"I love Tiffany’s products"
Have always had nothing but exceptional service and quality of goods with my relationship with Tiffany. That is until recently... I have always used Tiffany from my wife's engagement ring, wedding ring, necklaces and so fourth. I recently got my own wedding ring from Tiffany after trying several sizes on I was advised to go with one particular size. The day of my wedding I thought the size was too large so took it off after the wedding day. I then called in to my sales associate Susan who has always been excellent to deal with told her and she told me I could come in and return it for the size smaller. Once I arrive this was not the case. I had to deal with the store manager Andrew who told me the ring was unable to be returned as it has wear marks on it and this is there policy. I asked Susan to get it polished as this is part of the Tiffany service and then asked to speak to Andrew again. He now told me it is not due to the ring being damaged but he could not in good conscience exchange it for me because I had worn it on my wedding day nothing to do with wear marks (it didn't really have any but the polish would emlinate this) it was very disheartening for him to not stand behind his reasoning and basically lie to my face. This interaction has defiantly played a role on how I will use Tiffany in the future as I was expecting and prepared to have a 40-50-60 year relation ship moving forward. I will be contacting the director and head office as well. It's a shame that the store manager could not see the value of treating me in a respectful manor and not lying to me. Being in sales myself I truely feel the way Andrew delt with the situation showed a complete lack of customer satisfaction and service.
UPDATE: It broke again!!! I had it for 6 days!!! NOT IMPRESSED! Quality would be the wrong word. Update: They have reached out to me and have dealt with my issue in a very kind and apologetic manner. I appreciate the quick response and the kind Tiffany & Co. representative who I spoke to. Thank you! Dear Tiffany & Co., I wanted to share only my experience. To briefly premise, I was given a beautiful necklace for my birthday about a year or two ago, and it broke recently. I paid to have it fixed when not even two weeks go by, and it brakes again. Call that bad luck, maybe? Nevertheless, a representative informed me that I would have to pay again to have it fixed. I understand, but at the same time I just paid to have it fixed and it broke AGAIN??? About a month later, I receive a call from the same Tiffany & Co. location asking about my necklace that was supposably "fixed". I told them about my situation and my frustration. They said they would call me back to get my necklace fixed. I never received a phone call, I have even called in to inquire and still no response. I do understand the pandemic has made it difficult to respond and operate. However this began in November 2019, and the quality control phone call I received came before January 2020. Please respond at your earliest convenience. I'm hoping I could get this resolved, thank you for your time. I thought this was quality jewelry... guess not.
Today my husband, our 2 year old daughter and I, went window shopping. I have my heart set on a pair of earrings and wanted to go look at them. When we arrived I was incredibly impressed by the kindness and amazing customer service of one of the young gentlemen at the door. When we entered he dropped on his knee , eye level with my little girl, and asked if this was her first time in the store. We informed him it was and he presented her with her “first gift “ from Tiffany &co. My daughter was given some adorable crayons and a card. She was absolutely delighted! This young man had so much charisma that he made the whole day and shopping experience a special memory for my family. My husband and I left , and we discussed how rare it can be into days age to be treated with such respect and kindness. It reminded me of the classic Audrey Hepburn movie, where even though she had a cheap Cracker Jack ring, she was treated like a queen by the employee of Tiffany’s who engraved her ring. My husband and I will 100% buy the special pieces of jewellery I want to collect over the years from this location, because this young man treated my family like royalty. I wish I had gotten his name. To all of the staff at the front door, thank you for your excellent customer service!!!
before sales service was good, the ring was shipped to me from another store, girlfriend tried it on for less than 3 min and did not like it, put the ring back to box ever since, try to return the ring 2 weeks later because I trusted the 30 days return policy. I was declined because they are saying there are a lot of wear and scratches and blaming me for wearing it for 2 weeks and said that i should have it returned earlier, with no respect to customer and blaming customer other than examine themselves is shame for high end company like this. when i question on how do they deal with the every ring that my girlfriend tried in store, they simply answer that they do not sell display product, yet the ring was shipped from another store. they claim that they check every ring they ship from store, yet they ship me a scratched ring and blame it on me. do not expect the owner to solve the problem because it is individual owned and they would rather piss off a customer than admitting mistakes and losing money. I should have read the other reviews before come to this terrible store, If you do really like Tiffany, try to shop it online, at least you will get new product and better service.
