Very disappointed. I had an urgent prescription that I needed because I was traveling abroad. I was trying to call the pharmacy for a couple of days without any reply if thy could deliver my medicines. The second day I went to the pharmacy at 13.05 and it was closed for lunch. No web updates,no stuff at all at the store, just one sign saying will be closed for an hour. I asked the super market's security and he directed me to a member of the stuff that was passing by. When I explained the case that I had to travel at the same day and needed my prescription,it was said to me to either wait until 14.00 or call my GP to get the repeat prescription and go to another pharmacy. Just to note that my GP hasn't issued the prescription earlier. I mentioned that I would do a complaint and for another couple of days after that, I was trying to call the pharmacy about it and they never replied. Overall, no attention to patients, no management skills, no core stuff left at the store.

I shopped here on 24th September as I have for the last few years, there are many good things about this store….the fish and butchers departments are great but the frustrating thing about the store are the queues at the checkout but the worst thing is the lack of produce on the shelves- again ! This has been a problem for months now and coupled with the fact that they are not as cheap as they used to be I will now be shopping in Tescos, I may as well as there were so many things I couldn’t get today I have to shop somewhere else anyway ……. a shame as I always liked Morrisons.

Okay so it's Saturday and I needed my prescription as I was unwell, and this was the pharmacy closest to me that was open. I got there but was asked to wait half an hour for my prescription as it was said there are other names above mine..... It does not make sense to me, I am there and need my meds but NO make up other people's medication that are not even there or neither in need of them or those patients would have been there. First wait hours on end for NHS 111 to call you back, then having to wait in a qué at the pharmacy that's not even there. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would like to say that the staff at This particular pharmacy are polite, friendly, well presented and above all, knowledgeable on products and matters regarding general health. I have queued outside of Morrison's to get advice and medication during the lockdown, rather than use some of the other pharmacies in the area. I say this not to denigrate any of the other's but just to emphasise the faith I have in the these.

As someone else pointed out, these pharmacies close between 12-2pm. Sometimes randomly between 1 and 2:30, you never know. Of course, there are no signs to this effect. Also, you'll often get to the pharmacy at any point during the day and may find that your questions are answered with, "the pharmacist is away at the moment, come back later". This could happen at any time. Roll of the dice.

Fed up of men playing down women’s symptoms. Got told the itchy, cracked and sore patches of skin on my hands were just ‘dry from the cold weather’ and that I could use any old fragrance free moisturiser on it. Cheers mate hadn’t thought of that Went to another pharmacy and got given cream for dermatitis. …

Note that this pharmacy closes 1 til 2. Never known this before. Need to collect lot of medication. On my scooter. Can't hang around for an hour. Will have to hope I'm up to popping down again or see if I can get somebody to collect it for me. Whole store becoming useless

Every time I go in to use their Pharmacy most times I have to wait while other people go in front of me. Tlhe last two days has been exceptionally bad so I brought it up with the Asian pharmacist, and was told if I don't like it find a new pharmacist. Not acceptable!

Been coming to this pharmacy for about 2 years now and it’s by far the best pharmacy in the area. Although it is a very busy pharmacy you are always greeted with a friendly welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and they have always been so helpful.

Gone to collect my prescription as you usually. Told can't my prescription , had too go back. To doctors to get replacement prescription. Was then told won't be ready for 45 minutes. Five people at the back doing nothing . What a joke No people skills .

Satisfaction guaranteed every visit. Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and always with a smile. I have left a review previously but sometimes it needs repeating to maintain positivity and prevent dilution of the aforementioned. Thank You.

I love this pharmacy! The staff are so kind and cheerful, and prescriptions arrive swiftly and reliably. The team process a huge amount of prescriptions, and do it brilliantly. We are really lucky to have this fantastic service. Thank you.

Wouldn’t serve my member of family with over the counter medication saying he’s was in there a few days before and he haven’t visited there for approx 2 years !!! Also was chatting to her colleague for long time before serving customer

Shut in the middle of the day at Radom times. They couldn’t give me my prescription because it was ‘downloading’ and it was Christmas. ‍♀️ …

Always friendly and quick, they're super busy and it can't be easy. The low reviews are all from incredibly self entitled people!

  • Rob Crudge

Last time I used the pharmacy I found the staff friendly and helpful. Long wait for prescription though

  • sarah young

Friendly staff, really poor range of over the counter medicines. It is tiny but good for prescriptions.

  • Sally Mukundwa

Great service ,at least you don't have to ramage for medication in between the food shoppers!
