Manger was extremely rude and patronising. I sat at a free table with all my shopping bags while my partner went up to order our coffees. She came over to me and told me me it was reserved, followed by the cheeky comment “that’s why the knife the fork are there”. This was said when I already began to move so absolutely no call for it. They were wrapped in tissue and barely noticeable. Also there was plenty of dishes that hadn’t been cleared from other tables and no reserved sign. As my partner was already in the line to order I started to move to another table another waitress who was very sweet was asking if I was having the salad, I said she said that tables reserved so I think that’s for someone else. The manger over heard and shouted back from the till it is reserved, her harsh and scary mannerism was appalling, she should not be in customer service speaking to people like this. She followed up with is that your water bottle, I had three heavy shopping bags from Tesco I was still carrying over I hadn’t had time to take it. I will never return here as the atmosphere was so bad. This was my second time here. The first I could over hear here arguing with another customer from my table. I do not believe this poor service is a once off.

One day my husband and I were shopping at Omni and we decided that we were going to have a coffee at The Bagel bar coffee house, we went to order because we wanted to enjoy that place and what we received was mistreatment and insults from the person in charge of that When ordering coffee, she was annoying and told the girl who took our order not to attend to us, which the girl did not do and continued to take the order. The lady, very annoyed, told us that we had to pay because it was not free. and my husband replied that we had money to pay and then she began to insult us and question our order, she did not care that there were other customers sitting watching and my husband replied that she should relax, there was no reason to get upset and that she was not giving bad service It was when she left her place and she asked us to leave, she yelled at us, she didn't care that we were with my little 2-year-old son, she said very ugly things to us, she is rude, vulgar, offensive, disgusting, discriminate against people People I really do not recommend this place lousy customer service.

This is the only time I've ever felt the need to leave a bad review. I just experienced 10 minutes ago what was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a cafe. I ordered a piece of cake with my coffee. I was waiting for a good 30 mins for the piece of cake. I asked 2 different waiters twice but it never came. My coffee went cold so I decided to just finish it and just pay for the coffee. When I went to pay I was told I have to pay for the cake too. When explained I never got the cake they were making me take it as a take away because "the order is already gone through" even thought I hadn't actually paid for anything yet. I told them I didn't want it (because I finished my coffe) but they were putting up an argument in front of everyone at the till and keep telling to hurry up and pay because they're busy. Out of pure embarrassment I decided to just pay and get out of there. I even left the cake there out of frustration..... NEVER again!!!!! Bagel Factory forever!!!

I had the worst experience ever in the bagel bar at Omni shopping center. The woman at the till wouldn’t accept my 100 note and was very rude when I asked her if there was a sign in the shop to say that they don’t accept 100 notes she said “ I’m telling you and I can cancel your order no problem “ . As my order was for 2 children I didn’t want to cancel my order. To make matters worse she pretended she couldn’t hear me when I asked for the manager’s name so I could put in a complaint about a horrible experience and her attitude. I have eaten in the bagel bar in Charlestown and we have had a brilliant experience, never had met a person with a terrible attitude. There was a young girl clearing off tables and cleaning them who was extremely helpful. It’s a pity all your staff couldn’t be more like her

My partner and myself are going to this venue at least 1x to 2x a week. And in general, coming from the wedding industry myself I always have high standards and i am pretty critical , especially when it comes to providing good and respectfull service. Which in all honesty is hard to find nowadays. Or is faked out to the maximum. However Debbie and her daughter are always there with a smile and make absolutely amazing food and drinks for a good price. and provide the best service in the Omni shoping center. They know your names, what you want to have and whats most important they have pride in their work, while working hard to keep things up to high standards levels as they have and most of all they are having fun. And I can't give anything less then 5 stars. Good work and see you next time!