I love Tiffany’s products. But one of my bracelets broke and I went in to west Ed to get a replacement and was told it should be ready around Jan 15 and they would contact when I could pick up. I have tried to contact tiffany help line and they said a west Ed worker would contact me about my bracelet. I have yet to be contacted once. It’s mid April and I don’t have my old bracelet nor the replacement one. So I’m basically out 400 some dollars? For how expensive tiffany is and considering it is a high end store you’d think their communication and customer service would be better. I dropped off a Gucci bracelet the same to Gucci and they had it ready long ago and customer service and communication was great. I didn’t have to even pay for my Gucci one to get repaired and at tiffany I paid 80$ just to get the heart fixed. It’s been such an ordeal for that bracelet.. it’s been 3 and a half months and I have yet to get an answer to where my bracelet is and have yet to hear from tiffany. I have reached out to their what’s app helpline and their email helpline as well. Still no answer. Save yourself the trouble and shop at Gucci for high end jewelry.
I just had the best experience ever at this place! I went window shopping today with my little sister and we decided to meander into Tiffany’s to see all the pretty things we’d never be able to afford. I’ll just say we were dressed in old hoodies, sweats, slides. Hair a mess. No make up. Basically bumming it. Not looking like what i’d assume was a person who could shop here looked like at all. It didn’t matter. The staff here were amazing! They never once made us feel out of place even when it was clear we were just there to look. One sales person, Yumi Shin, stood out in particular. She was super kind and professional. She took the time to show us whatever we wanted. Helped us try things on and talked about all the individual pieces that caught our eye. Let me just say that if I was not poor I would have bought several pieces just because of her. In fact I think I've made it my life goal to save up and go in and buy something from her just because she treated us so incredibly well! So thank you Yumi, you are a shining example of a sales person which everyone should model themselves after! I will be back!
TLDR: $400 ring turns my finger green. Store recommends to somehow avoid fragranced soap. I’ve purchased a few Tiffany gifts over the years, and always thought it to be very overpriced for the materials in the pieces but everyone loves the blue little box. I received a Tiffany sterling silver ring for my birthday this week, and it became the first piece of Tiffany I personally own and wear. The ring turned my finger green after 24 hours. Shocked, I asked the gift giver what metal it was, “are you sure it’s silver?” as I have owned many silver pieces in my life that have never turned my hand green. The store would not take it back, but said that using soaps with fragrance could cause this. I’m sure my life will be very easy avoiding soap that has fragrance so that a gift that cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars doesn’t turn my finger green like a Cracker Jack prize. They said that it’s a common problem right now due to increased hand washing during Covid. Never in my life will I spend another dollar at Tiffany & Co. PS, Paloma Picasso designs some of the ugliest jewellery I’ve ever seen.
