Kat and Marlow design made purchasing the engagement ring for my now fiancé easy, stress-free, and created a custom ring she loved. With a rough idea in mind, Kat helped suggest several aspects that led to exactly what my fiancé wanted. The software they use is amazing, and it allows you to look at every part of the ring in a real-life and in detail prototype, before making a final decision. The price came in actually below the budget I had in mind, and they didn't try to increase the price just because, if it didn't increase the quality of the ring. Since it came in below budget, we also purchased some other jewelry (nose ring and a gold necklace) which turned out great as well. We also got our wedding bands at a discounted rate for bundling everything together! Overall, we highly recommend Marlow Design for engagement rings, wedding bands, in addition to other jewelry. They will be our go-to spot for any jewelery needs in the future.

My husband went to Marlow Design for my engagement ring and then we went back for my wedding band as well. Marlow does not stop until he makes your vision come to life. I had a very specific and intricate request for my wedding band and despite the complexity he made it happen. When the first iteration of the band wasn't exactly perfect he kept working on it until it was absolutely perfect. Not only that, but we ended up with a tight timeline to have it ready for our wedding and he made sure we got it right when we needed it. I love my engagement ring and wedding band set by Marlow and would go back for any other jewelry design without hesitation.

My fiance and I couldn’t be happier with the custom engagement ring that Marlow designed. We came to Marlow with an idea in mind and he created a ring that was better than we imagined. We wanted a blue sapphire stone instead of a diamond and Marlow sourced the most beautifully coloured sapphire for us. The craftsmanship of the ring is incredible and it was an extremely reasonable price. Marlow is patient, professional, honest, and such a nice person. Marlow went above and beyond for us and we would recommend him to absolutely anyone!

I had an heirloom diamond reset in a new setting that I purchased from Marlow less than 1 year ago. I don’t wear the ring everyday and it’s already bent and the stone fallen out. When I called about having it reset I was quoted higher than the 2 other places in Calgary to have it reset and told that they only guarantee their work for 3 months. 3 months for a diamond ring meant to last a lifetime doesn’t reflect much confidence in their work, so I will be going elsewhere to have my ring redone correctly.

Marlow and team are absolutely amazing! We decided to take all of our jewellery from all of our relatives living and passed and create new rings so that we will have them with us forever ♥️ This was our first time ever doing this and it was such an exciting process. Marlow goes above and beyond! I called him hoping to get an engagement ring made in under 4 weeks. He answered emails, texts, phone calls at all hours of the day and night to make sure it was perfect. When customs held up the diamond and I wasn't able to bring it with me to California to propose, he got it here in time for the special day. Absolutely incredible service from Marlow. My partner and I got two engagement and two wedding bands, custom made to our liking and we cannot be happier! The quality of the work is second to none, and we trusted Marlow to design something unique to us! My partner only wanted moissanite gems, and he was happy to fulfil her wishes. Tried contacting them via email inquiry and have not heard from them for weeks. Definitely do not recommend and will inform my network about the lack of communication. I was hoping to support local by doing business local but has since chosen a competitor who is not local due to the lack of customer service.
