It is extremely disappointing that I must write all this about this PANDORA located In Market Mall, Calgary, AB. Canada I went to get an exchange on a bracelet that was broken just 2 months after it was purchased. This was my daughter’sgraduation present. And this was my 5th bracelet so not something new as I am a big fan of Pandora and have been theircustomer since they opened. I have shopped in London for few years as well and always found every single location amazing EXCEPT MARKET MALL. When I got there and showed the bracelet, I was informed that it had to be approved by the Team lead, who looked at it and said NO we can’t exchange It (MIND YOU PANDORA HAS A POLICY OF EXCHNAGE WITHIN A YEAR) if something is broken. Upon asking she said it looked like someone pulled it and it broke!!!!!!! Her name was ALENA who quite rudely gave me her name upon asking. When I requested to speak to a manager as I didn’t see any reason on why I was being turned away, as I didn’t pull the bracelet like that and broke it, as I know how the clasp opens and closes, even said a few times to check my account I am not a new customer who didn’t know how the bracelets worked When Assistant manager ASHLEY arrived, without even looking at the bracelet she said no and tried to explain to me what “WEAR AND TEAR” meant probably because of my ethnicity. I stopped her and said I know what means and its not that. I even showed her my bracelet and said that I am your customer and have over 50 charms, you can check my account. She really didn’t care and kept on looking at the Team lead. I said you do know this is not customer service and You are just not willing to help me. She really didn’t care and stared at me. I even said I will go to the Td Mall, I said you know I will be reaching out to your head office as you are just doing this to be horrible, she literally stared at me and pretended she didn’t care, and I was not there. I even mentioned that this means a lot to my daughter as she was going in to the hospital for a major treatment and she was only making things difficult for me. GUESS WHAT? I WENT TO PANDORA IN TD MALL, WITHOUT A QUESTION NOT ONLY THEY CHANGED MY DAUGHTER’S BRACELET, BUT THEY ALSO GAVE MEAN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They didn’t have the right size, so the girl took my phone number and kept me in the lop till they had the size and she texted me to come in when she had the size. And I have the bracelet. QUESTION, WHY WAS TD MALL ABLE TO DO THIS EXCHANGE AND NOT MARKET MALL? WHY THE STAFF IN MARKET MALL IS HIRED IF THEY ARE NOT TRAINED TO BE PRESENTING A COMPNAY WITH A BIG NAME. SHOULD YOU BE TREATING CUSOMTERS LIKE THIS, I WASN’T ASKING FOR ANY FAVOURS, IT WAS WITHIN THEIR POLICY OF WHAT I WAS ASKING THEM TO DO. The Staff at Market Mall is not professional, Not trained and shouldn’t be ruining the name of a brand like PANDORA by working there. I have reached out to PANDORA HEADQUARTERS, and every social media plat form, as I want this to be taken extremely seriously and want to make sure its never repeated. I WANT THEM TO KNOW HOW ONE STORE IS PROVIDING SUCH CUSOMTER SERVICES AND ACTUALLY NOT FOLLOWING THERE POLIOCIES. HOW THEY THINK THEY CAN BELITTLE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT I COULDN’T UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE MEANT BY“WEAR AND TEAR”. I really wish this Pandora changes things in Market Mall!

