If i had a chance to give leas than one review, i would have given that. The way they talk when they book appointment with us is not the after that. I had an appointment booked 25/10 and I couldn’t reach there because on my way for my appointment my car broke down on the highway and i was busy calling people and for road side assistance for help. I called them later that day after all that thing happened to let them know the reason why I didn’t showed up and also to book another appointment they have got available. They said they have an appointment next week and $50 was charged on to my account because I didn’t show up. It was ridiculous and i told them this is not right and what if a person having an emergency and still they are charged with $50? I am not going to pay that amount or not even going to that clinic again because of their lack of understanding When people are not showing up with genuine reasons.

I first took my daughter to see Dr Brett, he is super friendly and engaging with the kids, he speaks clearly to them and also to us. Everything explained, with options. My daughter was at ease and relaxed throughout. The facilities are nothing short of amazing, the pictures are real, the rooms are massive and looks brand new. I have now taken my son for his first dentist visit, to see Dr Rano, she is lovely and warm and immediately had a conversation with him, which he rarely does as hes quite shy. The girls in reception were great to talk to and it was easy to make future bookings. (on our preferred days and times) Overall it was a refreshing experience, that we will now move mum & dad over too. I have already recommended to some school friends and neighbour all have had great experiences too. Oh, the follow ups and reminders are great especially for me.

This practice was strongly recommended to me by a friend so I booked and attended an appointment at Morris Dental recently. The staff and facility were super professional. Most importantly, it seemed like they cared most about my health and not about making money off me. I saw Dr Sophie Teager and she was amazing, she did great work on my teeth and was extremely personable, communicating everything to me very clearly. I was really impressed and will be back again. Much recommended!

From a retired dental nurse I would definitely recommend Morris Dental. From the minute you walk in, the practice is noticeably calm & relaxing-so important for nervous patients. Dr Brett Morris is very caring, gentle and embraces the latest dental concepts and technology, ensuring patients get the best treatment options. I had all my old metal fillings fully replaced with new tooth coloured resin fillings. The results are excellent. The staff are also friendly and professional.

Dr. Rano is really professional and thoughtful. I fell down today and lost part of my front teeth. They made an emergency appointment for me and repaired it really quick and sooo much better than I expected. Not only did they fix it, they made it beautiful. She's not just a dentist, she's an artist. My family and I will choose Morris dental as our only option. Thank you very much!

Pathetic and disgusting costumer service from the receptionist and Morris dental , called to book an appointment and travelled from interstate earlier but when I arrived I was told it was cancelled. Why would anyone be joking around with people. Would not recommend. I was told “that’s your problem you travelled from interstate earlier..” when they cancelled the appointment.

Rano is professional, warm and welcoming and was very accommodating in an emergency. She has great rapport with children and made our Daughter feel comfortable and at ease. She explained the issue at hand and communicated clearly what had occurred and what the next steps were. Great experience, very happy with the excellent service we received.

I booked a time with Morris dental to deal with a potentially costly issue. Rano ran through the options with me and finally carried out a procedure much better fitting of my budget than the others. The work was painless, as was dealing with the dentist and practice in general. Highly recommended.

I went to this clinic for the first time yesterday after moving from WA - the staff couldn’t have been more professional and friendly. The dentist provided evidence base to support her practice and reinforced recommendations to make sure they weren’t forgotten. Very happy and will be going back !

I have been seeing Brett Morris for a few months now and I have to say he is wonderful. Such an honest sincere dentist. Certainly not in it for the money which is so refreshing. Probably one of the best dentists I have been to and I have been to many:( A credit to the industry!

I have had my teeth looked after by both Rano and Brett for nearly 15 years now. They are always very professional whilst providing a relaxed atmosphere. The new clinic is fantastic with plenty of parking right off the main road.

Would recommend as I have been to this practice multiple times. The dentists and staff are nice. The practice is clean and efficient (I haven't had to wait for more than five minutes past my appointment time). Has enough parking.

Dr Brett Morris is the best! My oral hygiene has improved significantly since I have transferred onto his care. Highly recommended and I would not go anywhere else now.
