When I see "Pininfarina" on an Italian car, I immediately think elegant, unique Italian design. I've purchased furniture from Haig and his team for both my clinic and my home. Working with Haig has always been a fantastic experience. When I learned that he studied Industrial Design in Torino, I was reminded of the great Pininfarina. You can feel the spirit of a great designer in Haig, and you see it in the quality of the pieces of both work and art he carries at Form Furniture. Unique, versatile design. Exceptional quality. Canadian made furniture, much of it from Montreal, practically makes it "farm to table" or better yet, "studio to home." I highly recommend Form Furniture. We're fortunate to have such a high quality store and a "Disegnatore" in the neighbourhood.

We had a wonderful experience. We visited all the furniture stores and found what we needed at this cute shop in little Italy. We wanted something that would last us for years, stylish and comfortable. We dealt with Haig, the owner, who was VERY patient with us. We showed him pictures of our house and told him what we were looking for. He helped us pick out fabrics as well. He is very familiar with his products. We love our tables and chairs! Thank you, we will visit you again soon.

I don't know where other reviews found reasonable prices in this store. It's extremely overpriced. They have some nice pieces, bit others are cheap plastic wood look and still cost thousands of dollars. You can get very similar designs at structube, many many times cheaper. I literally saw a dupe of a $300 structube desk with cheap plastic top, and it was over $1000 at this store

Forms Furniture has truly delivered on their mandate by providing beautiful and great quality furniture. I personally bought sectional sofas, corner lamps, side coffe tables, and a dining table with 8 chairs. The delivery was smooth! I definitely got what i paid for - their design was sleek, modern, sturdy and extremely comfortable.

Edit in response to the store: Of course I have, why would I write a review if I hadn't? Abysmal service and poor quality furniture. I would never shop here again. I love encouraging local, independent stores, so this came has a huge disappointment to me. I would have been better off shopping at IKEA.

Excellent products and service. The staff were incredibly helpful in helping me pick my couch. They explained to me the different materials eg memory foam vs feathers and the range of sofas available. Just a pleasure to deal with and the prices are very reasonable.

Beautiful showroom with mid-century and modern designs, so much variety to choose from and I love the Canadian custom option! Also love that you can find pieces in different price ranges and how helpful the service is. So inspiring just to be in the store!

Haven’t even unpacked my purchases yet but so impressed by the friendliness and quality of the service. Would recommend to anyone looking for stylish pieces at reasonable prices that you can’t easily find elsewhere.

Going to this store is like going on a trip where you can see multiple nice pieces of furniture and beautiful decor spaces. I went for ideas and I got wonderful pieces like a lamp, a tray and an ottoman!