It was my first time in this shopping center. And I seen seats out side this pace, I assumed they were for anyone due to a hospital been on the 2nd floor. But no once I sat down with my 6 year old nephew I was to to move as I had a subway from the shop next door with me and could not eat it there. I explained its my first time here I did see anywhere else to sit, she replied to me to leave. I would have bought a coffee there after I ate but this person was so gruff and mean my poor nephew cried he was scared of her. He asked why was she so mean. What do you say to a child. I promised him an ice cream to cheer him up but won't sit or now even buy anything in this place

Very disappointed. This place is usually great, with a very nice lady taking care of the customers. This time it wasn't the same people and the manager was ignorant. I wanted a bagel that was advertised with avocado, they didn't have it. I asked for the halloumi one. They took my money and I saw one of them running to Tesco to get some halloumi. I had to wait quite a while and when it arrived, the halloumi was raw, not grilled like advertised, and the bread wasn't the tomato and cheese one either. A rip-off

Absolutely amazing, warm and friendly staff. Always order the Veggie option and they always have a variety of dairy free alternative milks such as Soya, Almond and Oat. I was just sitting down with my partner and 4yo son about to go up and order when a staff member or manager approached us telling us we have to order before we sit down and that someone who already ordered wanted to sit where we were sitting and said we have to get up. This is not the way to treat a customer. They have now lost our business and I hope other people never experience this level of rudeness. As a family with a young child being told to vacate a seat as we have to order first is not how to run a business.

This review is long overdue!! I have been a customer at Bagel bar Omni for more years than I care to remember . The food is always freshly prepared and served by staff that truly love what they do. My visits here never fail to put me in the happiest of moods . Debbie ( the manager) and Steacy her daughter make a formidable team , and run a tight ship. It is always spotless. Stood in the queue and the man behind the till started serving customers who were standing by the side. I then proceeded to ask why I had been ignored and he goes on to say the others had been there a while, even though they weren't in the queue. I decide to go elsewhere as this is inappropriate and he yells after me "yeah you can go somewhere else for coffee." Absolutely disgraceful. Won't be returning.

Was in Omni for NDLS appointment this weekend and had a coffee as was early . I had a cappuccino with soy milk and it was so good and really well made. The lady who served me was so kind, polite and she was the absolute salt of the earth. It was an all round lovely experience! They have vegan options too and will definitely order some food next time.

Debbie and team in bagel bar are fantastic!! I get coffee here nearly every day would not go anywhere else! Best coffee in the centre! Bagels are freshly made to order and nothing is too big an ask for them! Great value and ALWAYS service with a smile!!! Hand delivered when sitting in and always so busy and lots whichof regular customers is a show of how loved they are up there ☺️

I’d all but given up having soup out as it’s always destroyed by too much salt. Feeling cold thought I’d give the soup a try here … mushrooms and vegetable available. We had one off each . Served with two slices of brown bread it was hot and homemade and absolutely delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful great little place .

Fabulous food, the Caesar salad is to die for, lovely staff and great location. Wide range of bagels, salads, sambos etc. Staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. Place is spotless and the manager, Debbie, is so friendly and always gives a wave even if we're just passing by. It is in a shopping centre with some of my favourite shops. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got a panini today that was only half filled with egg and panini bread soggy. Staff attitude very bad when shown. I spend 19 euros to waste food, shame, will never return. Girl at the till very very nice, I will like to tank her for good customer service, one lady short with glasses at the back very rood.

I hope management read this. I just purchased two coffees, today, May 30th 2020 at 10:15. I was served by the most lovely lady. She knew her customers, knew what they wanted and went out of her way to put good nature and positivity into everything she did. At a difficult time, she is another hero.

From th very first day I stared having coffee in Debbie's Bagel Bar , I have never had a bad experience, discouratous, or unfriendly experience from any of the staff. It has been notihing but friendly, kind and welcoming, especially from Debbie. The best place to have coffee in the Lion.

Bagel Bar in Omni is a wonderful place with great service and, contrary to other places, coffee that is hot. Debbie the manager is friendly and has built up a substantial clientele because of her good service. Jordan is great too. Overall, highly recommended.

I have dined here several times on my lunch break, and I always find the staff lovely to deal with and very accommodating to all they customers. They are always smiling and seem to have a great working relationship with one another. Definitely recommend.

The girls in there are exceptional and always go above and beyond, fantastic service great coffee and delicious food . Great engagement between the team in there and can see they enjoy their job.

This is an update. After 6 months of great coffey and delicious food all served by wonderful friendly staff led by Debbie I've updated my recommendation to a well deserved 5 Stars.

Best breakfast around Santry, hands down. Well priced, always served lovely and fresh, and a good selection of bagels and paninis to suit anybody. Staff are always lovely as well.

Go here all the time. they have the best bagels , and such lovely, helpful staff. Great spot for a quick, healthy tasty lunch with a friendly atmosphere.