Extremely rude manager and terrible overall experience. Never shopping at Pandora again! My friend bought me a gorgeous pair of stud earrings from here for my birthday. I went to exchange them because I can't wear studs due to my slightly stretched ears (which my friend didn't know about), I'd be too worried about them falling out. So I wanted to get hoops instead. So I went in and asked the lady to show me some. The first lady I dealt with was very nice and professional. She brought out the ones I told her I had looked at online and really liked, and when I told her I wanted to get those ones, another lady came over. I assume she was the manager. She picked up the studs I was exchanging and found a small bit of dirt on them and said that because it looked like it could possibly be dead skin, she couldn't trust me when I said I didn't wear them. I was like, are you serious? She showed me a little speck on them and I was like "okay sure but idk what that is because I DID NOT WEAR THEM." She refused to do the exchange, so I stormed out. The manager basically called me a liar to my face without actually saying it. Absolutely unacceptable. Then when I was back in my car I opened the box of them again to find the speck and show my parents who were in the car wondering why I didn't exchange them and the dirt was literally not even there. I was LIVID. Thankfully I went to the Pandora downtown and they did an exchange, no questions asked and they didn't even look at the earrings I was exchanging because they actually believed me when I said I hadn't worn them. This was the first time I've ever been in a Pandora and I will certainly not be going back, to any location. Just supremely awful customer service. And the earrings I did end up getting downtown, though cute, are terrible quality. The clasp doesn't hold together well and I need to bend the metal a certain way to get it to stay together. Really annoying. I spent like 20 minutes adjusting them and even then they're still not quite clasping together the way I want them to. I'm scared to wear them cause I'm worried they'll fall off. Edit: Spent some more time adjusting the metal to fit so it won't fall off and it broke off from being bent back and forth too many times. It's impossible to find a good fit for it. What a garbage product.

WARNING*** They are selling USED one! Such a horrible service and experience with them. I purchased a bracelet a couple days ago in the market mall. When I asked the bracelet at the store, the staff showed me one bracelet from OLD ZIPLOCK bag. After the trial, I really liked the bracelet so I asked him to give me a new one. He said this is new one so I can take it. I believed him but I feel it is not right. 3 days after I went back to the mall to return as I think it is 100% used one (and I never worn too). There was another staff and she showed me a bracelet in a secured bag and said "it is always new like this". I told her my product was not in it. So the other staff told me you wore it at the store so it is used and u cannot return anymore. What the heck? I tried couple other bracelets at the store and then they shouldn't sell them as they are not new anymore as the they mentioned! But they are still selling them. Can you believe that? Manager came and said they are all SANITIZED after being tried so they are NEW. Who wanna buy it if you do not know how many people tried this and how many time it was sanitized? You would buy it with FULL price if you know some people wear them and sanitized many times? I DON'T THINK SO. I thought Pandora is good brand and has value to trust but NOT ANYMORE. Selling used one without providing info that it is not new (though the staffs believe it is new) is BIG SCAM I think. While I asked to return, the manager came and threat me in a very rude manner. Kept saying "NO" and "You cannot return" " without answering any of my questions. NO rationale to deny. NO apologies to make me confused or not to give me enough information or their mistakes. Anyway, one of the staff changed my bracelet to new one and showed me to cut the secured bag. I hope they do not sell the bracelet what I returned today. SO WATCH OUT!! I will never ever visit this store anymore and will contact the Pandora service team to report my dissatisfaction and horrible experiences with the services and staffs, especially the manager and staff who sold the bracelet to me.

The only reason I used to shop at Pandora Market Mall was because it was a convenient location from me. There are two experiences after which I have never returned to Pandora Market Mall again. 1) I was looking for a charm for a gift. The lady that was helping me asked my price range and I said around $70. She then showed me a couple of charms. I asked to see a specific charm to which she replied, "That's out of your price range." and would not show me the charm. I asked again and she said, "there is no point in showing it if it's out of your price range". I ended up going to a different location in order to buy the exact charm that was "out of my price range". 2) I went in to exchange a ring that my mother gave me as a present with the receipt because I thought that the ring looked like it was bent. Keep in mind that my mother bought the ring and gave it to my directly so she did not bend it and neither did I. I showed the (first and very nice) sales associate what was wrong . She called the manager to ask how to do an exchange and the manager in turn took my ring and said "oh you must have caught it on something" and I when I assured her I didn't, she said "oh no there's no way. You must have caught it on something". She then proceeded to call over another sales associate and said "She caught her ring on something" to which the other sales associate replied "oh yeah for sure". In essence, the manager and one of her sales associates kept telling me that I was lying and they wouldn't do an exchange. I went to the Chinook store right after and they had no problem doing the exchange. If you enjoy proper customer service, it is best to stay away from Pandora Market Mall.

