We bought the Samsung kitchen package in 2018 with protection plan. Clarksville location. Fridge, dish washer, double stove and over stove microwave. We have had nothing but problems with everything each year since. 2020 found out there was a class action lawsuit for everything from that year. Bad news, we were too late to join, were never notified and , are you ready for this? The lawsuit started very shortly before we bought and was featured on a Nashville New station. This past year the stove broke down during 5 family dinners or family birthday lunch/dinners. Temperature in oven has NEVER been consistent even with a thermometer it changes during cooking. Ice maker has never worked right after 3 replacements. It only produces just under 1.5gts maximum even when it works right. Believe it or not, that is the max volume of ice. The microwave is our fault, we never owned a over the stove with less than 1100 watts, ours? 900watts. That's equivalent to a small microwave. The popcorn setting never pops a whole bag BUT the technician gets a full bag with the individual size bag, you know, the halloween treat size. The dishwasher works fine WHEN ITS WORKING. ASSURION keeps sending someone out and after 6 repairs to the stove they finally are going to do something, they just can't decide what and its been 6 weeks. OBTW(the stovetop shattering once without use 3 times during use) NOT ONCE in all service calls, has there been a fault with every appliance that was outside the lawsuit reports. What has Home Depot done through all this ? Only one thing! They can't find our receipt or service plan. We tore our house up and finally found everything. I found it above the microwave. Crazy as it sounds I put it there so it would not get lost. This last point is interesting. Around the 4th or 5th service call we were called by the repair shop and told (without even asking if we had it) they told use the could not repair our fridge because home depot had no record of the sale. I had to drive to Clarksville and with a copy of our original show them.. I was so paranoid I made them compare the copy to my origional. I opened a Home Depot credit card to get $200 off the sale. The credit company and Home Depot still can not locate the sale. Tennessee Attorney General office said to go to an attorney and file a copy with them. $275.00 I keep a certified copy at home and origional in a security deposit box. Another expense.

Horrible service! I asked to speak to the manager due to a declined return, he knows I’m there 3-4 times a week! He could had said “current” or “valid unexpired” but as he is Asian and I’m Hispanic, then it must be fake, we used my passport and the system “declined it”, he KNOWS how much stuff I but from there and most my stuff is paid with cash, he has helped me check out a lot of the stuff I’m returning but wait... since I’m Hispanic it must be some sort of fraud, I’m not even asking for cash although must my stuff has been paid with cash, I just wanted a store credit to keep buying from them, last year alone I bought under one of my clients over $100k in stuff, I could had bought from 84 lumber or walker or Lowe’s, I choose to buy from Home Depot, for what? To be treated like I’m some sort of fraud!? Seriously? I’m taking all business to Lowe’s, hell anyone who’s willing to beat or match Home Depot, most this people used to buy from other retailers and I choose to buy from Home Depot, they have my account info they could had pull up my receipts but no, system says good bye and that’s all there is... as I left I said “thanks for your help” then he said “well I know I didn’t help” at least he’s honest on top of being rude, he didn’t try other options, offer to look up anything, it was close to closing so yeah...

I love my local Home Depot for every day items and for DIY projects. In October/November of 2019, we decided to remodel our kitchen. For our first major project, we went to Home Depot to get cabinets. After weeks of trying to get measured for cabinets, back and forth phones call, and emails...we gave up and went to Lowe's for the service we needed. We then ordered all new appliances for the kitchen from Home Depot on November 12, 2019 with Black Friday discounts. As of today, 3/10/2020, we only have the refrigerator. FOUR months, multiple emails, and numerous phone calls later, I feel the customer service just brushed us under the rug. Delay after delay has caused items to become discontinued. It sucks getting a phone call the day before delivery saying an item is on backorder. The first time was understandable. Not the second phone call...the day before we were expecting a redelivery almost two months later. On top of that, having to fight to get them to honor their Black Friday discounts on the items, or even match the price we originally paid. They even added delivery fees for the items. I feel with computers and 1-800 numbers, you just become a number at Home Depot; and employees just want to get you off the line as fast as possible. No one wants to take the time and help you as a person at Home Depot. You have to fight to get what is right, otherwise no one will care. Obviously, this situation is frustrating. But what makes it infuriating is being met with the response, "that's just the way it is".

