I’m not one to usually leave a review. I always try to solve the issue instead of going this route. I purchased a Sideboard from maison corbeil in June 2021. It came with the door cracked. I called them when it was delivered in December but they said that that department was on holidays until January which is understandable and they would contact me in January. I didn’t hear anything back so I contacted my sales rep and asked him what’s going on. Someone responded and said someone would contact me to set up a new delivery date with a new sideboard. It came to the house but the new one was in worse shape than the one I got, according to the delivery guy. I never saw it because they didn’t take it off the truck. So they took it back. The guy told me they were going to send somebody to come fix it instead because it was fixable and that I should hear something within a week. Again, I didn’t hear back so I followed up and they booked an appointment for someone to come fix it. The lady showed up and told me she couldn’t fix it and it needed to be replaced. She also told me I should hear back within a week. I never heard back so again I followed up and a lady by the name of Julie told me she would send a replacement door. That was great. I never heard anything for a couple months so I reached out to the sales rep again and he had someone contact me. They scheduled an appointment for June 30th to have the door replaced. No one showed up and I waited from 8-6 since that was the time frame they had given me. I contacted the sales rep and told him this situation that no one had showed up. He said he was going to forward it to the manager. I never heard back. Then I called and left a message for the manager. I never heard back. I called the Montreal location, left a message and never heard back. I even sent an email to the email address above in the response to the review above and they never responded. So, at this point I have to let it go and take the loss but I will be sure to tell everybody my experience there and I will never buy another piece of furniture from them again due to their lack of customer service. It has been a year since I have ordered this cabinet and I am still waiting with no results and no contact from their customer service.

We purchased multiple items from this store. We paid a considerable amount of money (+/- $30 K). The transaction at the store was a positive experience and that was the end of anything positive. Here is a list of items that did not go well: * Unreasonably long lead time of delivery despite multiple delivery confirmation that did not happen. (Please do not mention pandemic and supply chain) * Bedroom set defective. Forgot hardware on delivery day only to find out later that the entire headboard need to be replaced. * Replacement new headboard stitching is defective. They offered some credit for the defective headboard. We did not have a choice but to live with the defective one or wait for another year. * Living room area rug delivered damaged. * Breakfast area rug delivered defective. * Breakfast table arrived without chairs. * 4 of the chairs were defective. Once again we had to live with loaner chairs. * Were told a specific delivery date for living room. We got rid of our current living room only to find out that they made a mistake. Ended up with a loaner sofa for months until ours get delivered. * Within two weeks, the new sofas tarted squeaking. * Waited for months for someone to come and assess it. * Still waiting for someone to fix or replace our sofa. Conclusion: never again and I will never recommend this store.

Our experience with Maison Corbeil started a year and a half ago and we still don't have our final products. We were offered design services by staff that turned out awful, pieces did not fit, 4 different types of wood colors showed up compared to matching in a rendering. The manager at the Ottawa location is unresponsive. Our still missing item was "lost" in their warehouse 3 times now and we have yet to receive them after 2 follow ups. We needed to expedite to head office to get things moving. I would not recommend this store. Putting 1 star as we are not able to put none.

I need to say I've been dealing with Sara Belkastali for almost 1 year at Corbeil Maison. I've bought multiple items at different points of the year, I've also had to modify an order afterwards due to some builder issues. Everytime I've reached out to Sara, she always been prompt and professional with her responses, she's always addressed my issues. She's truly a professional in her field. I have other home project coming up soon, Sara will definitely get my business again.

Just finalized a big purchase at Maison Corbeille today. Our experience was wonderful from A to Z. Kevin G. was patient, calm and most of all not pushy whatsoever. He made great recommendations based on our communicated interests and offered great prices on all the furniture, storage, delivery and assemble ?! Coudnt have asked for a better experience. We’re stoked to receive our big order. Thanks Kevin!

I had my beautiful dining rooms chairs delivered today and the delivery guy was very helpful and polite, assembled the chairs and they were in perfect condition. Also was easy to track the delivery online. Service in the store was also very good. The whole experience from beginning to end was superbe. I will buy furniture from Maison Corbeil again!

We visited the Ottawa store on Saturday and can’t say enough about the service we received from Gabriel. He is knowledgeable, attentive, helpful but never pushy, and also a lot of fun to work with. We highly recommend him. His insights led us to the sofa we’d been looking for: good quality and a lower price than comparable pieces we’d seen.

The absolute worst customer service post purchase that I have ever received. Product was missing instructions and screws in addition to being broken. Management was so neglectful in following up that I had to contact them on a daily basis to get compensation. Shop elsewhere. This company does not care about their customers.

My fiancé and I bought most of our furniture for our new house from Maison Corbeil. Meghan was such a great help, she was very honest, gave amazing input, and was extremely knowledgeable with the products. Meghan made our experience with furnishing a home so helpful. I highly recommend asking for her assistance.

This store is massive with a lot of different price points and styles. Our sales rep Selina is amazing. She let us make our own decisions and had good suggestions. I had some doubts after we placed our order and she continued to be attentive and helpful sending pictures and measurements by email and text.

I was looking for a lounge chair for my office. Grace Gu helped me find the perfect chair, along with a little side table and ottoman. She knew the floor extremely well and showed me items within my requested budget. She was very knowledgeable and it was all so easy thanks to her!

I just purchased a sofa and two arm chairs from Maison Corbeil. Thanks to Bing Jie being so helpful, and for all her advices, as well as the store manager Steve. It was a pleasant experience and I am looking forward to buying more stuff from Maison Corbeil

Absolutely terrible customer service.After a nine month delay in delivery, the wrong furniture arrived and no one has followed up to talk to me about next steps after two weeks of inquiries. Will never recommend or shop here again

Great designer furniture! Love the selection. The front desk, sales people and manager have all been great so far. 3 successful deliveries with no problems at all!
