No negative rating here, otherwise I would have CERTAINLY used it. I lost two of my very healthy teeth because I trusted the dentist here. I was forced into getting a filling that wasn't needed for a tiny decay (not even a cavity). The filling was done poorly, causing a lot of pain in the following weeks. The dentist, Dr Richard Freytag, who done the filling, said I needed to come back to replace it as could be some trapped air in filling. So, I had to go back, and he ended up drilling even more of my tooth, resulting in losing half of the tooth just close to the root, plus causing damage to the adjacent tooth. Even the replacement filling was as bad as the first one- not properly finished off, prompting every dentist I visited afterwards to ask who did this filling. After only one year, I had to replace that filling again because it had come loose, and I needed a root canal since the filling had extended too close to the root. I have another filling in my mouth + 10 years and still perfectly works. Unbelievable to see how a simple filling has turned to such a nightmare for me. I asked for my X-rays so I can send to another dentist who was fixing the mess caused by this clinic. Initially, they denied sending my medical records, and later their team gaslighted me, claiming that I had no X-rays taken before the did this filling. I find that difficult to believe. What kind of dentist does a filling TWICE without taking and reviewing an X-ray first?

I have been using Dr. Ricky Freytag and his team for around 10 years now and there isn't much that they haven't done to my teeth, from fillings, root canal, extractions, 3 x bridges, a fake tooth to fill a gap along with regular cleaning, and I have no doubt they are the most well equipped and professional dentists I have ever been to, no matter who treats you there. They use state of the art machinery, and they have always discussed with me my options and what's involved in the procedure ahead. Location and parking is a breeze, especially in their pristine and brand new location. If Dr Freytag could lift my cheeks and alter my nose in time ahead - I'd trust him doing that too!

Brilliant dentist. Have not been to dentist for quite a few years due to being petrified. Time had come when I had to make the decision to go. Admittedly I just plucked one from internet. On arriving was made feel comfortable straight away. The dentist I had was so reassuring. Was not pushy in the slightest. Understood the fear. I chose to have twilight sedation which was still a big thing for me. I cannot express the care and compassion this dentist gave to me. I will be going through with the treatment feeling more at ease with things.

Having not attended a Dental practice in over twenty years owing to childhood “Dentist trauma” (self diagnosed!) I made a booking. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The practice is high-tech and immaculate. My dentist, Ricky, put me at ease immediately and explained each and every step of the procedure(s) I undertook. I had two broken front teeth requiring cosmetic repair, as well as twenty years of calculus buildup. The results were nothing short of amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Freytag was recommended to me by a colleague and he was outstanding. He took the time to explain my procedure in layman's terms and was very comprehensive and patient with all my questions. His clinical skills were excellent, the lengthy procedure was painless. Extremely satisfied and would recommend Dr. Freytag to anyone, especially those who have dental phobia.

I would recommend this practice 100% to everyone. I had wonderful service from beginning to end. Very friendly and helpful reception staff and the best dental treatment I’ve ever experienced. Terrible Service have booked twice once being told about my booking was given to someone else then re booking me and being told on the way to my new appointment that they stuffed up again! Therefore not to attend, frustrating and very annoying with no good outcome I would never recommend this practice

Dr Priya Jayakumar has to be the nicest Dentist/doctor I have ever met. She is super thorough, answers all your questions and more. She She is so so good with children and is naturally very kind and empathetic which is so rare these days. An excellent dentist. Finally found a great dentist.

What a wonderful team of professionals. I am new to this practice after many years of avoiding dentists! Dr Freytag was so patient, understanding and thorough, he explained my xrays to me and discussed my options. I am so glad I found him! I highly recommend this practice! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

very clean practise with great friendly staff whom helped me out in a dental emergency, and made me feel comfortable and confident that all my dental needs would be attended too at the highest grade of medical care.

Had a root canal. I got a quote of $800ish at the consultation but was actually charged for $1200ish！The receptionist was not so friendly, she made me feel like I wasn't welcomed in the clinic

My first major dental work in decades was a crown, but Dr Neve did such a good job! I didn't feel a thing and the tooth is now perfect. His manner and skill are exceptional. Thank you Dr Neve.

Injection site still hurt after fillings, fillings weren’t finished off properly, fillings keep chipping and teeth are now more sensitive. Also rude dental assistant on first appointment
