulous. I knew the tooth had to come out, she did an xray, it was a tough one to come out, but she didnt get flustered. I was impressed with the way she extracted it. The gum healed fine, although you think the hole will never heal but it did. I realise that the pain I had for at least 3 years prior was probably a crack that didnt show up. Thank you Dr Louise.

Very positive and friendly reception staff. I definitely like the way they are up front with any and all costs involved in your treatment plan. I am happy with the work I have had done. My only suggestion is that Dr Eugenie polishes up on her bed side manner. She is just a bit distant and detached. There is barely a hello when you arrive and next to no conversation to try and make you feel comfortable before she commences your treatment. It feels kind of awkward like she doesn’t really want you to be there but overall the work she has done on my teeth is very good.

Booked in for a tooth extraction a week in advance and nobody thought to tell me that I wouldn't be able to drive after sedation. It was a scramble for me to arrange to be picked up after the procedure. Seemed more concerned with money then patient care. It was repeated to me on 4 seperate occassions that I would need to pay up front, cash before they would proceed. Felt completely uncared about by staff. Didn't discuss with me after care. I had to Google it myself once I got home. Do NOT recommend going to this practice. Please go elsewhere!

They need to give prices before going ahead and doing procedures. I had to pay $377.30 for 2 teeth to be pulled, I could of had the urgent one pulled one day and the other another day if I knew I was going to be charged that much and make my 3 kids go without things they need for 3 days cos I used all my money paying the dentist bill.. It's been a week now since I have had the teeth removed and I have been in agony since the novocaine wore off. To find out I have dry socket! Not going back there again

I cannot recommend this dental surgery highly enough. The dentists, dental assistants, hygienist and receptionists are all very caring and knowledgeable, and lovely, and are happy to spend time explaining anything regarding your care. My dentist Dr Richard Bui has gently, patiently, and caringly, worked through my dental issues, and, apart from the actual surgery e.g. extractions, whch is not really a problem, it is always a pleasure to visit the surgery for my ongoing care

Fantastic, caring service from a great team, from the friendly, welcoming reception team, always happy to re-arrange appointments if needed, a great Oral Health expert in Jesse, keeping my teeth healthy, clean and in the best condition possible, and dentist Louise, who has today made and fitted a crown for me. It's great to have such a professional team just down the road. Thanks for making a visit to the dentist bearable, and almost enjoyable, as much as that is possible!

I had not been to the dentist in ages, and was very nervous. The staff were all amazing. The reception team made me feel at ease, and the dental hygienist was very gentle, caring and genuinely interested in me. She was very thorough and detailed in her findings. I also then saw the dentist who was very re-assuring as I have some serious damage to my gums. I honestly had the best experience I have had at a dental practice. Thank you for looking after me.

All of the staff in the practice are very welcoming and friendly. Dr Meylad and Carys were extremely professional, provided me with options, costs and a treatment plan before starting treatment. I’m delighted with the finished bridge and can happily smile again as it’s a big improvement on both the fitting and colour of the crowns which were replaced. I have never come across a dentist who takes more pride in their work than Dr Meylad.

Highly recommend! Everyone here is very lovely and they make an effort to make you feel comfortable. They make all the pricing very clear and talk you through all that you need to know. The receptionist ladies are very kind and Dr Adrian is very professional and welcoming. They even called me and gave a complimentary check up after getting my wisdom tooth extracted. Definitely recommend

Amazing, I won’t be going anywhere else now I’ve found these guys! I needed IV sedation dentistry, and these guys offer it once a month with a very experienced Anaesthesiologist. Dr Adrian and his team are so lovely, they are kind and have a good sense of humour, and are great with patients with dental anxieties. Price wise I thought it was very reasonable, and the results were outstanding!

Had a fantastic experience. Very Friendly staff! Dr Adrian was amazing to deal with and took the time to explain the findings of my check up in a way you could easily understand. I walked in the clinic with mild nerves as many patients would; and I left looking forward to go back. This was by far my best dental experience, and it was second too none. I would highly recommend this clinic.

