I went in there today because my car was broke down and I needed some tools to fix it I didn't have a whole lot of money so I went to harbor freight because they usually have really good pricing. I asked the manager what he had available what I needed and it was really helpful but I was about $3 short of having enough money to buy what I needed. The manager said he would help me out I thought I was going to get a discount which would have been cool a lot of help actually. But what he done next blew my mind. He went up to the register with me. And when it was our turn he told the guy at the registry to bring it up on him. I tried to give him my money and he said I don't want to take the last of your money I know you're in a bad way he said God bless and I hope this helps and you paid for them. I've never had anybody do that for me before. I needed to say I was very grateful and you allowed me to go over to home Depot and get the bowl and a couple other things that I needed. I got my car fixed and I'm very grateful to the gentleman to help me. They've just got in my business forever. With that self-attack I can get back up for work and I promise to pay it forward. Thank you for being you.

I think it's really sad that you go to a place and they tell you they're no longer gonna carry a certain motor that you buy for Go-Karts where you have been buying them for years. Then you see adds in the paper were they got them on sale for a lower price that you bought them at the sale price of $99.00 for $97.00 a month later !!! But yet they told you they are no longer gonna carry them. They acted like nobody really wanted to look for the item that we asked about. There was 3 people and all of them were snotty and made us stand on the floor while they were Supposably looking in the back for about 30 minutes. The only girl that was kind was the cashier at the front of the store. She went above and beyond by calling the other stores to see if they had the certain motor. She seriously called 3 other places before the people in the back come out to tell us oh we no longer have that like we told you. See here they are again in a different add. If you don't longer have them why are you Falsely advertise them then??

I have never been treated with a blatant reverse discrimination, and lack of respect just by asking where a product they had advertised on sale can be found. There was a young black lady who treated myself (a white male) and my asian wife with total lack of professionalism, she basically barked all of her sarcastic comments to my very easy to answer questions, until I finally walked out of the store without a purchase. I was planning to spend over $1000 and I am a fairly regular customer, on the mailing list and have access to all of the special discounts. Oh, well there tools are very cheaply made anyway.

3.5 STARS. You have to be careful here. Some tools are crap. Others, an excellent value. Example, bought a reciprocating saw. Died after 3 days of use. Bought a 18V battery powered drill, battery died after about 3 or 4 times inside 6 months. On the other hand, bought a hammer drill that's lasted quite a few years and is tough. So a low priced tool can be very expensive in BOTH time and money. But when you get a quality tool, the prices are usually very competitive. BTW, don't expect the employees to know anything. You'll have to do your own homework if beyond the simplest tool applications.

Just went in for the first time.. I didn't want to ever leave!! Unbeatable prices, pretty good selection. Lots of sales. I was about to get one of the cheap $4 soldering irons because mine broke, an employee (tall blonde hair, props to you sir) pointed me towards another one in a different section that came with multiple tips and a stand (much nicer iron) for only $8-9. I had to test it as soon as I got home and couldn't be more pleased. Ten thumbs to the store, the guy, and the iron. I don't see myself ever going to a different hardware store from now on

Received outstanding service at this location. I'm new to the area so when I was shopping I'm pretty sure I had the "I have no clue where things are" look. The associates in this location where both polite and helpful. One of the employees helped me search for a bit set, then when we couldn't find one on the floor she checked the backroom, then she went father beyond and checked local locations for me. After all that was said and done she even became a cashier and bagged my new tools. 10/10 service.

Wish they had more things because my husband couldn't find what he was looking for there and he applied for the one year membership and he never got the books from you guys and then we came and found out that they are not doing the books anymore that it's through email and we never got something saying until we got to the actual store in Murfreesboro and they told they are not doing the books anymore .

I love this place. It's Harbor Freight, so of course, the stuff here's cheap, especially with the coupons. I don't know why you'd go to Harbor Freight without coupons anyhow. The staff at this Harbor Freight are just some of the nicest people. Always willing to help you out. Don't think I've had a single experience where the employees here didn't treated me like I mattered.

Looking up online what I was needing when I went to the store to buy it and could find, I waited in line to ask for assistance. The clerk barely managed to point where I needed to look. I found what I was looking for but the store needs more employees on the floor helping customers as they're back up the check out lanes due to people needing floor and product help.

I used to really not like Harbor Freight, but it's growing on me. The cheapest stuff they have is pretty cheap, but they also have a good selection of mid range and actually really nice tools. The staff here is really nice too. If you have problems with buying too many flashlights, don't go to that aisle. They've got some nice stuff, and all for reasonable prices

Excellent customer service. I needed to make a purchase when the store was about to close. I called ahead to make sure they had the products in stock. When I got there, they had the merchandise waiting for me at the front desk. This is excellent customer service and I will definitely continue shopping at this Harbor Freight as my preferred store.