She was able to work with us and ensure we didn't exceed our budget limit and there were no "surprise" costs that you usually hear about other workers. We then worked with. One of the best things about Home Depot is great prices. When the work got started I have some questions and she was able to answer all our questions , get most of the demo work done in under a couple of days. She also were very attentive to the little details that we needed to have handled which was fantastic as we can be a stickler for the little things. We love the look of our kitchen now and will be using Wendy expertise and knowledge when we redo our next project Bottom line is she’s outstanding knowledgeable designer

I just moved to Nashville about 7 months ago, and I only know how to get to the Home Depot on Joyce Lane. After today I will not be going to any other Home Depot due to the way that I was treated! So I had just been in the store for less than 5 minutes and I was looking around at the tools because my husband was in the car on the phone so I figured I would see if I could find what he was talking about. So I am walking down the isle looking and I heard keys jingling so I turned my head because I thought it was my husband but it was a male worker named Tex . He said can I help you with anything and I politely told him that I was just looking and that my husband was on his way. Well I felt a little uncomfortable so I asked him what was going on and why he was asking me because I had just gotten into the store and he said that he was told by one of the older ladies that he needed to keep a eye on me because I was trying to steal. Keep in mind that I have a very good job and I’m not a thief. The older woman had shoulder length blondish colored hair.

I came to get a few items last minute, And although I love Home Depot, I don’t personally shop here that often it’s mostly with my fiancé who knows where everything is at. However the customer service star of the day, goes to Zoey I’m self checkout. She was helpful, very friendly, understanding and very professional. I love Being friendly faces of people who are actually excited to be at work, and even at the end of the day she was absolutely fabulous. But all in all had a wonderful experience even the girl in paint wanted to make sure that I had found everything I needed and was very polite .

Do not order flooring from Home Depot! I had laminate and carpet installed. Prior to ordering, I received daily calls asking me to pay and confirm. They made promises they didn’t keep, such as they will correct minor issues causing the floor to squeak before installing the carpet. When it wasn’t done, I called and was told they don’t do that. Even though they told me they would fix minor issues or let me know of major issues with the floor so I could fix it before the carpet was finished. Well, they told me they would go back and listen to the calls and call me back after offering me $50!!!! Guess what, they never called back. Not only that, the installers came to install the laminate and an entire box of supplies was not delivered to my home! Both installers and the delivery company complained about dealing with Home Depot’s flooring department. They lack integrity, harass you to book, and make promises they do not keep. I will never use them again for any service!

I would give 5 stars but Melissa in the paint section is just plain awful at customer service. I'm the ONLY person at the counter and it takes 15mins(no exaggeration) for me to get help. I'm standing there, watching her label sample paint containers... that's all she is doing. Another one of her associates walks behind the counter and I ask her to PLEASE help me. Suddenly Melissa perks up and decides to jump in (thought you were too busy) to say you can't shake it long because top could come off. This was my 2nd time there in a week to get paint shaken that was purchased from the online store. Had no problems with service or getting my paint shaken up. Honestly, how hard is it to put paint in a machine and continue to work on other things at the same time? She should be in a completely different department. The rest of the store and staff have been great for the last 5 yrs I've been going to that location. I will try to avoid Melissa in the future.

Frustrating customer service. Purchased a stove for a rental unit and carefully confirmed with salesperson and a manager that they would be able to deliver and install it, including a liquid propane conversion and hookup. They confirmed that they could. Upon delivery one month later the delivery team told me it could not be hooked up, but left it and the old stove in the middle of the kitchen. I spoke with a Home Depot manager who assured me they would correct the situation, but never called me back. Finally a week later spoke to another manager who told me I was "misinformed" from the start and I would have to pay one of their contractors an additional fee to have it hooked up. I had to return the stove. This is a crew that won't stand behind their commitments. I've lost far more than the stove is worth in lost rent.

Unfortunately our experience with the merchandise, customer service and management at this location has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We bought a door and paid for installation through Home Depot. Every single part of the process unfortunately has been a bad experience. It turned into a 6 month process, over 50 calls, emails, bad customer service and no follow up from management. At the very end of the process once we FINALLY received the correct door we were promised compensation and received HALF of what we were promised by the general manager. We have tried to follow up through email and calls multiple times and he has completely ghosted us. This experience was so awful for us. We unfortunately will never pick Home Depot for a home project or recommend this location to anyone moving forward.

I feel like The Home Depot is just going downhill in general. Every time I go in, it seems like it's a race to the bottom. The staff are inattentive and untrained. The product selection feels more limited. The quality of components has gone down. Case in point: I bought a TV mounting kit. I've installed several, and this one was the lowest quality, most irritating to install, kit I've ever used. Let me reiterate: I said "irritating", not difficult. It was poor quality and had poor directions. The components were cheap-- I had to add in my own bolts to supplement this supposed "universal" mounting kit. When I go into a Home Depot, I feel like I'm in Walmart's hardware department, just scaled up and orange. That's not a good thing.

