She listened, gave advice, took plenty of notes and sketches before submitting the custom ring to her designer. Kendice stayed in touch with me though-out the process, answered my questions and always provided updates. I was also provided with a render (3D image) of the ring, which was absolutely gorgeous. In less than a month, my ring was ready and the result was a stunning platinum princess cut solitaire that exceeded all my expectations! Justin was excellent to deal with in all respects. Ordering an expensive limited edition watch from overseas can be a risky prospect. I Googled Gem By Carati carefully before I made my purchase, and all feedback and reviews were postive (if not glowing). As expected, Justin was responsive, efficient, and friendly in all aspects of customer service. When customs required extra paper work he took care of it immediately. I recommend Gem by Carati without reservation, and if I ever need another hard to get watch in the future, they will be the first store I check online.

Have never written a Google review before but this store merits it more than any customer experience I've ever had. Highly recommend Gem for all jewelry needs - we worked with Justin to design our engagement ring from scratch. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. The end cost was lower than I anticipated which was a nice surprise. Overall just an exceptional interaction/process with everybody at the store and will be returning to them for all future jewelry purchases.

My wife's engagement ring was in need of repair as the head holding the diamond was coming apart. My friend recommended Gem By Carati. They resoldered the head and refinished the ring for a very reasonable price and in a short amount of time. I've been putting this repair off for a couple years because I thought it would cost a fortune, but this shop has exceeded my expectations. Thank you for bringing this ring back to life!

Ordered earrings online for a gift. They were delivered on time and packaged very nicely. There was a very small issue with one however they replaced it very quickly.