BEWARE - went into the store yesterday to exchange for a smaller size ring that was bought at the Core on the same day. Was told by the staff that since it is a 'buy 4, get 40%' promotion, this was a final sale and they would not exchange. The staff also told me that all the Pandora stores would not exchange for me since this is a final sale. They told me that this policy came from their sales manager. I told the sale associates that when I bought the items at the Core, I was not made aware of this in which they replied that the Core was a new store and that the sale associates there did not know the policies. I have been collecting Pandora for many years and I know that this was not true. I called the Chinook store who told me that I could do an exchange there and that even with a promotion, that Pandora always can do an exchange. I have bought many, many items from the Market Mall store but I will never set foot in there again after this experience. The Core and Chinook locations are Corporate stores while Market Mall is a franchise. If they are to represent the Pandora brand, then they should be following the same policies as the Corporate stores. Also, the Core and Chinook locations will clean and polish your purchases which is part of the Pandora service.

really disappointed in the customer service. I tried to exchange a ring because I bought it before covid-19 and I couldn't come earlier. after I wore the ring for one day it started to tarnish immediately. the employee said that i wasn't a "manufacturing malfunction" and that it was my fault. I have two other rings from pandora that I have worn everyday for the past year and non of them have ever tarnished. when i told her this she rolled her eyes and said hand-sanitizer, soap and water can tarnish the ring but how come my other rings are not tarnished if i wore them on the same days? when i asked her if the store could at least clean it she said they're not able to do that because of the virus (which is understandable). I finally convinced her to exchange it (if its not a manufacturing problem why would there be an issue to exchange it?) She opened a drawer didn't even look and said we're out of that ring. i understand that people have bad days but i've worked in retail for 2 years and i've never been this rude and unhelpful to a customer before.

I went to market mall to exchange a gift and was told they wouldn't as they only had one left in the size I needed ( it was an employee purchase gifted to me). I was told to go to chinook as they had 16 in stock and market had one. I asked if I could get a different bracelet and get store credit but they told me no it had to be the same one due to the purchase discount. I drove to chinook and explained to them what happened then they told me they should have done it there and that they did not have a manager in store to do the exchange. They then called thier manager who so happened to be at market where I was just at in the morning. I also find out that market could have just asked chinook to send to them the bracelet if they only had one in stock. I don't understand why I was told to go to chinook when they clearly knew that there was no manager in store to process the exchange for me at that location. The staff at chinook were great. They went out of their way to help me out.

Haven’t had a lot of good experiences at pandora. Recently I got screwed out of twenty dollars due to “policy” for a free gift. Bought a ring for my mom as a nice gift that I saved up for. I went to return it as it was one of two options for a nicer gift and she chose the other. I received a free gift with the purchase, but was never told I had to bring the FREE gift to my return by the associate who did the purchase, and found that out during my return. So instead I had to pay for this gift with my return because I didn’t have it on me, and as a student who doesn’t have a lot of money this really upset me, and I lost money to pay for groceries or a meal. Didn’t think this was fair since I was never told in the first place. I understand the policy, and I would have followed it but I wasn’t informed of this policy until it was too late. Terrible customer service. The blonde woman who helped me was very passive aggressive to me about it.

We came in to pick up an online order from the store on a Saturday afternoon. The store is quite small and all the staff behind the counter were busy with other customers going through in detail the items they wished to buy. I'm sure this was a good experience for these customers but it leaves other customers waiting an extended period of time. While we were waiting, we noticed another staff member who was rearranging their displays. She noticed we were waiting a long time and ensured us someone would be free soon. We explained to her that we were only needing to pickup an online order and she told us we still had to wait. I'm not sure why the girl who was rearranging displays couldn't take 5 minutes to go grab our order but that was rather annoying. When someone finally was free, we got our order. When trying to sign for it, their system crashed and we had to go through it again which was rather annoying.

I’m a Pandora & Disney fan but definitely taking my business to other locations, even though further away. Customer service for this location is very unpleasant. Staff greet you by talking across the store. Then proceed to act like customer are not worth their time. No customer = no store = no job. Understood 2 things during my visit: 1) Sorting charms on a tray was way more important than making a sale with a in-person potential customer. 2) Apparently Disney limited edition jewelry pieces are hard to come by because this location didn’t get any. Looking at all the pieces I’m wearing right now. Most from Chinook. Some from various Disney Parks. So it’s not a matter of availability nor money. It’s about how a store treats customers. This is such a poor location to represent both the Pandora and Disney brand.

