My DVD BLUE RAY RECORDER just shut down and I couldn't get it to work so I called a place not far from me that is supposed to take care of Panasonic items and they told me that they don't do Panasonic any more because they can't get the parts so I called Force Electronics at Findon and I took it in and got an estimate of how much it was going to cost and it was less than what I thought it would be and a week later I got it back as good as new. The staff there are very friendly and honest. I got it fixed for a lot less than it would have been if I had gone out and bought the exact same one as even at a black Friday sale the same one was on special for $599 down from $899. So I saved a very lot of money by getting it fixed. I would tell anyone if you're electronics fail you and it was expensive to buy then I would very highly recommend you take it here.

First positive was the free quote to fix my Blu Ray player. Some others want $60 or $70 just to look at it. Maybe you get that off the bill if you proceed with the repairs, but if you decide not to, you've paid that money for nothing. So, big tick for the free quote. Other positives were that Force fixed the problem promptly (about a week turnaround) and for the price quoted. Throw in the friendly service as well and they have a happy customer ! I highly recommend these guys.

Took a working high end cd player in to have some capacitors replaced, a week later and they phoned for me to collect, fobbed me off with some rubbish about the laser being dead (again it worked when I dropped it off) it was damaged and no longer working, the work sheet was blank and nobody would tell me what work they had (or hadn’t) done. If you need an aerial for a caravan I’m sure they are great DO NOT TAKE HIGH END AUDIO GEAR HERE!!!!

Whenever I submit a vintage boombox for possible repair (depending on the faults), the free quote is usually fair and reasonable (I've known Dominic since 1996). I've ordered parts for non-workshop repairs from Findon which the store didn't have in stock many times and they usually arrive within 2-3 weeks. Zero hassle. I would definitely consider doing business there again. 5 stars for excellent and professional service.

If you can't find parts for old record players, VHS players, etc... come and see Force. If they don't have them, they will likely get them in. One of my favourites.
