I feel betrayed by this place. I went on Saturday to get two watches replaced their batteries. After my incident, I tried to call but they were closed until Tuesday. I brought 2 watches for battery replacement. The Charles Jourdan one worked okay. But the Piaget one, which Min, the one who “helped” me, said it is not working. He said somebody messed it up prior. I know in my good conscience that I did not mess up the removal of the battery. I just removed it so the old battery wont leak. I did that before when I worked in the jewellery store in Edmonton. My only shortcoming was I did not take a picture prior to taking it to Min. Now, the tiny gold bar that secures the battery is gone. I feel betrayed he took that small, gold part. I will never go back to this place. I felt deceived.

Absolutely amazing service and quality of work. My engagement ring got "fixed" 6 months before by another company before I brought it to Pacific Jewellery. The other company made my ring look worse, doing a terrible job on my claw repair and wrecking my Amethysts in the process. The replacements fell out and I decided to get it fixed by Pacific Jewellery the next time instead. They wowed me with the work they did, fixing the claw repair from before and upgrading my Amethysts to be more substantial and secure. They also cleaned my ring making it so shiny and sparkly. I got married last week and will be going to them to attach my wedding band and get both rings all clean up. Highly recommend!

I brought a pair of silver diamond hoop earrings in for repair on a Monday. One of the posts had broken off and they unwearable. I was pleasantly surprised that they could repair them that same day, but I wasn't able to come back same day. I returned Saturday to find my earrings beautifully repaired; there was a slight colour change, which they warned me could happen due to the heat of the solder, but this was minimal and in no way impacts the beauty of these earrings. The price for repair was reasonable. Both Minh and Annie were kind, quick, and professional. I have a few other broken items that I'll absolutely be bringing in soon.

Recently had a ring resized here and am incredibly happy with it! The ring is an heirloom that my mother brought back for me from her home country, and I was paranoid of giving it to a random jeweller. However, I was recommended this place by a friend and was not disappointed! They have affordable prices, amazing customer service and were very reassuring since they knew the piece was so special to me. Within a few days they cleaned my ring, resized it and gave it back to me in pristine condition. Actually, better. I have never seen it this shiny and am confident now that it won’t fall off my finger!!

When I lost a small diamond from the band of my engagement ring, I found Pacific Jewellery through Google reviews as I didn't have a jeweler in Calgary. Now I do. Minh not only found a matching stone to replace the one I'd lost, but he also reviewed all the prongs on both my engagement ring and my wedding band. He showed me which ones he felt needed to be repaired in order to avoid the loss of another stone. The work on both rings was done in a week. I am super happy with the workmanship and would definitely return for any other jewelry maintenance or repairs or potential custom work.

I reached out through email to get my engagement ring resized as it was too big. Jeffrey was extremely helpful and quick to respond to the many questions I had. He even offered a discount as I had gotten a lower quote somewhere else. When I went to the store they were professional and kind. I was unsure what size it needed to be, which they assisted me with and it's the perfect fit! It looks amazing, I can't even tell it's been adjusted. I am so happy with the service provided here. I took a ring to get resized and some claw work done and they did a great job. After wearing it a bit I decided the ring was too tight by just a smidge, and brought it back expecting to wait at least a day or two and pay full price again (since I had waited a few months since the initial work). They were so courteous and sized the ring up by a quarter size within 20 minutes, free of charge. It now fits perfectly and is so shiny. I’ll definitely bring any future jewelry repairs here. Highly recommend!

I have used Pacific Jewelry for small watch repairs for a number of years but recently I had an incident where my left hand was swollen and my wedding ring which was on my hand for 30 years was causing me great pain and I was unable to take it off. I thought I would see if Pacific Jewelry could help. Within 10 minutes they had cut the ring off and within a week they had completely re-sized and restored the ring to it's original beauty. I would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Jewelry. Well done!

Fantastic experience, took my original engagement ring in to be repaired, it was literally ripped in half. I wasn't sure if it would even be able to be repaired. I'm absolutely thrilled with the final result, it looks brand new, would definitely recommend coming here and will come back with all of my jewelry in the future! Minh did an excellent job in setting a loose diamond into a ring for me. Other goldsmiths were quoting me at least 1-2 weeks of turn around to get it done. Minh was able to squeeze me in the day after I called and set the diamond in 30 minutes! He was even kind enough to provide some advice via email in regard to the fit of the ring and diamond before we set up the appointment. I definitely recommend Pacific Jewellery! I will be a return customer for any of my jewelry needs!

We recently had a custom engagement ring made at Pacific Jewellery and it was wonderful experience. We are beyond happy with how the ring turned out, it was better than we imagined! We had a few changes to the initial design and they were very accommodating. They sent us sketches for approval before it was made. We also had a tight deadline and they had it finished a few days before it needed to be done! We would highly recommend Pacific Jewellery!

Came here to have one of the prongs on my engagement ring tightened after reading all the good reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable was, and that I wouldnt have to leave my ring with them for a couple of days; it was done in a matter of minutes! I'm surprised by all the 5 * reviews.... I do not recommend this place. I had a ring repaired and was not pleased with the results. I also had to bargain with them to get a reasonable price. I recently had another repair done and went to Calgary Jewellery just down the street - they were much more professional and reasonably priced , they also have a much nicer store/selection of jewellery.

My finance and I got engaged in Banff and the ring was just a little too big. I searched everywhere for a ring shop and came across Pacific Jewelry. I immediately felt I was able to trust the owner with my ring. He was able to resize my ring in less than an hour. He did an amazing job and didn’t notice any difference in band quality from the resizing. I highly recommend this business.

My office is steps from this store. I am not a jewelry guy but have been coming here for 20-25 years to have the battery of my watches replaced. During my last visit this past week they replaced my battery, but subsequently the seal on the watch failed. I returned there today and they gave me complete satisfaction. They treated me completely fairly and I will continue to return.

Pacific Jewelry is a hidden gem! I gave them a diamond ring and 2 Cartier bracelets to re-polish. Minh and his wife are amazing. I have some rings and earrings that I inherited from my mother. Rings are too small for me so I asked Minh to resize them. The earrings needed repair too. He gave me a good deal. I was very happy with the results. His wife gave me a few suggestions about my jewelries. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Top quality. Impeccable service. Very knowledgeable. Extremely friendly. I took my daughter’s Ivy League school sports ring in for repair of a crack in the band. The jeweller found another crack I was unaware of and completed its repair as well and insisted doing it for me at no extra charge. Definitely will return in future.

So thankful for MInh as we were only in Calgary for the day and we asked if a quick fix on my new wedding set, I wanted them soldered together. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. These guys are amazing. My fiance and I needed to get his deceased father's ring resized 5 and 1/2 sizes. They took the ring in the same day and had it ready within an hour, perfect and polished. They do absolutely incredible work, great customer service and the best prices that we could imagine.
