I just got my ring today that I brought to be fused together on Tuesday,June 28th and I was told to pick it up Friday,July 1,2022. I then received a call saying Monday, I agreed initially but told them that I must have my ring on Sunday which they complied to. The person who gave me my ring back on Sunday,July 3,2022 was so rude. He said that the turn over is usually 10 days. My paper said FRIDAY that was written by the staff, not me. And plus if you put the day for pick up, you should comply on it. I just agreed for Monday because Friday was Canada Day but Monday is too long since you had my ring since Tuesday. If you told me that it will take TEN Days to do my ring, you should have told me before when I first came in. Not on pick up day and saying that I should have brought my ring somewhere else. I'm always satisfied with the service you give me but your rude staff is not acceptable

Me and my husband came into this store on Saturday because my husband was looking for a new watch, as he collects them.He asked to try on their Captain Cook. The lady who had asked to assist us was INCREDIBLY rude. “The 5,000$ dollar one” “you want to see the expensive one” Yes he did,that’s why he asked. So she’s all. “I only show that one to people who really want to buy it” um ok, this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen,I guess we weren’t worth her time. My husband told her he was looking to buy it he just wanted to see it on, she laughed. So we left. I’ve never been treated that way in a jewelry store I don’t know what kind of profiling was going on but this business should treat customers or potential customers with a little more respect. I wouldn’t spend my money here they don’t even deserve the one star.

Wife brought in a bridal set of rings to be soldered together after our wedding. We brought the rings in on a Tuesday and the employee said it would be ready by Friday. We were later told it would be ready on Monday instead, My wife asked if she could pickup on the Sunday instead and the store confirmed it would be ready. Today when she went to pickup she was met with a rude employee telling her that if she wanted a quick turnover time on jewelry modifications then she should go somewhere else next time. I'm appalled, we've gone here before and service has always been excellent. However, the audacity to snap at the customer when the store provided the wrong ETA in the first place is another level of unprofessionalism.

I bought a ring from here and when I got it cleaned one day, It was switched and Tany's was notified that they gave me a wrong ring back and when I asked them to order the ring that they originally sold to me they told me that the manufacturer was not making that beautiful diamond band any more and now they will not answer my calls to acquire the model number and manufacturer to prove that the original ring is not the ring that I was given back that day they cleaned my beautiful diamond band they exchanged for a poor similarity, I had grey hair and glasses, he must have thought I wouldn't notice. I fear how many others they might have done this to.

I would not recommend this jeweller. I took my watch in for new battery. They said new battery wasn’t working and needed to send it to watchmaker to assess problem. A week later they said it needed a complete overhaul for $199.00. I said no thanks and went to pick up watch. There was tape around the crystal- when I took tape off, the crystal fell off. I said that was not the condition I brought the watch in. So they sent it to the watchmaker to have the crystal reset. Following week I picked it up I took the watch to a different jeweller, who put in a new battery and guess what. It is working just fine. To me this felt like an absolute scam.

I have nothing but good things to say. Only place that comes up, when searching for a “signet rings”. First went to the North hill location and owner herself directed to this store. Lot of selection, great service, happy with the ring! I wanted to polish my wedding band and asked to come the next day, it was not done due to busier than expected evening. It was done in 10 minutes and I got a reduced rate just because the lady who served me knew how to handle customers. Impressed because it was not just a knee jerk reaction! Definitely recommend!

I’ve had my engagement ring fixed at this location twice now(I’m so bad with jewelry) and both times, they have repaired it to basically new condition. The staff is always so welcoming and so kind, the turnaround time for repair is always on time with their estimate & they do communicate with you if any changes or extras are needed. I definitely recommend them for all repairs or shopping needs!

John is awesome!!! Tany's did a cast to memorialize a pill that has changed my wife's life. Also another pendant that John has done for us which is one my wife's favorites, and believe me when I say that is saying something . Thank you John and the rest of the Tany's team. You have once again exceeded our expectations! Thanks John for sharing your artistic and goldsmithing talents!!

These folks were so great to deal with. I placed an order online for the Swarovski Advent Calendar and followed up with a call and they were a dream to talk to. They even ordered in a special box to ensure nothing was damaged in shipping! Would highly recommend these folks to anyone and I will definitely be shopping with them again!

This is the only Jewelry store I will use. GREAT customer service and everyone always goes above and beyond for us. I have used them many times for engraving services and also for jewelery repairs. Staff is well versed for absolutely every question I have had. Only store I would recommend to anyone. Keep up the GREAT work!!

I have personally purchased 5 watches and a beautiful Jade bracelet for my wife from Tany's over the last 3 years. I highly recommend their staff as they were very patient with me as well as extremely knowledgeable about all things jewelry. If i can give more then 5 stars, i would,. Looking forward to my next watch.

Loved the store, fabulous experience, found the g-shock watch i wanted and a few more watchs i will most definitely be going back for. sales lady was helpful, even set up my new watch for me so was ready to wear. definitely a class act this store and they have won a new customer that will be returning.

Dropped off a gold necklace to be repaired here, they swapped it out with a different necklace, way longer then the one I owned not the same chain AT all and now they are ghosting me, I have called and they won’t return my calls, it was an important necklace.

I noticed my necklace was about to break, I haven't taken it off in 10 years. I walked in to the store hoping they could help me find a solution to repair. We came up with a solution that will last me another 20 years. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Awesome people! Due to my time schedule I came in the neatly laid out store with my work clothes and they still treated me with respect, I did not want to look any further stores in the mall and they matched up all nice Christmas gifts for the wife.

These people are THE BEST!!! I was there to get my bracelet fixed, they did it for a good price and when I went to pick it up, it was all cleaned/polished and was made like a new one. Just loved the service they offer for the price. Thankyou guys!

Exceptionally quick turnaround to resize my ring (platinum)! Brought it in Friday at noon, was promised it be done by the following Wednesday, but it was done that same day! Very happy I wasn't without my ring for weeks like other places quoted.
