I have had dealings with Maxime's for many years and having dealt with Dalia and Matthew for many of them making each new purchase easy with their experience and knowledge, I also find other staff like Matthew and Kristina ensure I have a great experience at their shops regardless of what I stop in for. Maxime's is an amazing shop for jewelry, pens, watches, cufflinks, wedding/engagement rings and in fact it is even more than what some would consider a 'buying experience'. Maximes is a relationship purchase. When you purchase that special item for yourself or for those you love enough to give them the best you start a relationship with people whom care enough to make sure you get exactly what you wanted, whom care enough to take care of any needs after your purchase and whom care enough to continuously educate themselves on the industry and offer the best possible advise and items for your purchasing needs. This is a relationship with a locally owned, family business that after you deal with them you will find other reasons to buy other items from them just to have that same experience you had on your first purchase. The relationship exists from that first time because they never forget your face or name and they always make you feel welcome even if just stopping in to say hi or thanking them again for that perfect item. There is no single reason for me to go anywhere for any of my jewelry/watch/pen needs ever again for Maxime's and the family and staff continue to fulfill all my needs everytime!

I recently took my platinum wedding band to their store at Chinook Mall to see if would be possible to increase the size. The onset of arthritis made it impossible to wear over the last several months. This platinum ring has a center inlay of yellow gold and I thought it would be a long shot to have it enlargened. As well it could also be described as ‘well worn’ to put it politely. A few short weeks later Maxime’s phoned to tell me that it was ready for pickup and when I saw it I’d have to say it turned out showcase new, it literally gleams!! No trace of where the new material was added even when viewed under my high powered magnifying glass. I’m over the top impressed. This ring plus my spouses jewelry was purchased from this location and they have treated us like royalty right from day 1. We highly recommend Maxime’s and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Calgary. Zero disappointment’s.

My experience with Maxime's was extremely amazing. I had been shopping for an engagement ring for a while and at every place, I went to the sales associate felt rather pushy until I came to Maxime's. Matthew at Chinook Centre was superb. He wasn’t pushy and was completely open and honest with me. He gave great advice on rings and is very knowledgeable. Matthew did not pressure me in overspending compared to other associates I dealt with from other jewelers. The ring I selected was extremely incredible, and I could not find anything like it anywhere else. I have bought a few items from Maxime's before, earings, necklace and so when it was time to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend, I went back to Maxime's chinook and I'm so glad I did. Matt who was helping me took me through the entire process and broke down how/what a diamond is and the differences between them all. It was overwhelming at first, but Matt's approach made the who experience easy. Never did i feel pressured or that he was trying to make a sale. During the whole process he kept me up to date on what was happening during production. At pickup I was so impressed how it turned out. My girlfriend and I came to the store the week of August 14, 2023 as part of our engagement ring tour and met Matthew Reboh. When we entered he said hi and told us to let him know if we need help with anything. We started to have a look at a few options and discussed a few options with him. I can tell you that Mathew was nothing but professional, friendly, and honest. He also advised us to postpone buying the bands till we need them even though we were thinking about getting them with the ring. Yes, imagine a jewelry shop not pushing you to just make a sale! I respect that! My girlfriend and I left saw a few other options that week but came back on August 18, 2023 and bought the ring from Maxime's! Mathew is amazing!!

Maxime's offers a great experience and outstanding quality. Our family has been their customers for years. The owners and sales reps have been fantastic to work with. They are prompt, kind and really pay attention to details; service one would expect from a luxury brand company. They display many beautiful luxury jewelry lines, my favorite being Tacori. Whenever I stop in to have my jewelry cleaned and polished, the staff are always happy to accommodate on the spot. I recently had an issue with a pair of Tacori earrings and they were replaced with a brand new pair. I have referred many friends and family to Maxime's and they are all pleased as well. Wonderful store, wonderful people!

My fiancé bought my ring here and I have to say the experience has been wonderful! We went in to browse originally just to get ideas and there was absolutely no pressure of a sale. We were walked through options within our budget with no judgment and the rep wrote down my three favourites. She then emailed my partner with all the details and pictures of the favourites and said if there are any questions to let them know. After purchasing the ring the resizing process was quick, even in the middle of Covid, and any time I have a question they are happy to take my call! Getting my ring cleaned is also quick and no appointment needed! I highly recommend!

Maximes staff are wonderful, however the product, Scott Kay was less than impressive. I have had my ring for just over 1 year. Within 2 months of my now husband proposing, a small diamond had fallen out. Maximes replaced for free. While I was on the plane, departing for my wedding, I noticed a diamond had fallen out for the 2nd time. I had this diamond replaced free of charge, picked up the ring on the Tuesday and on Friday, noticed yet another diamond missing. I work a desk job, take my rings off when I play sport. Needless to say, it's nothing to do with Maxime's morso to do with the product they sold my husband..for a pretty penny..Thanks!

My husband bought all three tacori rings for my wedding set from Maxime's in Chinook 3 years ago and the service was incredible! I just recently visited the store because my finger was swollen and I couldn't remove my rings. Dalia was so helpful in arranging an appointment to come by and have them removed. Unfortunately, the rings did have to be cut but Max did such an amazing job that they retained their round shape, the intricate design in the band was untouched and no diamonds fell out! So grateful and thankful for such impeccable service. Will be back to have them resized once the swelling goes down. Thank you so much Max and Dalia! ❤

It is always a pleasure to go to Maxime's at Chinook Mall. The staff are knowledgeable and always so helpful, when I am looking for something special for my wife - or sometimes myself! They have assisted me in selecting unique gifts, as well, they have been extremely helpful when I have wanted to design a special piece for either myself or my wife. The quality is outstanding and second to none. The ongoing service that is available - i.e. jewelry polishing is greatly appreciated. This was single handedly the greatest customer experience of my life. They truly went above and beyond with us for our wedding bands. When we met Matthew at Maxime’s we were impressed by his knowledge and suggestions for various options and never felt hurried or pressured to purchase, Matthew seemed genuinely motivated to find us exactly what we were looking for. Our final choice was a Tacori ring with a Canadian mined Diamond which signifies our years together living in Canada. Maxime’s was a very positive experience.

I was very disappointed with my experience here today. The sales associate offered up minimal information and when I showed her a picture of the style we were looking for, she very quickly said “We don’t have any of those styles” and dismissed us. The funny thing is that when we came in, she let us know that most pieces can be customized to any kind of stone. I am not sure what kind of assumption she made about us, but it was a let down and I will not be making any future purchases at your store.

Every time I go into Maxime's they make me feel very welcome. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry with fashionable designs. I've had my Scott Kay rings for 12 years now and every time I need a polish they do a beautiful job. I accidentally got my ring stuck and had to get one of the prongs replaced wish I took a before picture to show how bad it was. It was fixed in not too much time and looks band new. Sales people completely ignored my fiance and I and purposefully walked away from us to talk in the corner to each other as we stood there waiting to be helped. Once they finally decided we were worth only a single moment of their time they spoke to us in a completely arrogant and condescending way. We happily decided that this was not where we wanted to spend our money due to the service and went to another jewelry store to buy what we needed.

My experience here is over the top. We had looked at rings for a long time before choosing the right one. Maximes has great selection and is always clean and has great customer service. Liz in particular at market mall made choosing the right one easy! Liz is knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. She has made our experience at the store wonderful everytime we are in. Been going to Maxime's for years and have always been taken care of. Might not always have the cheapest prices, but price comes with quality. They carry a few well known brands, but they also have a local brand "Peaks and Prairies" that Dalia takes care of. A store that I trust in getting anything I need jewelery related.
