TERRIBLE Customer Service. I bought a dishwasher from them and it was supposed to be delivered. The driver went to the wrong house but never bothered to call me to tell me he was at the wrong house. He just didn't show! All day I waited! Kept looking at my phone for updates like it was election night. So I called Home Depot. They blamed the driver, the driver blamed the system. No one took responsibility for it - and I still have no dishwasher! The dish washer I paid for. They said I'll get it by Monday - 6 days after the day I'm supposed to have it. I said how will I know? What address do you have file? They still don't have the right address even after me telling them twice. No one has apologized and I very much doubt I'll see my dishwasher on Monday. The driver will blame the system; Home Depot will blame the driver. I will be leaving a review every day until I get my dishwasher. Day Two: still no dishwasher. I will edit this every day until I get the dishwasher. Day Three: still no dishwasher Day Four: still no dishwasher Day Five: still.no.dishwasher. Day Six: dishwasher finally delivered! But wait.... they wanted to throw in one last attempt of the worst customer experience I've ever seen. I PAID FOR THEM TO DELIVER, INSTALL, AND HAUL AWAY THE OLD, NON-WORKING DISHWASHER! He ONLY delivered the dishwasher and said nope, he doesn't install and doesn't haul away and then blamed ME for the miscommunication. I couldn't make this up if I tried. I HATE this franchise more than anything in my life right now. I will NEVER shop with Home Depot for anything.

My boyfriend and I purchased a toro self propelled mower last year with an extended warranty. The belt went out in the mower so we brought it back to this location where it was purchased to be repaired. Shipping took forever for the part to arrive(we dropped it off on 04/25/22 and picked it up on 05/22/22), but this seems common as most things have shortages these days with the craze of COVID and the way of the world. The customer service manager Sean, made sure our concerns were taken of by providing a complementary rental(there is a deposit that was returned upon returning the mower) while waiting for our part to arrive. Sean explained the shipping delay with consideration and understanding while making sure we were happy customers. The whole tool repair team was friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout our experience. Joe was always ready to provide service with an upbeat attitude and John made our mower shine like it was brand new when we picked it up. We are thankful for this team, as even though they are short staffed, they made our experience excellent. Highly recommend this location. Two thumbs up.

I have been a Home Depot customer 4-over 40 years. Where you business before I love the store they have a great selection most of the time there's always someone there to help me and today was no. I saw that appliances were on sale and I needed a new refrigerator and dishwasher and I went to the Home Depot on Highway 70 in Bellevue Tennessee met up with Caroline and she helped me through the process. I ended up with all brand new appliances everything was on half-price sale and Carol and made sure I had all the hoses and connectors that I needed for when they come install my appliances and we went online we looked up every appliance that I wanted and checked it against other products and looked at the reviews and at the end of the day I felt like I really made some great choices with Carolyn's help and I ended up getting everything that I need for probably the next 15 to 20 years. I was thrilled with my experience today and of course very very happy with the savings and now I can't wait to get my beautiful appliances into my home and start enjoying them. We are less than impressed with Home Depot and their services. My fiancé and I purchased a new home in November and before we even closed on the house we were at Home Depot getting a washer/dryer and blinds ordered. We had to go to the store 4 times just to get our blinds properly ordered because only one employee apparently knew how to do this task correctly. Over a month and a half later we receive our blinds, only to find out we now have to wait A MONTH to have them installed. Absolutely ridiculous. This should have been scheduled before we even received them. AND THEN our washer and dryer were not delivered on time after we took off work to make sure we were home for delivery. Using Home Depot for our new home needs has been an absolute nightmare and we will definitely be canceling our Home Depot credit card and using another company going forward.

Bad service. Needed paint and blinds. Waited for the paint guy to finish with another customer and turned around and he was gone. No one else to give help. Thought okay ill head over to blinds then come back. Couldn't hardly get to the blinds for all their heavy equipment parked in the way. Guy sitting at a desk looking straight at me. Never once asked if he could help or what i needed. Strike 2... grabbed other items i needed and headed back to paint. No one there. Walked back to blinds right past the earlier guy. Again you would think he would offer help. Nope, too busy shooting the bull with his co-worker. Strike 3. I "had" a cart full of items. I was so irritated i just left it in the aisle and walked out. I'll just go to Lowes. At least there they offer to help.

I placed an order for flooring and a few other materials. I never initially received a notification that my order was ready. Then when I went to pick it up I found they were missing items from my order. I got home to find I only received 3 boxes of my flooring and I was supposed to get 4. So I called tonight about 10 min before they closed and the customer service against left me on hold so long the store was past closing. After waiting forever on the phone I hung up and tried to call back and the phone didn’t go through because the store was then closed. Trying to assume positive intent, but it very much felt like the associate did this on purpose so she didn’t have to deal with my issue right before closing. Very disappointed with my experience.

