I have been shopping at Maxime's and dealing with Amanda at the Chinook location since I bought my wife's engagement ring many years ago. While I was initially drawn to the fact it's locally owned and has access to luxury brands (including Tacori, which was my wife's dream engagement ring brand), I've ultimately returned over and over because of their customer service, vision and attention to detail. Amanda and the whole staff remember me by name, go out of their way to make sure that I am getting exactly what I want and ultimately always produce something truly special. I've always felt that in jewelry you want to work with someone who you can trust and is going to deliver something unique, and when I walk into Maxime's I know that they are going to do everything they can to get me something that will wow and I have never been disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a luxury experience from a locally based company, and particularly if you want to buy quality that will last a lifetime. Ask for Amanda and know you will be in good hands.

My husband was clueless when looking for my engagement ring since I hadn't given him any ideas of what I wanted. He isn't the most patient shopper, so I was SO pleased when he told me he actually had a great time picking out my ring and that instead of being pushy, the staff were informative and went above and beyond to answer all his questions and help him select that perfect ring that suited me... And let me tell you I am so in love with what he chose! When we went back to select our bands, I was blown away with the knowledge the staff had about all their products and was so pleased with how quickly our rings came in. My favorite thing about the store is that they provide complimentary cleanings and polishing for life on their products! So anytime I'm in the mall doing some shopping, I can drop my rings off with the trusty staff and come back to a sparkling ring that looks new again. I am so happy my husband chose Maxime's and I would 100% recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Kailee Todd was by far the best salesperson my soon to be fiancee and I have dealt with. Kailee was enthusiastic, kind, and above all helped me find the exact engagement ring I have always wanted. I found a beautiful infinity twist gold ring and I couldn't be happier. She didn't pressure us to buy and concentrated on what we both envisioned for our forever rings. Purchased a very expensive 18K ring, Ruby w/ Diamonds for my Wife's 50th BDay. They promised to have it ready the day before her BDay at the absolute latest. Now it is 6 days late. I have gotten nothing except "I'm sorry about that". 7 unanswered calls in two weeks, 4 store visits with promises to have the General Manager call me the next day. NOTHING. Do not waste your time even walking past this store. I have never been treated like this. I am so very glad that I purchased my Oris elsewhere!

I bought my fiance a Tacori engagement ring from Maxime's and I couldn't be happier! The knowledgeable staff made shopping for an engagement ring so much easier. I knew nothing about diamonds (or jewellery) walking in, and I learned so much from them. It's amazing that I actually got to sit and talk to a gemologist about diamonds and was actually able to physically look at the diamond. I always receive amazing customer service from both locations and highly recommend checking them out.

There's such a beautiful selection of engagement rings and the people there are super helpful and so not pushy. I was just looking to get an idea of my style and the ladies were so nice! Most jewellery stores just ignore unless they think you're buying. I have already told my 'fiance-to-be' about them and we'll definitely be going there when the day comes. Plus they're locally owned AND I found out I could design my own custom ring at their workshop. Super cool!

I had a great experience purchasing a ring from Maxime's. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on a ring after multiple appointments. They did not rush me into a decision, and by the time I was ready to purchase, I felt as though I was an expert myself! A very welcoming store that gives great customer service. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were so attentive and spent a lot of time with my fiance and me picking out our wedding bands and the engagement ring. The ring came earlier than promised, and it was made exactly the way we custom ordered it. We even got a free upgrade for a larger diamond! Everyone at Maximes is amazing to deal with! I haven’t had one bad experience with them. I lost a diamond from my band during covid and let them know, and as soon as they opened back up I was quickly emailed and given a time to get it repaired. Their customer service is amazing, and I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family :)

The Knowledgeable staff makes it easy to pick from the many designers Maxime’s carries. I have never left without a smile, servicing included. Maximes is also one of the only high-end jewellery stores which is still family owned, Matthew and Dalia are fantastic!! I will always continue to support local businesses.