If you are after a new dentist then I highly recommend this clinic! I knew I was in good hands after my comprehensive check-up with Dr. Richard Bui and clean with the hygienist Nick. Great clinic for the whole family! The staff were friendly and understanding. Their fees are lot cheaper than my previous Dentist so now there's no excuse putting off my dental check-ups anymore :)

Staff is wonderfull but not a expert job done on my tooth. The filling fell 4 times. They suggested the crown but couldn’t do a great job on that too. Had to remove the crown as it was too painful and it made my tooth too sensitive. They suggested to try the crown again. I had enough and had to say no. I will not Go there again

Dr Louise Cooper was so professional and I have absolutely zero discomfort after having a filling in today. She filed it down perfectly and I can’t recommend her enough. I was a little shocked at the cost as it was more than I was expecting. I wasn’t made aware of any pricing indication beforehand, which would have been nice.

I haven't been to the dentist in years, so when I needed an emergency appointment I completely freaked out- however, I felt in the right hands (I take my 8 year old here everytime) and the ladies were so accommodating and informative and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Thank you for making the process so easy!

Not sensitive and kind. Injections needed to be administered more slowly. Very painful. Had to ask for water to rinse the injection fluid from my mouth. I was trembling after the tooth removal but was not helped out of the chair. Infection was mentioned but no treatment offered. Definitely just a business.

Wonderful experience!! Jesse the Oral Health Therapist was absolutely amazing, took his time and discussed everything from start to finish. In addition the staff were warm and caring and made our son feel at ease. We are very happy with the care and treatment received. Would highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely amazing service with the dentist and the dentist assistant, Told me every step and applied the Novocaine in the right spots and took out my wisdom tooth within minutes. Also told me and showed what is happening with my other teeth. Explained it very well. Highly Recommend :)

Very professional dental visit. They have fair prices too, a plan was given to me and explained well - they even do Afterpay and ZipPay. It was a pain-free visit, and all of the staff are really welcoming and friendly. Good family dentsit, felt very comfortable and will return again

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Procedure was quick, and they are really good at making you feel at ease. They make an effort to make sure you're comfortable and the doctors are straight to the point. Pricing is really good, too, and they make sure to explain the costs.

I have seen dr Cooper on numerous occasions and have had nothing but positive experiences. My teeth are not that great and I have always felt comfortable there. My one year old son has also seen another dentist here and they were absolutely amazing with him. Great service!

I had an appointment with Dr Louise, she is absolutely amazing. Makes you feel 100% comfortable and is quick at what she does. I had a tooth removed, took no longer than 5 minutes after having the surrounding area numbed. AMAZING! Highly recommend her work and nature.

Friendly and welcoming staff, they accept after pay to. Staff are upfront with costs and very supportive to ensure you get the results you are after. Comfy chairs with TV on ceilings to! Very happy with my service and I will definately be returning here in the future.

They changed their billing policy for kids without advising us before their treatment. They really need to work on their financial consent practices. Their staff are kind and friendly but unfortunately they have now lost us as long term customers.....such a shame.

All the staff were courteous and genuinely concerned for my welfare. They paced my visits for my comfort. Thoroughly recommend. Explained options and costs clearly. I was on budget so work was done in order of priority. Staff even played my favourite songs.

Had an appt. for clean, but gave me treatment plan for clean in 3 appointments!! Second appt. was for 70 minutes, finished the clean in 35 mins and still saying come for next apppointment!! The price is ridicolously high!! Never recommend.

Absolute nightmare! Worked on wrong teeth! Had to go back several times as work not done! Extremely painful and locked jaw(very frightening) Filling has just fell out! Rectified by a different dentist today Pain Free!!!

Great dentist. We needed an emergency appointment for a child and they fit us in on a weekend. All covered by the school dental scheme. The receptionist was lovely.
