I’d like to first off state that everyone that served me were very kind and did their best despite being understaffed. However, I’ve decided to write this review as I feel like I was miscorrectly labeled as a liar and provided false information during the process of trying to return a faulty product. I had recently purchased an ROG Ally through the initial preorder period as I was excited to receive the product day one, however after a couple of weeks of usage the device’s sd card reader grew to become faulty through the high temperatures the device was outputting, this issue has become increasingly more common and if you go to any user forum you’ll find a vast number of people are having the same issue. When I went to return the device I had told the people who were serving me that ASUS had provided word on the issue, however due to the fact that ASUS has been wildly incompetent with the handling with their PR on such matters and is only providing updates via their discord server. Again I want to say thank you to everyone who took the time to help even the girl who wasn’t experienced with solvup but tried her best to give it a go, but to be told during the refund that the issues I listed were false rubbed me the wrong way and has put me off from shopping with you guys again

These people sold me a lemon of a fridge from Hisense. The only smooth part of this purchase was when they took my money. The delivery was a nightmare that took two attempts then we find out the water and ice don't work, they tell us to call Hisense. First Hisense want to send a part for us to fix it ourselves Then they say to go back to JB hi-fi and return it as "damaged on delivery". JB hi-fi want to argue and don't believe that Hisense would say that. Staff stand out the back making a "game plan" before they come out to speak with us. They should have spoken a bit quieter, I heard them from the showroom with all of their " if he says ....., I'm going to ...." Constant mucking around with no-one really solving the problem. Three weeks later, we eventually get our money back. Pathetic service with zero care factor once they have your money.

Sales representatives are very accommodating, but the delivery team needs improvement. We waited the whole day just to receive our TV delivery, but it didn't arrive. We were disappointed because we were expecting it to arrive a day after we purchased the TV, as they had promised. Moreover, it's frustrating because we live only 4.8 km away from the shop, so there shouldn't have been such a delay in the delivery. The inconvenience caused us great inconvenience and left us with a negative impression of the delivery service. We hope that the company takes our feedback seriously and works on improving their delivery process to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

The extended warranty 'replacement warranty ' is a complete scam it was explained to me that if the product is faulty they would replace it in store no issues.. that is so far from the truth when you go to claim the extended warranty they want nothing to do with it they tell you to call the number on the warranty paperwork which then tells you to send it off to be assessed....at your own cost.the extended warranty has nothing to do with jb hi fi they just make it sound like the best thing ever till you have the nightmare of trying to claim it

The person who attended to us was very helpful and knew the information we needed to choose a new android phone. We went to three other places to check the price it was cheaper at JB Hifi and the service was superior so we went back to buy the phone and we were provided information for possible accessories we might need including a cover for the phone and screen protector and fast charger. No ridiculous up-sell, just things we might need. Thanks so much to Andrew, he is really helpful.

If you are an elderly person who wants to buy something, you may find being ignored by the staff. I am unwilling to beg to be attended and therefore go online and buy goods elsewhere. I am not sure if it is bad staff training by JB Hi-Fi or just rudeness of its staff which makes us feel not welcome. It seems that the culture of age discrimination is more widespread in this company than in most others.

We had done our homework online on fridges before going into the store, so we knew what we wanted. Staff were really helpful and triple checked the bonus was applied. Quick through registers(apart from me transferring money into the wrong account, haha), and delivery was organised for the next day. Great communication through the entire process. Will buy from here again, really happy.