Listen I love Home Depot but they really need to get heir act together as it relates to online purchases vs in store purchases. I bought a Ryobi lawn mower for $199, last year’s model. Last one. After opening it up it was defected. Wouldn’t start. Brought it back, tool rental center looked over it, yes doesn’t work. Of course they don’t have any more which is okay. But they have it online but $279. So I called the online store and they said they can’t match it that I have to go to the store talk with the manager and they could order it online and give you the discount. I go to the store. They said no only the online store can match the price. SMH. I MEAN WHAT A HASSEL!! So frustrating.

Nope. I bought and paid for a door in October of last year(2020). Was told it would be installed end of November. Then December, then February, now finally at the end on March the door is ready. I understand that covid slowed a few things down. But almost 5 months later. On top of this, I had requested a storm door. Even got charged for the install on the door. But there is no storm door. And apparently it is my fault because I didn't pick one out even though we had discussed it and everything. Now she's saying she DOESNT EVEN REMEMBER BECAUSE IT WAS SO LONG AGO! So please don't waste your time with the door and window section. Go to someone local and support small business.

I shop here often because it is close to my work. I went in yesterday and was asking about a bird house kit. First of all - I was told by customer service that they couldn't help me cause they had to help another customer. Then after they helped the other customer and finished talking to the person stocking - they came over to me and said it'll be a minute!!! I said I just need to know-if you have something in stock and see if you can point me in the right direction. She stated that they have an app for that.... Then suggested that I get my product from Amazon. So very unhappy. Absolutely for no reason should this person be at the returns or customer service desk.

Like the store has almost everything you need. The person working there is rude and must not be very educated with thier stores product. 1 the little girl bounced my calls around to the wrong department 2 because she doesnt know what home depot sells she told me they didnt sell the item i was looking for. This probably leads to a lot of lost sales just saying. But this is a good store to get what you need so i would recommend going in person and not calling to check for the item you seek as they are probably not trained to know what your looking for and will feel pressured to give you a response tho itd be the wrong one.

I’ve been trying to get refunded for several weeks for an order an employee messed up. Every time I go in or call for an update, I’m told “oh the manager who needs to be here just left”. Several items for my flooring install were ordered in 94 instead of 47 resulting in over 1K of money that Home Depot has not returned. Not once has an associate apologized for multiple PAID and incorrect deliveries, delayed installs or the hours I’ve spent trying to be refunded what is rightfully mine. Management here could careless about their Bellevue neighbors.

Terrible experience at Home Depot Bellevue today! Needed help in lighting. Employees all around, but no one to offer assistance. I asked for help two times in a 10 minute span, help finally comes and talks to a lady that had just walked into the aisle. I waited 5 more minutes for help, then left store without getting help. All I purchased from Home Depot was cleaning supplies, which somehow came open in my bag and leaked on the way home. Lowe's is getting my business today....their customer service at west nashville store is always very good!

This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!! Everything on there website is incorrect and inaccurate to what is actually available in store. The most rude customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve been a dedicated Home Depot costumer for YEARS and this has pushed me over the edge. I will gladly give all of my business to Lowe’s from now on. I’ve had it with this store and will NOT be back. Do yourself a favor, save the head ache and stay away from this store! Worse place ever!!!!!!!! I’d score it a zero star if it would let me!

Very unprofessional customer service, I went The Home Depot on Gallatin Pike S. to purchase a set of Milwaukee Batteries which they had on a deal, but they were out of them.so I was told to go to the Home Depot on HWY 70 S. and it was showing 5 set of batteries in their system. went to the HWY 70 store and wanted to get a set, But the gentleman was very root and told me that they do not have any without looking it up and TOLD ME THAT IS THE PRICE YOU PAY AND JUST IGNORED ME. SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOME DEPOT AT ALL.

The parking lot was a little weird. But it's in great location. It's a bit hard to get help. Went back last Tuesday (6/28) the guy at the garden section who checked me out looked so annoyed. He was sitting on the chair using his phone and got up slowly, never said a word to me. I just said I'm ready to check out and he kept sighing and rolling his eyes while scanning my two items. I said thank you for help and he just rolled his eyes and went back to his sit and used his phone again. What a weird encounter.

Ordered a washer and dryer from here. They gave us a 4 hour window for the delivery. The delivery drivers called 40 minutes before the window to tell us they had arrived. Obviously I wasn't home as it wasn't within that 4 hour window. Tried calling them back less than a minute after their missed call and they didn't answer. Was home 15 minutes before that 4 hour window and they had already left. After finally reaching someone we were told that they couldn't turn around. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

When you can track down an employee, they are really great at helping you. They just seem understaffed most of the time. The big problem with this location and probably other Home Depots is the risk of a dog bite. This store lets ALL dogs in including VERY aggressive breeds. They are going to get taken to court one of these days due to someone getting badly bitten. Why they would risk such a liability nightmare, I have no idea. Shop at your own RISK or have a good lawyer and you may own a HOME DEPOT one day.

