The park has a very open layout with a baseball field, tennis court and kids equipment such as slides and etc. Directly next to Garden City Elementary Bathroom with basketball on school property but has public access. Jacksonville Dixie Blues practice there a few days a week so come show your support for Duval's Pro Women's Football.

Very very busy. There's bathrooms but they are locked. Which defeated the purpose of me reserving the pavilion for the birthday we planned. Other than that,if you plan on reserving this park. Make sure you post signs the day before. Someone

There's nothing there to keep the children of Jacksonville occupied. This park should look like where the Governor-the Mayor-and all ELECTED OFFICIALS would want there kids and family to go to. But it don't because FL officials can care

I went to a back to school bookbag giveaway drive today, the event was provided by the Gloria J Foundation. A foundation that counsel and support children who has lost a parent or parents. The founder Kenya Campbell lost her mom. KENYA

We rented the park space for a party because it had restrooms available. However, on the day of our event they were locked. And the pavilion area is very far from the parking area, this a positive and a negative.

Very high-quality Kompan playground gear here! Lots of space for the little ones to run around and burn off that pent up roadtrip energy. Pretty conveniently located too, since it is not very far from a highway.

I would encourage anybody that goes to this park to please pick up the trash. It's not somebody else's job, it's everybody's job. The trash in this park is just embarrassing and it shouldn't be.

Overall the park is a little run down and lacking a spark of care and consideration from its keepers. It does have great promise though, with its children's playground, basketball

could use a shaded area they just planted some trees around the playground but it'll be a while before it gets shaded or some kind of water activity pads for kids would be nice.

We had a great time at the playground and field, was a really nice place to bring my boys to play and ride around the giant loop of a sidewalk around the park

My son goes to this school I don't like how the gates are unlocked during school hours for their portion of the park but today was a good time at the park.

It’s a good park and lots of space, it’s just not maintained well with the rusted grills in place. But besides that kids had tons of fun running around.

A lot of kids and parents having a good time. The tennis courts need work. Wind screens and courts without debris. Also, working lights would be nice.

  • Philip Bright

me & my youngest grandson Braylon had a wonderful time this morning @ GCP. He ran, jumped, slid & hopped all over the park. We made Awesome memories.
