Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a car rental company. I have never booked a car with a confirmation, pay for an UBER to have zero cars available and a 25 person waiting if anything came back. I expect alot more for a large reputable company. Then had to pay for an UBER back at over $50 each way.
Inez and Richard did a great job of going the extra mile to make us happy when the car we had reserved wasn’t available (previous renters hadn’t brought it back yet, not the fault of Hertz). They were both friendly and helpful and very responsive to our problem. Problem solved, happy customers.
