I went here to ask about a replacement screen for a 1st gen iPad Pro and was told over the phone $299. I went in, in person, to get the price again and booked it in - they needed to order the part from the supplier (who had it in stock) and it would arrive the following week. Following week, called on a Thursday to confirm that I could drop it in the following day. Nope, part didn’t arrive. That’s understandable, it’s COVID, couriers are slow. They’ll call me when it comes in. Two weeks pass, hearing nothing from them, I called and get told that it hasn’t arrived and that they’ll call when it arrives. Finally, a month pass and I call again asking for the status of the part. It’s apparently still in transit and that they would call me. Never received a single call from them. Whether it was to tell me the part was actually not in stock or that I couldn’t come in at the agreed time, not once did they call me. Unimpressed. iPad didn’t get repaired here

I rate Michael at TechIT Computers 10 out of 10 every time for expert knowledge, friendly and prompt service, and all round helpfulness! I’ve wandered into the shop several times with my piddling queries and he’s always been so helpful and obliging. This time I was ‘pleased’ to take a bigger problem for his attention - my router had suddenly died. He tested it and tried a new battery, then confirmed it did appear to be deceased (not just pining for the fjords!) Then he had one more brainwave and tried a new extreme heat micro soldering technique and voila - my router lives to power up my home wifi once again! So grateful for his expertise, and very reasonably priced

I went in to have my cracked iPhone screen replaced. Very friendly, great customer service over the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable and considerate staff. I had my phone back within half an hour. Would highly recommend to anyone! Your items will be in safe and capable hands. I’ll be returning here for any other repairs I may need in the future. Called into TechIT Tuesday night as laptop having SSD issues, dropped it off Wednesday after work to have new SSD put in and it was all fixed Thursday afternoon. Fantastic service, kept up to date with what was happening and fabulous price. I needed my laptop back asap as I am a Bookkeeper and it's BAS time, they did a fabulous job for me. Saved me from enduring a meltdown from my son. They knew exactly what i needed which they worked out from my uneducated computer ramblings on the phone. They had it in stock and i was there and home again within 10 minutes and then had a working computer. This isn't the first time they've saved my from computers either. Absolutely recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced services. I took my iPhone in with what I thought was a serious, costly problem. They cleaned the charging point and fixed the phone and charged me nothing. In the past I’ve had a laptop repaired and so has a friend of mine.
