Ask a simple question and don't get an answer! Try and get some service and have to interrupt 4 worker's sitting there talking to each other. Then cop an attitude like I've interrupted there day! Then asked some clown about a DVD but his expertise didn't extend to DVD'S so he left me standing there waiting till the experts arrived but he told me to shop somewhere else in the city (not JB Hi-Fi) as JB didn't have the DVD I wanted (so I opened the JB app on my phone and showed him they did in fact have it advertised) which apparently he didn't like! All in all what a waste of time and then have to cop attitudes from a bunch of worker's who obviously didn't want to work was the last straw!! Give your staff an attitude adjustment JB Hi-Fi as me having to deal with these clowns triggered my never shop here again nerve

Wanted to buy something that was advertised as out now but when I asked for one I was told sold out no stock. I said they should place a sold out on the big promotional ticket but was told that's not JBs policy. I spoke to the manager who promptly told me much the same thing of which I said I would pass my feedback to JB HQ, he said good luck with that. I was once a JB customer but took my business elsewhere because of this type of customer service. I went to a competitor got the same item deal, they matched the price no sweat and i was happy as. 1 star for what they used to be, a business that was customer centric which is no longer evident in particular, management. If you want to go to a business that hides behind policy and procedures go to JB and in the managers words 'good luck with that'

Got a great deal on an item I wanted. The staff seemed very friendly, although there weren't many, likely because the store seemed very quiet. Perhaps the location of the store is lost to such a large shopping centre with marginal foot traffic. The store seemed a little more of a tidy department store than the 'in your face' approach of yellow and black marketing signs and streamers the other stores seem to decorate with, which felt a bit odd, like I was in a Harvey Norman or similar. In all, decent place, worth a look, and hey - JB HiFi is an institution of its own, there aren't many other store brands that are as effective and relevant as this.

Looking at a computer monitor online got told to come into the store because they are too busy coz its Black Friday. Went to the store and the monitor online said $597 save $40. Instore the price was $849. Asked the sales staff and he said yeah we havent had a chance to change our instore prices yet but it is $597 you are saving $250... So many lies when the website says your saving $40 at $597. Avoid going instore all the prices are jacked up to catch people out. By the way Officeworks and all the other stores regular price for this monitor is $597 because I bought 1 2 weeks ago and have thoroughly researched them

There was no staff around to serve you & it wasn't even busy. After waiting a while looking for someone to ask a question to, I went to the counter (which is unhelpfully right at the very back of the store) to ask for help & the girl there said "if you wait near what you are looking at, someone will come you" to which I told her I had been for some time & there is not a soul in site. She called for someone over the radio for help so I went back to wait. After 10 mins I left as there was still no service. Not overly impressed with the Elizabeth store... unlikely to go back.

Difficult to get served there for items that need a bit of specialist help like mobile phones. When I was waiting for help, another customer approached the one salesperson in the area, who was helping someone else. The salesperson said that there should be more salespeople around but he didn't know where they were. He made no attempt to call for anyone to attend the area. Another salesperson entered the shop with a Boost Juice in his hand. When also asked for help, he said he was on his break, and walked off, also without attempting to get anyone to help.

Very good store with a wide range of products. The layout of the store is very tidy, well presented, and quite easy to find what you are looking for. I have removed 1 star as it was very hard to find a staff member to assist with an enquiry I had - there were not enough sales representitives on the showroom floor. This JB Hi-Fi does have an excellent range of products, from TVs to phones, tablets, laptops, gaming needs and accessories. I will continue shopping at this store for my audio visual and technological needs, the.

What a joke the customer service was Went in yesterday looking to buy a new google pixel phone and wanted to know more about them hung around the phone area for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come help me but nothing ‍♂️ While waiting I was looking at the drones as I’m interested in one for our bike rides and for my cape York trip coming up but still no one was interested in helping ‍♂️ Got more interest from the security guard at the door than the staff

Asked a sales rep for help who told me to wait and instead tailed someone else looking at a more expensive product who didn’t look like they were even asking for his help in the first place. I’ll keep note to avoid that staff member. Waited for 5 min and he never came by or called someone else to help me. Super disappointing. I eventually found someone else who was super nice to help me ☺️ Had it sorted and made my purchase within minutes! I’ll have to grab his name next time.

