Generally speaking, I love the items I purchase from Urban Barn and it is always a pleasure to go into the store. Whether I have purchased an end table, a duvet, a pillow or a frame, they have all had a unique but well made quality. The problem is with the on-line purchasing which has happened a lot with Covid. You place things in your cart, you get a pop up that states that 20 other people are looking at the same item and you place your order. Sometimes you place your order and in the time it took you to do so, they truly are out of stock but your payment has gone through, and you don't get that payment back until you get an email that hopefully you don't ignore and go to the store and request it. This system makes it very easy to just lose the money....so I am very happy with the product, happy with the store mostly but not happy at all with on-line purchases (yet on-line is still my comfort zone).

I recently bought 4 dining chairs that I had been eyeing for quite some time, I was advised they would be going on sale but I missed the sale. Went in and bought the chairs a few weeks ago. Yesterday I received a call from Mariam a wonderful sales associate who informed me the chairs are on sale this week and to come into the store for a 15% refund. Best costumer service ever. Grateful customer.

The staff were awesome but I was disappointed with the online customer service. I had an issue and filled out the appropriate online form. I received a case number but was never contacted. I finally went into the store and the regional manager was suppose to look into it. Again nothing. It won’t stop me from shopping here again but UB should be aware of their lack of response.

Wonderful experience! Staff kindly held a sale item for us to pick up the following day. The computer chair was exactly what we had wanted and, in fact, was even better than expected. It was a veritable find at a really great price. We have always been extremely happy with the quality of the numerous products purchased and the service provided at Urban Barn.

My local Urban Barn is staffed with helpful friendly people who helped me get everything I needed for my new Liberty sectional. I wanted comfortable, soft pillows and blankets in a warm palette and was not disappointed! This is our cozy family room where we watch movies and hang out. The dog approves!

I love this store. The staff are much better than the location in barrhaven - they gave us pricing right away and helped us order for our new home. The furniture came with zero issues, within the timeline specified and was expertly delivered. The store is always clean and beautifully decorated.

Great products of the highest quality. Tye store is always clean. The prices are over exaggerated in my opinion however