Went in for an electrical part. The man working in that department was very nice and helpful. But I went to check out and this girl said she could check me out. She scanned my 2 items and another customer came up and asked for a price. The girl that was in the middle of checking me out, walked to another cash register and checked that customer out!!!! I’m standing there, with credit card in hand and she just walked away!!!! I have Never had that happen to me before!!!

This trip,....I literally walked in the contractor door, with no idea where to look for the items I came for. I was determined not to ask for help or talk to anyone. I walked aaaallll. The way to the fat outside opposite corner, never seen anyone. So I turn a corner slipped through the gates and chain closed off area. Found the exact two items there!!! Weird Victory. This was after finding these guys hiding instead of working and gave me the wrong direction.

Order some lumber for delivery. Scheuled one week out, fine. Never showed when the day came. Called the next morning after the no show and they put it on the wrong truck. They offered to deliver it 2 weeks from when I was originally scheduled instead. I will NEVER shop here again and I will tell every single person I know to not do the same. Meanwhile, LOWES offers next day delivery. They will get my business from here on out. Nice knowing you home depot.

Predictably terrible service. I waited 20 minutes for the salesmen to stop ignoring me, then left and bought the $2500 refrigerator online. . .from Best Buy. Good place to look at tools and imagine projects I don't have time to do. It's fun for my son to watch the forklift which is inevitably camped out for 20 minutes on the aisle I might actually buy something from. In short, I go here to kill time and daydream, not actually get anything done.

Worst delivery service and customer service I've had in a while. Wouldnt delivery down my driveway so I had to get a truck to pick it up from the end. They didn't install it as promised on the website. They gave me the wrong dryer cord so I had to return that. On top of that had to spend 45mins on the phone to get a fraction of the discount I was promised the week before. Spent a lot of money on appliances and would not do it again with them.

Zero stars if I could. We rent machines from here practically every weekend. They are hard to get ahold of. We get put on hold for 20 mins or more and no one answers or they just hang up. The assistant Manger is a joke. We dropped a machine off and he wouldn't even take the key or anything. Every time we come here it's a damn problem. Home Depot needs to hire people who actually want to work and do their job. This place is a literal joke.

If I could give it less than a star a could. This was disappointing. Received notification that my assembled grill was ready. Drove 1 hour to Home Depot only to find out it was not. Took home my unassembled grill to put together ourselves - only for it to have a auger motor that does not work. Not happy and Home Depot really doesn’t seem to care. Called grill manufacturer and it will be 10-14 days until part arrives. NOT HAPPY!!

Me and my husband were in need of appliances for a new home build. Our Appliance Specialist was Jodi Johnson. We were so fortunate to have had her help for such a large project. She was so knowledgeable on products, and her customer service was second to none. She spent two hours with us and we are so grateful for her help. I LOVE HOME DEPOT!!!!!!! Seriously, Lowe's shoppers—ESPECIALLY small biz customers—ditch the blue and join team BIG ORANGE!!!! Seriously, this is not a fake review. My Home Depot account for my small business is off the CHAIN! They hook me up, all their stuff is integrated automatically (unlike Lowe's), the prices are unbeatable. Customer service is superior. Need I say more? Team Orange all the way. And I'm a Vandy fan.

we’ve always had a good experience at this location but today was absolutely terrible. we asked someone for help for some lumber and a worker told us he couldn’t help us and we had to find someone who works in lumber to help us.(the only person working in lumber was at lunch) we went over to customer service and two workers behind the desk were flapping their jaws and wouldn’t help. finally someone came to help

Went in looking for a semi-unusual battery for a blood glucose meter and they didn't have it, even in their "specialty batteries" rack. Also, the in-store scooter showed a full charge but it didn't make it more than about 100 yards before slowing to a crawl, then stopped - they need new carts or at least new batteries for the existing carts. On the up side, the staff was great, really tried to make it work.

But found a similar deal. And place order of in story pick up. In the end saved money and time and got what I needed fast and hassle free. She took her time with us and explained every aspect of the process. Horrible customer service. Check out was horrible just horrible. In the past I had receive a coupon for presenting my Lowe's card and choosing to spend my money at home depot. The self checkout would not take my money with the coupon and some girl about 15 gave me a tongue lashing for trying to use that coupon at Home Depot and I check out and will never come back!!!

We went in today to get a quote on getting our windows and doors replaced in our home. The guy was super helpful in pointing us in the right direction. We bought our nest smoke Detector and carbon monoxide detector and love it. We come here all the time and everyone is friendly and greets us when walking in. You can also bring your dog with you which I love doing.

