WOW! What an an Amazing experience I had this afternoon with Dental on Metro at Mawson Lakes! Highly recommend Peter and his Team. Peter communicates and explains every single step of your procedure so that you feel 100% at ease. To put my review into context, I have a needle phobia and a dental phobia and the experience this afternoon has put the Biggest Smile on my face in a long time. Peter uses numbing gel before the needle, and you do not feel any needle pain. From my experience, the worst part for me today was having to hold my mouth open for some 15mins. Lol - Thank you Peter!

I cannot rate this practice highly enough - from the minute you walk in the door the experience is amazing. Customer service is impeccable, you are treated like gold. Dr Bertossa is such a kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring person and treats you with the utmost dignity and respect. I have always been terrified of the Dentist but now I almost look forward to my 6 monthly check up.

Every staff member here from the admin, dentists & dental assistants were caring, welcoming, & very lovely. I’ve had a bit of a dental phobia but after visiting here for 3 visits, I now feel comfortable coming regularly for checkups. I don’t think I’ll ever LOVE visiting the dentist but these guys were great and helped me calm my nerves

I loved the whole experience. Dr Peter Bertossa and his wonderful receptionist and dental assistant made my anxieties disappear with their expertise. I came for an emergency filling and have now made him my Dentist. Just wish he was medibank preferred but its lucky for Bupa patients .

I cannot recommend them enough. They’ve been managing my family’s dental care for almost 2 years now and every visit was surely pleasant. Drs Peter and Arjun are both impeccable, dental assistants are lovely, Ms A in the front desk is so, so nice!

Very friendly staff and Peter is incredible at what he does. He is very meticulous with his work and will take the time to answer any questions you have in painstaking detail. Highly recommend!

The dentist was amazing with my almost 2 year old, not only did my son get a sticker but he also got a balloon. I would 100% recommend.
