I went to the shop originally on Monday and was told that I need to book an appointment. I called right after and booked an appointment for Wednesday. I showed up on Wednesday a few minutes early and was told to go back later next week because i didn’t have an appointment. After going back and fourth standing in -15 weather the owner made a call and confirmed that I did have an appointment and was let inside. I was told that they had someone coming in 10 minutes so basically they double booked me. After showing me 1 necklace I was told to come back next week because clearly she wanted me out of her store because she had more important customers on their way. After a couple minutes the other customers who had an appointment that the owners remembered about showed up. I was basically given a couple minutes of time and didn’t feel welcome because clearly the owner wanted to help the more important customers. I was respectful and told her I would come back later next week to look at necklaces. Personally I felt rushed and not welcomed in the store and after being a repeat customer I feel disrespected. I do not like booking appointments and driving across the city to be pushed out and told to come next week. When I am spend thousands of dollars on jewelry I think it is fair to be respected and given the time I deserve to browse jewelry. Overall I am disappointed and there is lots of other jeweller’s in the area so it is an easy choice to take my business elsewhere.

It was awesome to be a customer of this great family of amazing beautiful people. We were really impressed the way Amit, his wife, his dad, mom and sister treated us during our visits at this location. They have very good range of elegant and great designs of necklaces and rani haars including beautiful different varieties of jewellery which we didn’t find anywhere else. They have designated Tuesdays just only for brides so that the future brides can feel independent and at a liberty to choose their selections without being interrupted by divergence due to other customers presence. I would not be honest if I don’t mention their hospitality which was amazing as Amit’s dad himself served us with papri chaat, vegetable pakoras and coffee. Overall our experience was 10 out of 10 and we definitely recommend India Jewellers to our friends and community.

I had to visit India jewllers for some jewelry purchase/ repairs, firstly I like the parking area, very easy to find the spot for parking. At the entrance, there security activated door which was opened immediately by the staff and welcomed with regards , Whole staff looks very professional and have deep knowledge about all their jewelry.Questions, I had was solved with very efficient solutions. Entire store is very well organized with items displayed in proper order. Prices are very nominal, Thank you for giving me the best deals and best treatment as customer. My wife and I attended this business as she was looking to purchase a nose stud. We walked in together and I started to look for a gold cross by myself, while my wife asked the woman employee to look at their nose studs. A couple of minutes later, the woman asked my wife if I was with her. It was such a discriminatory comment as I'm not Punjabi. I'm Sri Lankan and my wife is Punjabi. I guess the woman is not used to seeing a mixed raced couple where one isn't Punjabi. Absolutely racist. We left right away and will not be returning to this business.

Out of all the qualities, If I am to choose one is the Customers Satisfaction. I visited this place to purchase jewellery, was attended by Anita. She gave me very good customer service and helped me to find what I wanted. As I reached home and checked. I found a small issue in that item. I called them and informed. She got delivered me the new article to my work address that is 25kms away form the shop. I wanted to thanks specially Anita, Amit and Mr. Paul. You guys are imagining. Did a great job on repairing my clients watch, yet charged too much for replacing a strap. Did a good job on fixing 2 out of 3 chains. Didn't fix the third clasp properly, need to take it in to another jewelers as I was told it would cost me more to fix. Way overpriced to fix just clasps. Won't be back.