The store is always well stocked and there are always plenty of employees there. The only complaint that I would have is that some of the employees at like they do not want to be bothered much less be asked any kind of question!, other than that I've always had a good experience at this Home Depot. Much much much better than the Lowe's in the same zip code

Probably the worst HD I have experienced. I have come here multiple times to buy something that shows many in stock and then it is no where to be found. This past was a string trimmer that showed 5 in stock but didn’t have any. That’s an $1,800+ inventory discrepancy on just one sku. It makes no sense. The free lawnmowers and grills outside are nice.

The Home Depot is right up the street from me, which makes it easy to dash in to pick up needed items The Home Depot app really helps so I know if an item is in stock and where it us located in the store - plus now there are more employees to give help and answer questions. I got the items I needed and was out in a jiffy! Great experience!

Today I could not get a loader so I had to wrestle the Lumber by myself while an employee tried to clean up broken bags of concrete with a leaf blower 6 feet away from the loading canopy. We couldn't breathe for the dust. My red truck was a whitish gray when I left. My clothes were covered in concrete dust. An absolute mess.

I have never been so disappointed in the customer service that this place gave me today. Spent a lot of money on a brand new washer and dryer and paid the extra for them to install it they showed up throw in the basement and refused to hook anything. So for that I will never spend another dime at Home Depot again.

We order carpet for my office and they installed on time but did not finish the job. They did not reinstall the 1/4 round trim. We were told that was our problem. After numerous calls it still has not been fixed. The new furniture has arrived and is sitting in my garage waiting on home depot. Will never recommend.

Have been waiting on isle 45 for 30 minutes now. Walked up to front twice to request assistance to ask a simple question. Still no one as I am typing this. This is my neighborhood store unfortunately. I will avoid coming here from now on. Someone's 30 seconds could've saved me 30 minutes. It's simply stupid.

Not much to say about this Home Depot thay makes it different than others, except that the staff are extremely helpful! Home Depot, a national chain, couldn’t do a refund for me this evening because they only had two working computers. Obviously that’s nobody’s fault at the store, but as a brand that is embarrassing. The “can’t do nothing for ya” attitude and giggly lack of compassion for my ~hour drive was disappointing.

Spotty customer service, some ok, some good and some ignore you or know next to nothing, online ordering not accurate with what's in stock necessarily. Had a few really friendly CR people and it was easy to return things. Many issues with them during a remodel I was doing. Will look elsewhere next time.

This store is horrible about buying tools. We come in here 10-15 times a week and usually buy an industrial construction tool every week and it takes on avg 45 minutes to an hour and a half to find someone to open the tool bins. The Milwaukee rep is always there but nobody to get Dewalt tools out.

Friendly and helpful staff, good selection of things in a variety of department. Lighting, home improvement,paint section and more. Prices are higher comparatively. Went in for kids workshop. My kid enjoyed it. Easy to assemble kits, badge and apron given. They even squeeze in last minute entries.

This is my local Home Depot which I like and know the employees. (Mostly) A Dog friendly store which is a plus, it's sometimes hard to get some help with what you need, depending on how busy they are. Overall I like this location better than others and give them 5⭐'s. Now don't disappoint me!

I found the prices a little steep for what you get. That's the only reason I didn't give it a higher score. The garden department was overpriced compared to nurseries nearby that offer a better selection for a better price. Also signage getting in and out was a little lacking

Went in looking for some lumber and a furnace filter and this guy Ryan was super helpful and friendly. He stopped stocking the lumber to make sure I found everything I needed. Usually the employees are kind of grouchy but he was a cool dude and made the experience pleasant

Very well Organized, Clean inside and out. Online stock doesn't quite match up with what's on the shelf. In this particular instance the Klein 15 in 1 Ratcheting screwdriver, website said 5 were stocked but when I got to the store they didn't have any readily available.

Prices are generally pretty good and they have a wide selection. I’ve had some issues with purchasing items that were returned and restocked and sold as new but had some wear and tear. Annoying but they take returns with no questions asked. Their app is really good too

Got my gardening needs met for good prices. Had to make three trips with my little Toyota to bring 16 bags of soul and 20 cement block home. Also picked up cypress mulch. It was a good day, but nobody seems to have yellow or low acid tomatoes..couldn't figure that out!

4 stars only because Home Depot, nation wide, need to come up with a solution to Contractors just parking under the loading cover and then going in to buy stuff for 30 minutes while people need to load. I call the Parking Princesses cause they think they are special.

The entrance and exit roads to this store (37221 zip) are atrocious, littered with potholes the size of small craters. Makes shopping there a car-damaging experience, and it has been this way for over 2 years. Great when you make you way inside the store though

Beware: they like to play games with your military discount unlike Lowe’s – you can jump through all their hoops and they’ll still not run it and then force you to drag your entire load to the customer service desk and waste time trying to get it.
