I will not shop here again the experience was horrible. The saleswoman tried to sell a protection plan to my husband that supposedly covered a chain that was not included in the price of the pendant. Then she tried to overcharge him $85 for the display chain that was not even gold. On top of that he had to go to another store to pick it up and that is when he was informed it does not include the chain. I went to solve the problem and complain and they tried to sell me a chain for the pendant. Forget that!!! If the pendant does not come with the chain he should have been told that by the saleswoman. When I did call and spoke to her she denied even trying to sell him the protection plan. I was on the phone with him the whole time while he was purchasing the pendant. Not one time did she say it did not come with the chain. She denied everything she said. I went to another jeweler and purchased a chain. Horrible experience.

I was looking for a gift for My oldest Daughter for her Birthday.I had gone to Anthonys jewelers and when the lady came to help me I had said how much money I could spend and she was unable to help me.Therefor I went to Michael Hill and the lady there was so sweet and kind, I told her how much I could spend and said I am sure there is nothing here I can afford. I told her what I could afford and she actually found me two gifts for my Daughter. She did not make me feel cheap like the other Jewelers did.So if you are on a strict budget and can't afford much please go see Odile at the Marlborough location.She will help You find exactly what you are looking for and for your budget. Just tell her what amount You can spend.Hats off to You Odile, You are a very respectful,helpful,kind person and You have made me very happy to shop there. Thank you so so much

I purchased earrings for my wife for a Christmas present from this location. After she wore them only a few times, she developed a severe allergy. Her ear became inflamed and red. Eventually after trying to overcome the allergy, her ear became infected. The doctor said never wear them again. Apparently something used in the metal is causing a reaction. Although they did mention a no return policy on earrings, I thought this would be a unique and serious enough issue that they would at least consider providing an in store credit. They refused and said it's policy. Horrible experience working with the staff and manager at this location. People's return their product, why can't Michael Hill. Especially given the circumstance. Will never shop there again!!!

Express your true feelings. This is what takes me to this store. Amazing collection and designs as your desire. Helping customer service/Sales associates well knowledgable and professional. Believe me they know what you are looking for. They can suggest you best or the best without your budget and desire. No public washroom but centralized public washrooms in mall. Handicap parking handicap access. U will strongly recommend it.

After almost a decade of searching out a particular style of earrings and jeweler after jeweler telling me something custom done for $900, Michael Hill came through for me, and with what turned out to be a very common design. Both the Sunridge and Marlborough locations had friendly knowledgeable staff, weren't afraid to have a bit of a sense of humor, and left me feeling like a valued customer.

Good and so so experiences with this store. Salesperson who sold engaement ring to my fiance was amazing. Went back a few weeks later to see what the matching wedding band was like. Got a different salesperson who showed us everything but what we originally wanted to see. Guess we will be getting the wedding band elsewhere.

I was at the store a few days ago, I was visibly having trouble deciding what to get for an early mother’s day gift and an associate, Jine, approached me and helped me decide the perfect piece. Honestly without her kindness and great advice I wouldn’t have gotten to see my mother smile like she did. Thank you Jine.

I waited 20 mins in line to find out they only replace products batteries of their own products. Not to mention no social distancing. People hovering over other people and touching each other. Not a location I recomend unless your made of money.

Amazing customer service and amazing collection. Went to buy a proposal ring and the sales person was very humble and understood my needs. Just got a yes from my partner and just want to say, Thank you Michael hill.

Doing a bang-up job of ensuring local small businesses close by undercutting everything local businesses sell. Please support the other stores in this mall.

Absolutely worst staff works here. At one point the actually had to call me because the lost my rings somewhere and couldn't remember where they put them.
