Worst customer service experience. They lie about everything. Reason :- I purchased a Recliner sofa set they delivered me a defected sofa set. informed them about the defect and bad cushion. They delivered me again a defective sofa set that has a leather cut, i was told that defect can be fixed using glue. In short :- I was made to bought defective sofa set for $2000 ======================== In detail Reason :- I purchased a Recliner sofa set they delivered me a defected sofa set. I called furniture point and informed them about the defect and bad cushion. 1 months passed; I didn’t hear anything back from them. I called for a follow up the excuse was that we were busy and soon we will send our agent to have a look. Agent inspected recliner and informed me it has a manufacturing defect (i asked for a replacement). Agent said I will inform owner and you will hear from us soon. I waited for another 1 month to get a call back. After waiting for long time i visited store and asked about the follow up. The salesperson said yes, we know but you must pay for expenses of delivery and repair, I said mam you are forgetting it is a manufacturing defect. She very rudely pointed out my mistake by saying “you must have bought the sofa by looking and testing it” I again reminded her I was shown picture and I finalized the sofa by looking picture, I tested similar sofa set you had in shop for display. She mentioned I will inform owner and he will contact you. I got a call from owner he agreed for a replacement said we have one sofa similar to that we will arrange a replacement for defective love chair. You can visit store and confirm the colour if it matched your sofa set. After waiting another 1 months they delivered me a replacement sofa set on (Sep 30, 2023 ) that has a leather cut. I pointed out a defect and in answer furniture point agent said you can use a glue to fix it (I was surprised by the answer). He called the owner and owner said it is the same sofa that you looked when you visited the shop, I mentioned I visited to confirm the colour it is your responsibly to check for any defects before making delivery. ======================== I am using a edit to give a reply 1 to your reply . firstly in reply you mentioned that defect was made by me. that means the agent that was sent by you (who inspected the recliner was lying and the girl you have as customer service representative is also lying), you know it was defective piece that was delivered. again please don't lie in reply to review. secondly, you are mentioning you inspected the sofa, than how come on delivery I am getting a leather torn sofa. no customer will accept a defective replacement sofa. if you are running a business please don't lie to your customers. have some shame making fool and lying publicly. Run your business with honesty.

I usually don’t write many reviews but i really had to this time. I bought a king size mattress a couple weeks back but unfortunately I wasn’t able to carry it to the level above as the clearance between the stairs and the level above wasn’t much. I got really worried after I saw a couple of reviews stating they would not replace / refund and to be honest it was also mentioned in the receipt they provided that it’s a final sale. But I gave them a call and without any arguments they replaced the item. Both the representatives (the lady in the store and another guy) were very patient and understanding. I really appreciate how they dealt the situation. The guys who came for delivery were also nice and helped carry the mattress upstairs. Thank you!

Firstly, going in to actually look and buy the furniture was a horrible experience, in the way that the salesman was extremely pushy and rude. We ended up buying a couch and the delivery was an even worse encounter. If that’s even possible. They struggled to get the couches through the door, this should’ve been a relatively smooth transition but it took much longer than it should’ve. On top of that, they broke our closet door, left holes in our ceiling, and on the walls. Clearly, these men were inexperienced within their trade. They refused any compensation, saying it wasn’t their problem and that was bound to happen. If you would like a bad experience and extreme damage done to your home then this is your store.

It was a hassle free and a great experience with Furniture Point for all of key furniture purchase. I bought recliner set, 2 Beds with mattresses, Dining table, Study table. All are looking premium products considering strength and durability. Delivery was super fine, thanks to Tanveer and Harshpreet who were super efficient in delivering and assembling the entire set in quick time and for giving us tips. Special thanks to Jeevan for his help on furniture selection and managing the entire purchase. We look forward to visit again for other items in the near future and recommend everyone to at least pay a visit during their furniture hunt.

We got our living room furniture from Furniture Point and it was one of the best experiences. With a new home purchase and the stress to furnish the house, Jeevan and his team helped us in picking the right furniture at the right price. They were very patient in providing us a variety of choices with the designs. They customized furniture as per our colour scheme and liking. The delivery was smooth with on time delivery. After our dealing with them, we have recommended them to our other friends and family members and all of them have had a great experience with them. I look forward to ordering more furniture from them in the future.

This furniture store does not have genuine sale reps. The sales rep (JEEVAN RAINDI) tells lots of lies to convince a customer. This is the only furniture store that will not let you exchange a piece of furniture if it doesn’t suite your space or the colour doesn’t blend well..Do not go to furniture point to purchase a furniture is my best advice. If all sales are final, PUT A BIG NOTICE in front of your store and on your website to say so and make sure your sales rep is not saying otherwise. Products purchased under strong and overpowering persuasion from the sales rep and can not be exchanged or returned can NEVER be authentic!

Purchased a new sofa with chaise online. Delivery was set for Saturday October 14rd. It is now 9:02am and I am sitting on my new set as I write this review. Delivery from Jimmy and his crew was seamless. He took great care to ensure no damage was done to the set or the entrance doors to our house. The crew then set it up and it looks wonderful after our renovation. We will hopefully see Jimmy again as we have ordered the ottoman that matches this set. All in all, from dealing with the in store personnel to the delivery crew, this was a great shopping experience

This place is a rip off , never buy any thing from here . We bought couch from here 4 months ago and now it looks like 5 years old already . We tried to help local business and our community. But these guys doesn’t deserve it . Be careful . I tried calling them they said they can’t do anything . Nothing was disclosed about warranty before .