If there was a negative star this store would get one. We come here often and the other services that they offer have been great. But when it come to there specialty services it is less than desired. We’ve been fighting with Home Depot and thier window contractor Anderson since last April and still no resolve in our purchase.. the windows we purchased were made wrong and poor quality.. Home Depot came and took pictures and acknowledge it was not right and told us it was not there problem we had to deal with the 3rd party window company (Anderson). When we contacted Anderson of course they said we have to go through Home depot. I recommend that you stay away from both companies when it comes to window replacements in your home.

Purchase 6/5/20. I had been searching for a chest freezer for a while now since the whole COVID-19 pandemic. Found one at this Nashville location. I purchased the freezer and also paid for a delivery being I don't live in Nashville. When the delivery day came I called to check status. Come to find out they resold my freezer and didn't even notify me of their mistake. Had I not called I still would have been waiting. That same day I ended up finding one at the Smyrna location. In the end Jack Richardson, at the Nashville location, helped me with the refund of the first freezer and also went an extra mile to make sure I, the customer, was satisfied with the overall service. Shout out to him, Jack Richardson.

In the last 6 month I have been into this store almost everyday. The staff is friendly and always goes out of their way to answer my questions. Most of my transactions are at the pro desk where I usually deal with Ms. Vee. "or Maggie if its the weekend". Both ladies are fantastic and go out of their way to help in any way they can. My only gripe about this store is how long takes if you need help that requires a forklift. It's not uncommon to wait for an hour or more for a large order to be pulled or for more lumber to be brought in from out back. I have been to every Depot in town and this one is my favorite. If they would get one more forklift it would be even better.

Great place for any DIYer. Definitely my preference over the competition, i.e. Lowes. My only real complaint is about the knowledge of the staff. Most of the employee's designated to specific areas are usually not well versed any deeper then your normal general questions. I know with turn around and the lack of much higher than minimum wage pay they generally aren't very motivated but I find myself looking to Google or YouTube to find out most of my answers rather than the staff of the place I'm shopping at. Other than that the Home Depot always has what I need and I generally go for one item and spend an hour looking at everything else I would like to buy.

I'm currently remodeling my kitchen and den area went to home depot for counter tops. I was shocked of thet lack of knowledge of the employees that they had in the area. The young lady tried and called another employee that she said was more knowledgeable. An hour later after selecting color and given the measurements still unsuccessful because of lack of knowledge on counter tops. I was then told the guy that was an experienced in the area would be there at 8 a.m. the next day. Remodeling is stressful and this experience made it more stressful. I was referred to a place down the street super home surplus employees helpful and knowledgeable.

I normally don't write reviews on my experiences on Google. In this case I just had to. I went in to purchase a new cordless power drill in the hardware department, and was greeted by a gentleman named James. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the drill that I was interested in purchasing. I am very pleased on making the purchase on the drill that he recommended, and cannot say enough about how helpful and nice that he was to me and my wife. Great job James and keep up the good work. I will definitely be back to make more purchases from him in the future.

So, I've had some really good customer service here, and some days where I couldn't find anyone to help. I have 2 main complaints. One, the lumber aisle carts and wood cutting area was a disaster zone. I could bare ly get my cart around, and had to go back down the whole aisle up another one to get on the other side of the panel saw. 2nd, and most annoying, it seems like they barely are running the ac in there. Learn to close the doors, and let your store cool off. Let me know when you do, I'll be down the street and the clean, organized, cool lowes.

This location is 5-6 minutes from my house, so the commute was great. Parking was a dream. Got a spot close enough to the front door. I found EVERYTHING I was looking for and then more. I actually ended up putting things back because I just didn't really NEED them right then...but I wanted them. I'll have to hit them up, later. A interacted with a couple of associates who were very helpful and I used the NEW self checkout. They've upgraded since the last time I was there. I will definitely return in the future to see what goodies have been added.