This place has some of the worst customer service.. bought a ring on their website and ended up fitting a bit loose, and the size i need is not in stock. Called their customer service for refund/exchange instructions and ended up getting 3 completely different set of instructions from 3 different operators. 1) use included return label to return (fedex said the label is invalid) 2) was told there was errors and canadian orders got mailed US return labels instead for this batch, what BS, since the label had the canadian return address on it. Then was told I had to pay to mail it back to the Toronto store for return. 3) called Toronto store to confirm, and was told they are not accepting returns due to COVID. after much pain, the local store accepted my return once they reopened. Now I am deciding on 2 styles I liked, one of which the store had stock so I can see it in person.. the other style they do not have stock, and the only way I can see it was to buy one and have it shipped to me.... for a so called high end brand name their customer service is not acceptable
today I went there to get my bracket fix. For the price I pay and the “quality” that they are talking about, their product shouldn’t snap out of no were. They also kept saying it’s “hand crafted and jewerly deteriorate” other jewelry stores are also handcrafted but it would never snap the way their product is. By the way my bracelet snap while I was wearing it wearing it! (Which happens to other people that I know) They told me to pay 65$ to get it fix which i don’t think is acceptable since it was a poor product quality! I buy Tiffany’s product with the expectation of having the jewelry for as long as I can/forever. I am so disappointed and I will NEVER be buying any of their product. If you do the math and buy a jewelry and after a couple of years it will snaps the cost off getting it fix will be MORE THAN THE JEWERLY!!!! Save yourself a hasle and buy it somewhere els. other places offered FREE warranty for life!! You are literally paying for the “name”. And did I mention my bf got me a necklace from Tiffany for Christmas. We will defiantly be returning it!!
I bought a Tiffany ring as a gift for someone who wore it exactly one time and did not like it enough to keep it. At the time of purchase, I was reassured of their 30 day return policy. I went to return the ring and was told they will not refund it as there were "scratches and dents all over it". I don't know how a ring could get that damaged from someone only wearing it once for maybe a few hours? I don't even know if it was in that state when purchased as I never would have thought to inspect it that closely. If it wasn't already like that and somehow it did get damaged from a few hours of wear, what does that say about the quality? I've purchased numerous things from Tiffany in the past, and never had an experience like this. The saleswoman had an attitude and was so snarky the entire time. The supervisor/manager was no help. I'm sad to say this experience has soured my opinion of Tiffany & Co and if I do purchase anything Tiffany again in the future, I will make sure to avoid this location.
I brought a necklace in to get cleaned a week ago and called the store to have it shipped to me once it was ready. I paid $20 for shipping. Yesterday I came home from work to a delivery attempt notice by Fedex, saying that my package requires a signature and delivery will be attempted again on Monday. I work Monday - Friday during the day, so will never be home to accept the delivery. Now the package is back at FedEx depot in Edmonton, 20 minutes away from my home (I don’t live in Edmonton) and I have to go pick it up?? ALSO, I’m going out of town this week until mid-March, and Fedex will only hold it for 5 business days. So they’ll be shipping it BACK to Tiffany. Now, I’m out $20 for shipping and I still don’t have my item. No one told me that it would be shipped by Fedex and would require signature, otherwise I would not have arranged shipping. You are Tiffany and Co. Get it together. The store and staff here in Edmonton is awful.
I bought a pair of pearl earrings here for my girlfriend for valentines day. She had them for 24 hours before one of the pearls fell off their post and was lost. Not a good sign. I brought them back the next week with the original receipt and they said that since it was within 30 days of purchase they would fix it free of charge. That fix took two solid months and the earrings travelling from Edmontin to New York to Los Angeles and back to Edmonton. You would think a company as world renowned as Tiffany's would be able to make a fix to a pearl earring without it having to travel over 10,000 km. Once it was finally fixed and ready for pickup, they tried to charge us $150 for the fix even though we were assured it would be done free of charge. In the end we did not pay for the fix, but the entire interaction left me quite disappointed. I will not be returning to any Tiffany's any time soo .
Normally I have a fantastic experience at Tiffany's in West Edmonton Mall. The staff provides great customer service. Tiffany's also provides free jewelry cleaning across all their locations. I had recently lost one of my earings and I was devastated. It was upsetting because the backing fell off too easily. To replace the earing, I had to pay half price which hurt my wallet but more than happy to replace something that had a lot of meaning. The lady behind the counter said they would sparkle like new. When it arrived 2 weeks later, the original was dirty and a different lady brushed me off and didn't care. Eventually she rolled her eyes and took them for a quick cleaning. Other than the one lady, I would definitely go back. Tiffany'sshould be about the experience as well as the jewelry.
