Steer clear if you're looking for a new dentist!! Extremely poor service. I went in as a new client just to fix a chipped tooth, in hope to find my new go to dentist as I've bought a new house literally walking distance from this dentist. Firstly they were running more than half an hour late - no courtesy to advise me this on arrival. When I finally went in the dentist literally said - let me see your chipped tooth and that was it! She fixed the chip tooth while chatting to the nurse and as soon as she finished that was that. I have never experienced such a poor customer service from a dentist before! Usually they chat, ask about history, ask / chat about something, anything !! I was shocked and felt so uncomfortable. I am assuming the only excuse must be that they have so many existing clients, that they mustn't need new any ones...

Myself, wife and daughter have been using this dentist for several years now. I find the staff very friendly and welcoming. They always make an effort to laugh and joke and converse to make us comfortable and have not had any issues with the work we have had done. My 7 year old daughter has had to have a lot of work done to fix genetic abnormalities and the dentist maia is amazing kind and goes out of her way to make her comfortable. This was especially appreciated after a horror show with a dentist at a different practise which left her traumatised. Maia has built a trust that has allowed us to get all her issues fixed

I have been going to this practise for over 4 years. The past year I have needed alot of dental care & prevention work; due to my lack of good dental hygiene over the years. Every single visit is always met with care , non judgement and equipped with well informed information from the girls. From the reception through to the Dentist Assistants and Dentist the experience is always exceptionally met.

Dr Welyn Gordo has been looking after our family for almost 10years now and there is no one better I /we trust with the family’s oral health care. She is thorough, gentle, and highly skilled dentist. New premises, new equipment etc. Friendly staff. Dr Michael Le professional, and takes extra effort to explain the procedure needed and how he recommends it be undertaken. Actually, the first dentist I've ever been calm and comfortable with.

I went in to get a tooth redressed(from a root canal started at a different clinic a long time before), that new filling fell out the next morning, I went back to have it fixed, they drilled a little deeper and that filling lasted 10 weeks.

Been seeing Michael for about 15 years, never had a problem. He is honest, professional and has integrity. I moved to the country about 11 years ago and now drive 3 hours to Adelaide to see him when possible. I have complete trust in him.

I had a broken Wisdom Tooth and had a later appointment. They did their best to fit me in ASAP and were lovely! It was removed in one go with no issues, everyone was polite and I didn't feel judged or worried. It was fantastic. Thank you.

I called this morning to try and get in for a clean before my health insurance re-sets. Not only did they squeeze me in after hours Mia was great and Michael was lovely. I’m so glad I found my new oral health providers.

I couldn’t recommend Dr Le and the team highly enough. Warm, friendly, caring and relaxed is exactly what I wanted and I got it and More. Thank you for fitting me in and making everything so easy and comfortable.

Excellent practice with up to date facilities. Inside the place is very modern and clean. The staff are helpful at explaining everything you need to know and Dr Michael Le does his best to look after you.

Super friendly staff and reception. The girl who looked after me was Lily and she was fantastic. Pricing is fair and very clean an neat facility. 5 stars!

Excellent dental service, caring staff. Going to the dentist is my least favourite thing to do but these guys have made it a more pleasant experience.