I ask the lady at the counter twice, she and a co worker seem not concerned, in my needs or to be of any help! Electric socket aisle. No one ever came so I Approach another working she, could not help me find what I was looking for! Did not have a clue. I was so out done, a total four ladies had no clue. Was about to give up, i went to put my purchase in the truck. Was determine to fine a man whom could help me and he did, I was now please after spending 30 plus minutes in the store on one thing. This is my “home” Home Depot - the closest one to our house. Convenient location to get in and out of, never too busy, friendly staff, and always has stocked what I need. Located in East Nash you never know who you’re going to run into - artists, musicians, creative. Like I said feels like “home”. The only glitch occurred when they didn’t register my returned 10-ft ladder once and tried to charge me for it. When I called to straighten it out the lady checked and sure enough the ladder was there and they deleted the extra charges.

Purchased a GE washer/dryer on May 26th. Just had it delivered on June 9th. Today June 10th at almost 3am I received a notification from Google stating the price has dropped by $292. I took a screenshot of the notification and a screenshot of the appliance with the price changed. I got to Home Depot after work to get the price difference and I'm told that A screenshot isn't acceptable as proof of the price drop. Oh and on top of that the price went back up on the site as well. Proof is proof. This was not acceptable.

They rented me the wrong piece of equipment and when I tried to make it work but couldn’t I tried to return it and get a refund so that I could get the right piece of equipment they wouldn’t refund me 100%. Saying that it works perfectly fine for us. I never said it didn’t work I said it was the wrong piece of equipment. Completely wasted my money….and caused me more work than I originally started out with. Don’t take advice from the jokers in back who pretend they know what they’re talking about….

I'm a trucker who never did anything close to trying to remove the floor in my rv . But from Alan and Clint in the lumber department to everyone else who saw me wandering around the store lost and guided me to the right section I thank you. To your credit card machines that worked when your well not even competition but they didn't they were just rude thank you Home Depot you installed a value in your employees attitudes that in this day and age is a amazing accomplishment. Fine for picking up items if you don’t need help. If you need assistance with anything, don’t waste your time. Always short handed and slow service. Literally waited an hour for a microwave to be delivered up to the front for payment, only to find out that it actually wasn’t in stock and no one felt it was important to tell me until I had to have another associate (who actually was helpful) tell me that they didn’t have it after looking through inventory. I’ll take my business to Lowe’s!

Ashley might be the worst gm I've met. Had a two week job that had me spend over $5,000 in Home Depot alone. Rented several pieces of equipment, one of them my contractor couldn't use. So I brought it back the next day, after requesting a refund I was declined because her policy (not on the contract) is you call ahead. She was absolutely disrespectful to a long time customer and contractor for a grand total of $100 in rental fees. Putting in a call to their district manager as we speak.

At this store “wat u tryin to do” has replaced how can I help you. There are a few good employees a lot of bad ones that are rude and sometimes even menacing. If they look up from those phones to acknowledge you at all it’s to tell you it’s not their job or problem. Bad store and I have been going their for over a decade. It wasn’t always this way. Lucky that right down the road in Madison is a perfectly great hd that is full of great employees. Just keep driving.

Yea I was in inglewood home depot tonight and things was going great.the lady that was helping check out was super nice c and helpful.when all the sudden I guess the store Manger walks up and stood way way to close to meetup.it really made he was almost touching me.since I was with my 15 year old son I decided to hold my tongue. Had multiple employees ask if I needed help finding anything. Doesn’t usually happen at Lowe’s down the street. Also, the man helping me purchase my riding lawnmower was very helpful. He noticed after I had made the purchase it was refurbished. I had not noticed. He could’ve let me walk out without knowing but instead he made me aware and discounted the price of the mower. Will spend the extra five minute drive in the future to shop here instead of Lowe’s.

With the Home Depot at 8:30 tonight to get a piece of Plumbing for my water to be turned back on. Went to leave just to find out my car would not start. Just got it yesterday. No tolls no jumper cables. Did not know Home Depot sold batteries for automobiles. They stayed open for me to buy a new battery and even a wrench to put it in. I was able to get back on the road and home without a headache thanks to the people of Home Depot they really keep it going.

Paid for a door install about 6 months ago, on the first attempt they ordered the wrong door, second attempt the door wasn't wide enough so the installer thought it'd be fine to make up the difference by not routing the hinges in. On the 3rd install attempt they drove my door through a thunderstorm unprotected, destroying it. That was a week ago still haven't heard back with a timeline. I ordered in November, here it is May still I don't have a door.

Called to ask if any flatbed trucks were available, was hung up on after being on hold for 5 minutes, called again and was put on hold for 30 minutes, called again to get put on hold and hung up on AGAIN. All I needed was an answer to a question and nobody would help, took over 45 minutes to finally get an answer. Was even told twice they’d check only to get hung up on. Customer service at this location is garbage and I won’t be going back.