Store is nice and service is outstanding. I'm not complaining about any of the staff, they are great! I'm disappointed in the product. Bought my wife a diamond ring for anniversary, looks great in the store under their special lights, but outside of the store it looks dull. Way overpriced for what you get, paying for name only and it doesn't equate to quality. Sickening to see the type of diamond ring I could have got elsewhere for same money. Would have had much more wow impact that a tiffany teal box with a very expensive but tiny, underwhelming diamond ring in it. Will not purchase anymore Tiffany products. My wife wouldn't either. Save your money and get something nicer elswhere.
I would leave a review or zero stars if possible! Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Purchased a bracelet in December and by March the Return to Tiffany’s heart had broken off, when I brought it back to the store I was very rudely informed that the policy is to pay $55.00 to have the bracelet repaired and this process would take approximately 2 weeks! $500 for a bracelet and it didn’t even last 3 months. The staff certainly doesn’t make this repair policy known at the time of purchase. The manager is extremely rude and more interested in her phone then handling a customers concerns.
Walked in to the store yesterday without thinking that I would pick up / found the wedding band that I want, but Erin did an awesome job to show me around - even I clearly told her I’m just looking for options, not planning to have any purchase that day. She still spent a fair amount of time to explain each style, price range options and design behind each ring. I’m amazed by how friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional she is. I highly recommend her to anyone who are looking to purchase from this store. ( also everyone in the store are also super friendly!!)
Bought a Tiffany necklace and chain from here. When I was wearing the necklace is literally fell off my neck while I was wearing it. I paid 350$ for the necklace was charged 55$ to repair the poor quality necklace. I have bought Numerous necklaces and never had this happen with much less quality necklaces. I was very disappointed in Tiffanys customer service and quality of their product. Last product I will buy from Tiffanys. The lady was very nice as she charged me my 55$. It didn't even phase her it's like she's done this millions of times.
There is just so much to celebrate for this Tiffany location! What an exceptional excellent customer service, especially with Anajane who had helped me personalized my journey with Tiffany. Anajane can craft unforgettable experiences when it comes to customer service. She has offered a guest discreet, personalized, and anticipatory attention down to the finest detail! I am highly satisfied, and she is a great ambassador for Tiffany! Anajane and the rest of the team embrace the bold, beautiful, extraordinary spirit of Tiffany’s gold standard.
Purchased a bracelet for my daughters 16th birthday, when i inquired about the jewelry, I indicated that I wanted it engraved the store associate assured me it could be done. When I went in to pick it up, I was now told they could NOT engrave. I found that the associates in the store very uneducated about the merchandise. When your spending 600$ or more they should have the knowledge about all their pieces. Tiffany & co. is known for their classy atmosphere and product line- I've had way better service at People's Jewelers.
I bought a ring just before Christmas. Great service! Was not the right size. Brought it back to have it resized to be told that it was exchange only because of the nature of the rings design. Ring was worn twice. Ring was inspected and we were told that it was too worn to warrant an exchange. I’ve been a customer for years with numerous pieces purchased at this specific store. This is that last piece I will buy here. I do not recommend this store. Perhaps other locations are more interested in customer retention.
When my fiancé and I started shopping for engagement rings we were hesitant to go to Tiffanys as we were afraid we couldn't afford it. However, after the salesman Roché spent a good 45 minutes explaining diamond clarity colour etc to us (and letting her try on a 55k ring no problem) we went to other stores to shop around. No other store could match the quality of ring and service we got from Tiffanys, it was an easy choice to buy one from them and they are still phenomenal every time we walk in. Thank you Roché.
I got a ring for my GF's BD and I got the wrong size for her so few days later I go back and want to exchange it but the manager “Natalie Radetic ” says the ring had a dent and scratchs on it won't do exchange but when I got the ring was like that she just keep repping The same answer to me there's no customer service and the salesman who sold the ring to me say I could exchange with in 30 days so I feel like I just got ripoff no customer service and don't care if you are coming back or not. so disappointed :-(
Recently I contacted Tiffany’s at the West Edmonton Mall location over the phone, as a new customer I was greeted and then transferred to Angela. Angela helped me become familiar with setting up my account and becoming a Tiffany’s client. I will make sure when I am making my next purchase’s I will go out of my way to deal with Angela. As a salesman of the previous ten years if you are going to Tiffany’s & Co at West Edmonton Mall make it a memorable experience and enjoy the same client care I did.
