Pharmacist would not exchange a purchase I bought an hour before as she didn't know how I would have stored it, it's freezing outside, I can't afford to put heating in so cold at home, I was reassured I could exchange it if I brought the receipt back but the person that had reassured me this had then gone home, also today being Friday, that if I come back Monday then I could speak to the manager. I couldn't afford to buy the correct medication on top of the one id already bought.

Attended this pharmacy and the staff were so rude and unhelpful I was so shocked. Apparently not their fault prescriptions are so far behind and too busy to check stock items. I do believe it was not usual staff but they are still employed by Well. One assistant so abrupt and rude spoke with pharmacist about rudeness to get the reply "Sorry I'm just a locum" VERY POOR .... No wonder the direct to your door pharmacies are thriving.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Consistently late with prescriptions despite me setting up repeat prescriptions to arrive every month. They literally never answer the phone so can't get through to anyone to find out where my prescription is, and they blatantly lie to you when they've messed up which they do all the time because they're useless.

I telephoned Wells Pharmacy yesterday, but the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers. I tried 3 or 4 times again today and although waiting until I was cut off, there was no message to say that anyone was there even. I have run out of my Tamoxifen and no one has text me to let me know if they can be picked up.

Stay away from this pharmacy! Even calling in advance they could not get their prescription right! The level of incompetence is incredible. Three years of misery with this pharmacy! Both my partner and I ended up shouting, and not got served properly.

Waste of time and patience. They take ages for anything, they question on anything from prescription free tables to GP prescriptions. They loudly enquire over personal details in front of all other customers. Every time a terrible experience.

Never ever answers the phone, been trying for a week. This is so unacceptable when dealing with people's medications and subsequent health. Particularly as coming into the store can be an access issue for people with health conditions.