Who doesn't like Home Depot? All the guys and lots of gals love to buy Home Improvement items. This day was just a short run to pick up a couple of sacks of concrete. Staff was very kind and courteous I am disabled, and they went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and even took it to the car and loaded it for me. You only get four stars today because of this is my first trip to this Home Depot and I don't know much about it.

This location will charge you for a product that you do not receive and refuse you a refund. Even with all the proper proof, receipts and bank statements. The “Manager” apparently doesn’t have the mental capacity to use his own peanut sized brain. Zero leadership skills and couldn’t be more incompetent with his customer service. Will always go out of my way to avoid this location. Good job buddy.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. A woman named Terrika was helping 2 people at a time with a variety of issues. She tried to help me order an item I couldn’t find from different stores while helping another woman with a Home Depot credit card issue. It was pretty awesome. Terrible customer service! Employees don’t seem to know anything about small home projects and don’t even bother to help you find what you need. Can’t expect much from people that aren’t paid a living wage, so I guess the blame really lays more with the Home Depot corporation than the employees. If you need assistance you might as well pitch a tent. Absolutely horrible service not only did I flag someone to call for assistance but then had to call the store to get some assistance since no one never came. Do not waste your time, go anywhere but here. Also this was my second visit trying to get my blinds cut for installation and still had difficulty getting someone.

I have never had any problems with Home Depot. I have bought stoves microwaves over the counter and refrigerators. You go in there to buy items for your house you will find them. I only have one problem you do not carry the very good bug spray used to by there all the time. Sorry but I can't remember the name but it comes from Louisiana and it is absolutely the best ever

This is my 3rd time coming to this store and asking for help to load. All 3 times I’ve found the pickers or helpers standing around but yet the front desk says they’ve called them to help. Today we loaded 130pickets and 50 2x4s and even waited 20min for them to show up hallway through. I’m also a pro customer…will never return to this store again. It’s a joke

My partner visited this store with an issue with our Ryobi electric mower. Both Jen and Lois were extremely unprofessional, argumentative, rude, unwilling to help, and frankly embarrassing. I am very upset with how Jen and Lois conducted themselves and will be contacting the store manager as well as corporate. This experience was simply unacceptable.

It's your basic home Depot. I generally can find what I'm looking for, but have noticed lately that paint varieties never seem to be in stock. The wood stains also seem to have select colors that take forever to get replenished. Never had an issue with workers and you can tell they are trying their best despite being obviously short staffed.

Placed an on line order. Tracking said it was delivered to the store on Thursday, May 6th. I didn't receive an email that it was ready for pickup. I went to the store to see if it was ready for up. No one could find the order. The computer showed it was delivered, but it could not be found. Manager placed the order again.

We had quite a bit of difficulty getting the staff members to fill our order correctly. We bought 2 security doors, & had to have 2 separate installations done, instead of the usual 1. They never mentioned the military discount , which my son is entitled to, being a disabled veteran; which we corrected on our 3rd visit.

Rude employees and couldn't answer our questions couldn't quote us installation prices . Way higher than Lowe's and they quoted everything we needed to know right on spot. It is very difficult to find staff to assist you. When you do find someone, they often cannot tell you where to find the items you are looking for. If they know where to find the items, it is rare that they have any product knowledge to assist you with your choice. The product selection is not as good as Lowe's.

Inglewood location, they don't have any shopping carts available after 6 pm. This is when I go shopping, when it's cooler and I'm a senior citizen so I couldn't even get my birdseed cause it was too heavy for my carry on. Plus you don't even have any outdoor porch vinyl shades. Y'all can do better than this !!

Anytime I cannot find an item and I ask a team member they are able to locate it quickly for me and are pleasant. They don’t have as good a selection as the west side target but definitely cannot comparing as they have most of what we need (if you’re looking for pots/planters the selection is more limited.)

Very friendly staff! I was getting pool supplies, a bag of open pool shock got on my hands and when I asked for the restroom location the woman working in the garden center grabbed a bottle of water and immediately helped me clean it off. Going above and beyond is always appreciated!

Everything I've ordered online has arrived in just a few days after ordering. I just got a meat grinder because our grocery store does not grind meat in store anymore. I don't like prepackaged ground beef. Now I grind my own and love my grinder. I can grind whatever I want.

All of the particular size of wood we were after this trip was imported from Sweden and a lot of it was warped to some degree, as a regular customer at Home Depot I found it very frustrating but luckily this hasn't been something I encounter often.