I just bought my first Pandora bracelet and 2 charms at this store today. The girl who helped me was very nice and helpful! The reason I give this location a 1 star is because when I left the store I realized that they didn't give any bag (the fabric one) or a box to keep my new jewelry. I went back to the store and ask for one and the girl who helped me wasn't there. The other girl told me they didn't have any with a snobby attitude. She offered to give me a cardboard box with more attitude! Not right! I don't think that is the type of store who will keep jewelry in a cardboard box!! I spend around $190 and I can't believe that they didn't care. Awful costumer service from the other girls. So I would say the only star will be for Blair (according to my receipt that's the name of the girl who helped me).

I purchased 3 charms last week when there was the offer on spend $150 get $50 off 2 out of the 3 charms where not available so the lady in the shop was very helpful and said she could order them so I paid for them I got a phone call a few days later saying they where ready to collect so I went today to pick them up the lady at the desk said one of the charms wasn't there they might of sold it but I said they rang me to say they where ready to pick up I only went to market mall to pick the charms up so I came home then I got a phone call saying they was there but the lady what was working didn't know where they where so now I have to go back again to pick it up I am not very happy how I was treated poor service from them today I will not be shopping at that store again

I worked here for a short amount of time. The manager teea was awful. I would rather chew glass then interact with her again. I was part time working 2 Jobs getting maybe 8 hours a week and 30 at the other place. She fired me when I told her I was going to my nieces 1st birthday instead of a meeting and proceeded to go on about how I didn't prioritize the job. Yeah because 1 I had a better job and 2 working for her was a joke. Over staffed on part timers rather than giving fewer people real hours. Hopefully she doesn't treat her staff the same way. She's the reason I take my business to the core pandora if I'm ever in need.

I've been waiting for 1 hour now to buy a ring and there are 3 people working here. I don't understand why they can't help someone who has already decided what to buy and just need to pick up the size as people infront of me are still deciding what they want to buy for like an hour. It doesn't hurt to let someone just check out since it takes like a minute. I asked the employees if they can help me check out while the other customer are still deciding but the response was just 'you just have to wait' very poor customer service. To be honest, I didn't even want to give one star for this place, but the system won't let me.

I went to trade in a ring I had received for a birthday present. I was dealing with 2 girls at the kiosk. One Asian girl was very kind and very polite but the black haired girl with her was absurdly rude. She made it seem like looking for my size was a waste of her time, then brought me one that looked nothing like the one I was looking for. She didn't offer to show me other options, just turned away and shrugged when I pointed that out. I asked if any other locations might have it and she again just shrugged and turned away. I work retail, and if you dont like working with people then get another job sweetheart.

No point going to this store for customer service, shop elsewhere. Came in during a dead hour during the holiday break and was told sorry not offering cleaning during the holidays come back afterwards because “management took away the machines during the busy season”. Came back again on a weekend with one customer in the store and now told oh sorry we only do cleaning on Monday to Thursday. Why do you offer a cleaning service if you don’t offer a cleaning service? I’m expecting if I came in on a Tuesday at 6pm I’d be told that it’s actually only business hours 10-4.

Love Pandora, however, the customer service at Market Mall Pandora is embarrassing for the company. The girls are rude, don't make eye contact, and do not smile. Responses to questions are curt and short. Its supposed to be considered a luxury jewelry store and they made me want to go elsewhere. If you don't like your job you should seriously work somewhere else, in a field that does not require people interaction. This job is for individuals who like working with customers and helping them find their perfect charm. Its not hard to be happy, do something you enjoy.