Enjoyed the experience, big fan of the mostly open floor layout with lower tables and shelving in the middle with the taller ones on the outside, allowing to see around the store more, albeit the lack of signage either means you need good eyesight or need to walk up to areas to figure out what's in them. Staff are some of the nicest and easy to talk with people I've ever met. Never had a bad experience here and by the looks of things I'm never going to have one.

Checked online before going in to Elizabeth store and 2 others had stock of my item. Tried to upsell me an insurance plan before selling me the item I said it wasn't required then was told there was none in stock in Australia and offered a more expensive product. I went to one of the other stores bought my product and accessories and left very positive feedback as it was a good experience. I wouldn't recommend the Elizabeth store, go to another if you can.

Went in to buy $1300 phone with my elderly father but salesman was only interested in trying to sign him up to new phone plan that he didnt need/want. Told us it was the best price we would get but found it online at HN for cheaper and with a $100 gift voucher. It seemed to be predatory/pressure sales technique against an elderly person. Wasnt impressed at all. Try listening to the customer about their needs and not what gets you a bigger commission.

The store usually always has popular items in stock but the staff are hit and miss. Some just aren't interested in helping customers, while there are a few members who really seem to carry the entire team. Not really a fan of the way jb sells items to customers. You can really get handballed around and there can be some miscommunication between people working the floor and staff out the counter. Sometimes it can take a long time to get assistance.

I know it was near the end of shift, but the attitude at the service desk after I asked if I could access JB Commercial pricing (which I have done before multiple times) was pretty poor. Was told no. Then a store person popped their head through asking if there was more to the question... She was told no by the cashier, even though I would have love to enquire more. I understand everyone has bad days, but it cost me $20 on my purchase.

I was shopping for my sons Christmas present and I asked a cashier if she knew where the product was and she flat out just told me it was out of stock. I was so disappointed I looked everywhere else in the centre with no luck so I looked online on my phone and it said in stock so I went back to jb hi fi and ask someone else to check stock and they had heaps, so I grabbed one but I was so upset the cashier was so quick to not even care

I love JB HI- FI. I've shopped there many times. Bought a computer from them as well But this time it was to tell them that Facebook has a JB HI-FI scam..For a laptop. You may of seen it. I know,who'd sell laptops for 3$ right? You'd be right if you said no-one. They tried to take 113.00 as well. They can't do anything they said. Please be careful. Don't click on it. They actually DID take 116$ .I'm fighting to get it back

Rude staff, that never ask if you need anything. Have to go out of your way for them to do their jobs and ask you for what you're looking for, once bought a watch for $500 and was treated like a criminal when I asked a simple question about their return policy. Terrible place, highly expensive and no budgeting options considering the high rrp on everything in the store

They are turning into a toy shop with lots of star wars toys, DVD and CD section is getting smaller and smaller a shame really but they do sell vinyl records, (Munno para store doesn't even have DVD section anymore so I don't go there) Usual big screen TVs, laptops and accessories also cameras, might be a bit cheaper but everyone has special sales on these items.

Staff are too busy chatting to each other to offer help, say hello or even smile when you are looking at them. Did not know now where the register was so put my product down and walked out. Went straight to Munno Para ... at least 6 staff members approached me and ended up spending much more than I intended. Won't be going back to Elizabeth anytime soon!

The lady covid marshal at your front door is amazing. I asked her if you had a particular CD in stock. She made a quick call, pointed me in the direction of a young fellow who was now holding the CD. I was in and out of the cashier line-up in seconds. Best experience ever and it all started with that amazing lady at the door

On Tuesday 4th of October I rang several times to be put on hold for 5 min intervals I wanted to org Def a cygnett mobile phone holder advertised at $34.95 I gave up talking to staff so I got a friend to pull in to your shop this morning to find the phone holder was now $45.00. Refused to show me what i came in for. Walked out will never shop at JBHI FI again. Officeworks sells the same but cheaper and better service!

Came in on the 13th of may to collect an online order first the staff were great but the security not so much was showing my proof of purchase. and ended up taking the item i bought out of my hands.to ask a staff member if it was sold. whats point in proof of purchase if gonna have people assuming otherwise.
