I was there last evening (July 26th) to look into getting one of my sparkle ball earrings repaired, I was outside of my warranty by a couple of years so I went in with the understanding that I would have to pay for the repairs or replacement out of pocket. Not only were the two sweet staff members very friendly but they were completely helpful, understanding and all around nice to talk to, this is considering I rushed in 15 minutes before the mall was closed as I thought it would be more or less a quick question and hopefully they would be able to get them repaired. With this being considered I did not feel rushed at all nor did I feel like I was annoying them by being in last minute. Because I have an older version of the sparkle balls that are a little more delicate than the newer style they have a policy in place that will allow you to replace your damaged earrings with the newer post style at a discounted price! Which is such a wonderful thing to do for their customers, kudos Hillberg and Berk for maintaining customer relationships! I've already loved your brand but now I'm even more convinced of what this company stands for, you have a customer for life. I should also note that this was my second visit to the Calgary Market Mall location, the first time I did not have my earrings with me but the person I spoke to was again very friendly and helpful! Thank-you again for such a wonderful experience and for going beyond my expectations on replacing a very special gift.

If I could give zero stars I would, the sparkle ball earrings made my ears bleed. They claim to be nickel free, etc. I have always been able to wear the cheapest jewelry with no problems. Decide to splurge and spend $70 on these and I cannot wear them. They made my ears so infected they bled, it was beyond disgusting. They say their return policy is 45 days AND jewelry must be UNWORN?! Well how would I ever know that I was allergic without wearing them?? Don't believe their claims of being high quality and nickel free, there is NO way as these are the only earrings that have ever bothered me in my life. I would never suspect these 'high quality' (or just high priced) earrings would bother my ears so never even thought to ask about the return policy. I would have thought for the price-point they would be more accommodating of an unsatisfied customer. Absolute junk quality for the price and customer service to match.

I came in here right before Valentine’s Day to purchase a ring for myself (all about that self love) and I was happy that they had several sizes available so close to Valentine’s Day so they were stocked up! Kiersten (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was so helpful and amazing while I was trying on a couple rings to figure out which one I wanted, AND she also let me see in person a couple colours for their sale items online so I could make sure it was something I wanted before purchasing online (online offer only) and she was so bubbly which made the experience that much more fun to pick out a gift for myself. I can’t wait to come back in the future for more gorgeous jewelry at reasonable prices for a smaller company. The quality is amazing on the ring I have and everyone I know that has the sparkle ball earrings are in love with them

This jewelry store is amazing. Aside from all the elegant products, the staff always gives an excellent customer service. Not once did I feel intimadated to 'just look around' and feel pressured to buy. They answer all my questions with pleasure. This is one of the best places to get a gift for yourself or anyone you know!

I lost the earring back to my Xmas present and I message through fb and found yes the back can be replaced! Woohoo!! I went to the market mall location on sat feb 12/22 and the ladies were amazing and soo kind. They gave me a replacement set. I was overjoyed. Thank you great customer service …