My engagement ring has been sent away for repairs 3 times within 3 years for a loose stone, a missing stone and then the poor replacement stone quality. I was actually accused by a manager of being rough on my ring (meaning I wear it everyday). To this day there is still an ugly replacement stone in the halo that does not match the rest of the ring. My husband chose Tiffany's for quality and customer service, which have both been very disappointing. Update March 2021: the stone fell out AGAIN!
I like it here because they are there to help you. The device is good, and they make you feel like you are shopping in a very high end store. I have bought things several times from here, and would keep going back. They actually listen to what you are looking for and respect your budgetary constraints. They don't try to get you to buy something insanely expensive unless you are there to buy something insanely expensive.
I bought a ring for my girlfriend and it broke. I thought that Tiffany would stand behind their product and fix it, but they wanted to charge $75. I have tried to contact someone at Tiffany to complain about this since it seemingly went against their guarantee policy, but haven’t received a response. From this experience I conclude that it is not worth the premium to buy at Tiffany.
It was my first time visit this store at West Edmonton Mall and I was very much impressed with the professionalism of the staffs special mention to Sorina who is very accommodating and knowledgeable about their jewelries. The ambiance and interior decorations of the store is so cool and vibrant that enchants every customer to buy gift for their love ones. Kudos to this team.
The engagement rings I wanted wasn’t available in Calgary so I had to order from here over the phone. Staffs were very kind and patient. Serena was very sweet, she make sure my package arrived on time and also sent me photos before sending the package for me to confirm it. They arrived in perfect condition and they’re so pretty :) life saver! I’ll totally order from here again.
Very bad after sale service! No one said hi to you except the security at door if you don’t look like you are buying something. Wait almost 30mins there try to pick up my necklace but still not able to do it because no one cares you. Asked for somebody’s help but not even an estimate time offered. Will not buy anything else from this location, not recommended!
I had a wonderful experience at the WEM store - I was there recently and ordered a Tiffany Dog Collar. Michelle was working with me and ensured we had everything we needed… by the time I left, I felt like we were friends!! Everyone in the store is friendly and relaxed. You feel like you can enjoy the experience and not be pressured. The items are Gorg ;)
TODAY I Bought a ring from this store. Tomorrow on my way to return it due to careful examine of this ring. Looks like it has been worn before me. It does has dents , and few scratches. Good thing i took it home in the box butnot worn out of the store. Lets see what the stuff will BS me with. Paid as brand new, got used.
I'm a big Tiffany fan and I go to this location for everything Tiffany-related. Everyone is so nice. My client advisor was Erin and she was so sweet and helpful. She has since moved on but now I have another great client advisor, Belinda. She's knowledgeable, stays in touch, and lets me know when my favorite items are in.
I had a horrible experience with Meena one of the managers at this location. I simply requested for an empty gift box as I lost mine for a previous purchase at this location and she was rude and not helpful at all. Awful treatment from a luxurious brand!!! I would never go back again
I have had wonderful experiences every time I have entered this location! Today I had to unfortunately return an item and the manager and staff members did everything they could to make it right. After chatting with manager I delt with a lady named Anajane. She was so amazing, kind and very professional.
Thank you Yumi & Mark for your great service. If you plan on making a purchase at this location, these two are both very knowledgable and helpful. They will help you find the perfect piece of jewelry gracefully without pushing you into a purchase. I will be back to see them for my next purchase.
They maintain the experience, friendlu and helpful greetings, even though I was just dropping off a necklace for repair. It was a customized length and the woman made sure to triple check the chain length, and only $45 for any repair. Got a call it was ready about a week later. Great service.