Asked about a product i had purchased at another Harbor Freight 2 days before and the manager told me in a very rude manner that they did not carry that product and none of the Harbor Freights did. So I waited several days until I was back in the area where I bought the item and went back to the other HF and bought 2 more.

This place is great.Tools and more galore.excellent for items that are hard to find, of course your not getting snap on or MAC quality but they have a hassle free exchange policy. Lots of off the wall stuff from watch band adjustment tools to flux welders.a true heaven for tool junkies that don't need to pay a premium.

Look they get some hard knocks. However thier prices are a third of name brands if it's something that is used a couple times a month why not save the money.i have a Bauer 20v hammer drill that recently burned up. I was way over using it for the job intended. However it was three years old and I use it almost daily.

I have a thing for good tools, some look like they are but just not as durable as you would think so I go to harbor freight and get what I need, and sometimes things I don't need but will later. with the price so cheap on alot of them I'll be there looking and finding those deals. good place for tools all around!

Had what I needed,bought a 3/4 Torque ft lb. wrench,was in and out. Store is kinda disorganized,seemed short staffed. Cheap price tools,good for those every once in a while use tools. Lifetime warranty on most all hand tools (wrenches,sockets,drivers,etc.) Never had a problem swapping out broken tools so far.

They're still really stuck on the whole mask thing when the rest of the state isn't. All three people were really busy it was hard to find help and they are at the mercy of headquarters restocking their shelves so the drill I wanted they did not have but the lady was polite and helping me find it

Love this location. If you need help they are quick and friendly to help. The store is very well kept and organized. Great prices and sales as always. In the case that I had an issue with an item it was very simple to return it or to get a replacement. This place is my go-to for affordable tools.

I made my first visit to Harbor Freight with my grandson. I was amazed at how many useful items were there. I found everything I was looking for and much much more. A great place to browse. Let's see if you can't walk it walk away empty-handed. The staff was helpful and the service was good. .

I purchased a circular saw from a different location. I was really frustrated because I didn’t know how to put the saw blade on the saw. I brought it into the store and Chris calmly assisted me and showed me how to do it myself. I really appreciate his help!

I will NEVER, EVER order anything online from Hobo Freight again!!!! Shipping is RIDICULOUSLY slow!! I could have walked and hand delivered what I ordered in the amount of time it's talking them to bring it by truck. Ridiculous! And for made in CHINA junk!

Always have smiling faces and knowledgeable help here. Quality of hardware not exactly top-rate, but adequate for the prices you pay. Consolation is that some items have a life-time warranty, which I take advantage off without paying for extra cover.

I like Harbor Freight they have alot of great reasonable prices on their tools. Most with life time warranty. Any time I've had a problem they exchanged the product or refunded the money. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone. JC

A toy store for adults, especially those of the male persuasion! Neat, easy-to-navigate layout; friendly, knowledgeable staff; solutions to most problems, some of which a visitor might not even know they had until they strolled the aisles!

This is the same as most harbor freights around the area. The staff is super friendly and is willing to help me search for things I need. The store is clean and organized. The prices are reasonable, but remember you get what you pay for.

Always love going to this location its little out of the normal pattern of traffic and you can take your time and get the things you want with out having issues. Really friendly staff and good time. never have any problems at all.

This is a great place to buy all sorts of things related to home improvement. I find great deals on high quality consumables like gloves, saw blades and sand paper as well as bargains on many of the tools we use in our work.

Harbor Freight tends to have a good selection of tools at reasonable prices. They are not always of the best quality but they will get you by. Plus, they have all kinds of things like gloves, moving blankets, etc.

Worst location in Nashville. Poorly trained and rude employees. Lots of expired price tags on shelves so items might not cost what you expect them to at check out. Many items that show multiple in stock are not.

This location is in a low traffic area, so getting in and out is very convenient. They always seem to have exactly what I'm looking for when other establishments who sell similar items are out of product.

Chocks were marked 9.00. Got to register and they wanted me to pay to join a membership, 60 bucks, so I had to pay 16 per chock. Use to enjoy harbor freight but now I don't think I'll be back.

The Antioch location has a great group of people working there. The Bauer line of cordless tools is top notch, quality stuff. We buy just about everything we need for our business from here.

It's harbor freight, great place and this one is full of helpful employees. Especially the two ladies that work at this location. Very helpful even got me a buggy while my hand were full.

After looking through 5 other stores (Walmart, Bass Pro, Lowes, Camping World and a different Harbor Freight) I finally found the item I was looking for at this current location.

Lots of things to look at. Their selection is much smaller than Lowe's or Home Depot but that also makes it easier to find something you're looking for. Friendly service too.

This is a pretty good Harbor Freight. The management does a good job of keeping things stocked and the employees know exactly where to find the items you're looking for.

Always friendly and knows their products and location of the products. I've been here a few times, and I definitely will return to this location.