On June 19, 2020 at around 1 pm my grandmother was at this location. She was refused entry unless she used hand sanitizer (which she is extremely allergic to) after explaining this to associate number 172290, she was berated and screamed at. In an attempt to solve the problem, she suggested that she would stand in one spot and tell them what she wanted so they could bring it to her. This only resulted in more screaming and rudeness on the part of associate 172290. This is not the kind of person who should be working in customer service

I was just in this Pandora, I would have to say the customer service was not great. I stood in there waiting as both associates were helping customers. Then it was really me next to get helped. the one associate that was done she just went to help people that had just walked into the store. The associates couldn't even be bothered to say hi or be right with you.. they could honestly care less that people were walking into their store on wanting to spend money. I'm someone working in customer service for over 15 years.

We made a purchase on Oct 21 and the girl work that evening was so nice. On Oct 24, my wife decided to exchange for something else so we went back. We were greeted nicely and we told the clerk or manager (Nikki) we want to exchange a charm for something then she became rude about saying "...we can't keep exchanging things...". If you don't like something then you exchange it. At the end if it, the exchange was made. Half a star for the rudeness and 3 stars for the service.

TERRIBLE customer service from this location. Came here a while ago to exchange a ring I ordered online because it was not the right size. I paid full price for this ring and did not purchase it on any promotion. After purchasing the ring, the price went up and they made me pay the difference even though I was doing an EXCHANGE for the EXACT same ring just in a different size. .........?? I don't know of ANY store that does that. Stay away from this location.

I honestly don’t know how this locations stays open. My wife and I have been multiple times of the last few months as she does love the Pandora products. The customer service has been horrible every time. Not once have we purchased anything in disgust. Always end up st another location. The manager needs to get a handle of the importance of customer service and train the floozies they have they properly. Remember: no customer, no job!

I have made several purchases at this store and all of my experiences have been so positive. I have been assisted by Emily G and Crystal; they are wonderful ambassadors for Pandora. The staff are friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I travel from the deep south of Calgary to this store in Market Mall because the other Pandora stores closer to home can't hold a candle to the wonderful service I have received at this store.

The girl who helped me I think he name was Ally or something with an A . She was lovely and professional! She helped me with my concern. However I believe it was the manager working with her (Laura or Lisa can’t remember) seemed super Judgmental and condescending. She would butt in and reply to my questions when her employee clearly knew what she was doing. definitely a hostile environment.

Very disappointing experienced with TAYLOR. 2 to 3 times a year Im always in this branch for my wife and daughters gift.. I just bought today 2 charms and requesting 2 separate box for it .TAYLOR is not happy. Sarcastically saying more than this box she can not give me. I know you're tired but that's not enough reason to talk to your customer like that.

If I can I would rate this place with zero starts. My boyfriend bought a ring for me but the size was not right. We went back to exchange very next day and the staff told us that it is used ring and can not exchange. I mean how it is used when the ring size is not right. Never going to suggest anyone to go there. Better to go to downtown one.

Bought a bracelet just a couple months ago for the GF and it’s clearly a manufacturer defect in the bracelet end. They say wear and tear, well no cap it’s been worn, though the end should not be falling out of the end. Cheap materials. Pass on pandora. People at store not helpful, barely looked at it and said yep not our fault.

Worse experience ever had with them...not willing to even rectify the mistake which they did and rather push you for the unnecessary sale which one even did not want... The girl named Emily will give u the worse customer service if you ever visit this store. . So don't waste ur time as we wasted our complete day....

Bought my wife a nice charm for our 40th wedding anniversary. Yes COLOR does matter there, we were being shown one charm at a time, this white guy next to us, the sales person had a few trays out so he could pick and choose what he wanted! This is the ONLY pandora outlet we have experienced this! #racism #profiling

It was disappointing to see that the pink gold ring changed colour and when I went to the store and showed them that the answer was yes this what happens with pink gold it changes colour and does not stay pink. So why you sell a pink gold product that you know it will change colour? What kind of quality is that.

Had a wonderful experience shopping for a friend, the new staff members was very friendly and patient. However since they were new, the service was a bit slow. Overall the presentation of the product was great, but not a lot of options were available.

They claim to have 30days exchange policy but when you want to exchange on the very next day because the size isn’t right, they won’t do it. The service is very disappointing.