The service is below what you would expect for a premium company and diamonds are a bit over priced. At the end of the day I still went with them because they do have consistently amazing stones. If you shop here it’s for the product only, and expect to pay for it.
The staff were very patient and understanding to my inquiries since I needed custom-made ring for my grandmother who celebrated her 85th birthday recently. My expectations with this store were greatly satisfied by their high-quality service and beautiful products.
Tiffany and Co is the first REAL jewelry store I've ever been to. I went in to purchase a necklace as a birthday gift, I was SO IMPRESSED by the kindness and non-judgemental staff who helped me. Super expensive (of course), but the staff are so wonderful.
Tiffany's is wonderful. Their service is top notch. Their employees are well trained and very helpful. My multiple visits have always been greeted with such great service, that I will definitely be back. The quality of product is superior.
Kate was extremely rude and left a permanent negative association to Tiffany & Co. and negative lifetime memory of my first experience. She scoffed and had the rudest expressions and lacked empathy. I nearly walked out because I couldn’t
Tiffany has gone downhill. The lack of communication between the managers and anyone who has a complaint is honestly just proving that this company cares less about owning up to its own mistakes and more about ripping as many people off.
this location is absolutely amazing. Always welcomed with friendly staff & fantastic customer service. Been in a few times the last few months getting jewellery cleaned and ordering gifts for a bridal shower and was beyond impressed.
After being told I could exchange an item purchased in the US the manager intervened and would not allow me to exchange the item. I asked if I could speak to the manager but she ran to one of the back rooms and wouldn’t speak to me.
LOVE...LOVE..LOVE my new Tiffany T wire bracelet and ring. I always have a great experience in this store. Serena is such an amazing person and so helpful, she made the whole experience this time so enjoyable as well.
Wow really good customer service. I ordered a gift over the phone and they are delivering it to me free of charge. Johann was really professional and even sent me photos within a few moments of my call. …
Excellent customer service, and very good shopping experience. They allow very few customers into the store, but we have never felt rushed or pressured. Left the store with two gorgeous Tiffany pieces
Helped my brother pick out a wedding gift for his bride. The sales associate was extremely professional and had great interpersonal skills. Was not pushy at all and definitely knew her product
The staff is friendly and can recommend nice pieces of jewelry based on what you or the lady you're buying for wears regularly. They have a few different styles that can work with your style.
Absolutely blown away with the service here. Was not expecting to be overly accomidated while just browsing. I was only in here to kill 5 minutes and ended up making a purchase. Thank you!!
Their Wedding bands have no lifetime warranty like most jewelry companies. Their engagement rings have lifetime warranty. Ask for the fine prints before you purchase.
Great store, great product, as one would expect and extremely helpful team members. They know the product and can help point you to something you will love
I bought a ring here a few years ago, and my fiancé bought me a matching ring for our engagement. It didn’t fit, they exchanged it, no issues. Awesome.
I always receive excellent service here. They’re attentive without being pushy and give you time to make a decision, even when you’re just browsing.
Thank you Serena for your help with finding our needs. The earrings you helped me to choose, i love them alot. Thanks again.
Taking in the Ball and Chain to get it serviced. Cleaning the tarnish off it. It is good to be able to wander around again.
Very positive experience at Tiffany & Co Mark you really did an amazing job!!!! Thanks so much!!!! C. U. In 6 year's;)
Great service and amazing staff. Came here to get my bracelet replaced and they offered complimentary cleaning.
Beautiful selection. Will definitely be returning. Warm friendly atmosphere for a store with higher security.
Great service... the sales person was more than happy to show us everything in, and out of our price range.
Great customer service. Staff don't judge me for walking into the store wearing sweatpants.
Kate was professional and personal at the same time, made the experience a joy.
I get great service every time I go in. The associates are patient and helpful.
Some amazing gifts here and very helpful staff from the minute i walked in
Fantastic staff, super excited about what I pick up for my special lady
