Came here to enjoy my coffee before going about errands. Really good scenery, and being able to fish is a plus. Nice playground and dog friendly. Only thing, I didn't see a bathroom while I was there? Thankfully the lactose didn't kick in yet so I was ok for the time being, but this is something of note.

Great views of downtown Jacksonville and the St. Johns River. Also, it's a really good fishing spot. You can actually go underneath the Ortega Bridge to fish. There is plenty of room as well for multiple people to fish because there is this

I made a delivery to someone there and it was my 1st time seeing it and I was literally blown away. Besides just being a beautiful green space for picnicking it's also right on the St.Johns river. There's docking for boats and a playground

This is a little gem of a park located on the river in Ortega. Very nice playground equipment, even though there are only 2 swings. Plenty of benches, several picnix tables, but NO RESTROOMS. Park itself is five stars but unfortunately we

This is one the most beautiful parks in all of Jacksonville. If you are looking to read a book, fish off the docks, take a brisk walk & see all of Jacksonvilles downtown landscape this is the spot to be at. There’s a park for kids, walk

Great park to take the kids. They can ride their bikes, scooters, etc. on the path that surrounds the park. There's are plenty picnic tables and benches for the size of the park/ number of parking space. There's a lot of space for open

First off, no bathrooms here! At least I didn't see any. If you got little ones be prepared. Park had trash, dirty clothes in several spots and weeds everywhere. Plenty of ant piles mixed in the weeds. I still give this park a 4 star

This is a very quiet and beautiful park. It is ideal for relaxing by the river. The kid's playground is nice and meticulously maintained. I love this park. I can't wait to go and enjoy it at a different part of the day.

Lovely little park on both sides of the road. The playground is small and toddler size. Walking trail around shoreline and lots of benches. Some trash and grass needs cutting. Very pleasant spot though. More

Beautiful small park with river front at the end of Ortega bridge with seating benches, playground, water fountain and free parking. If you go there at sunset you get to watch the colorful sunset.

This park is truly magnificent. It's very great in doing family picnics and they also got an amazing playground which my children really enjoyed. They just don't have enough parking.

Picturesque riverfront park is incredibly beautiful. Picnic tables. Riverfront benches. Playground for kids. Great for leashed dogs. Lots of tree shade. Love taking my pup there.

Nice little slice of a park on the river with views of a marina and the yachts docked on the water. Baker Point Park across the street has a great view of downtown Jacksonville.

  • Robert Bounds

Beautiful park! Little playground for the kids too. Only downside is parking. Not really enough of it. Never know if you'll find a spot & there's really nowhere else.

  • Tenaya George

Always such a beautiful park, I love the view of the water. The park is well maintained and I enjoy picnics here. The parking is a bit tight though.

This place was absolutely gorgeous!! My 3 year old had a blast at the playground. It wasn't over crowded. We will visit again.

Nice river views if you are looking for a peaceful place to read, draw, or even paint. There is a nice place for kids to play

  • Angel Brown

This is just a roadside park. It's peaceful and provides a great backdrop of a classic Florida living afternoon break.
