As the proud owner of the most stunning ring ever, I must say that we had the best experience at Vena Nova. Elaine was an absolute pleasure to deal with and helped me customize my dream ring. She listened to all my requests and made them a reality. After about a week I was sent a digital 3D graphic design. It was great to be able to see exactly what it was going to look like prior to it being made. It took about 3 more weeks for them to custom make my ring and it turned out better than I could have ever dreamt! Upon pick up we were told that the custom order came in less expensive that originally quoted which was a very pleasant surprise. I am very happy with the craftsmanship and customer service from bringing to end and their prices are far better than anywhere else.

I was proactive with picking a few options for my engagement ring and went into Vena Nova to get a better understanding of the process. Elaine was there and she gave me her email address to send her the details of what kind of ring I wanted for when when my boyfriend was ready to buy it. She made it super easy. When my boyfriend went in, Elaine gave him the optionsI had narrowed down and then he picked the ring of my dreams!! My now fiancé said that Elaine was super helpful and really guided him when picking out a ring for me. I always go back for a ring clean and they are always so kind. We will likely buy our wedding rings from here also or their sister company.
