Flu vaccine review: Injection: 9/10 - hardly felt it, best injection I've ever had. Chat: 10/10 quality chat from the pharmacist. Even managed to keep the convo flowing whilst injecting me. Location:3/10 Considered taking my passport it's that far from Clifton. Tucked away in a corner. Parking is tight. Plaster: 10/10 Stayed on my arm for a good 5 days. Best plaster I've ever had. Would vaccinate again just for the plaster Vibe: 6/10 Small store and dated decor but you're able to flex your vaccination badge (plaster) for a long time. Overall - Would vaccinate here again

Lovely, friendly service from the staff here. I have had two prescriptions in the past week that have been dispensed to me promptly with a smile. On observation; it seems much of the poor staff’s time is wasted by people not listening to the doctor; trying to collect prescriptions that don’t exist or aren’t ready yet. This obviously makes the shop a bit chaotic and busy, as the staff do their best to help. There is a text notification service but people clearly aren’t using it. I hope something changes soon as it makes it very difficult for them to do their jobs.

I had an awful experience at this pharmacy today! I am mid 50s with controlled asthma and I had booked a flu jab at this site. On arrival I was challenged in front of at least 4 other members of the public along with 3 members of staff, so in public, about my condition and whether or not I’d be entitled to this vaccination on the NHS! Very unprofessional and a big breach of patient confidentiality. I felt embarrassed and told them so. The pharmacist shrugged her shoulders. Wow what a disgrace. Myself and my family certainly won’t give them revenue again.

Prescriptions are never ready, wrong tablets given out frequently. They keep you waiting forever. The pharmacist has refusedd to sell me co-codamol today even though I have explained that I am suffering with a severe headache and paracetamol isnt touching it. These people do not have a clue. Avoid this pharmacy! Update - I spoke with a GP from Sea Mills surgery yesterday who confirmed that co-codamol is precisely for the sinus headache I am experiencing and that the pharmacist was wrong to not sell them to me.

WORST CHEMIST IN BRISTOL they never answer the phone, the shop is always in absolute chaos, the staff are pretty clueless (always plenty of them on, just making more chaos really) and the computer Steele they use hasn’t streamlined their service at all. I really must find a different one going forward. Appalling. Avoid!!

Probably the worst chemist in bristol...never answer phone or it's engaged (all day...yeah off hook most likely)..prescription rarely ready or in stock..rude & unpleasant staff.have complained to the head office but nothing has ever been done.1 star given as can't hive less....AVOID AT ALL COST!!!@

  • Emmajayne West

Worst chemist I’ve ever been to you have 3-4 people working and they leave you there every time for 10 minutes or more at the till while they speak to each other and not actually serve the customers most incompetent people!! I leave angry every time not happy at all get better staff thanks

  • Ricky Trotham

Painfully slow service. Rarely has all my medication in stock so have to keep returning. You will spend longer in the pharmacy than the doctors! I have also just witnessed some staff being rude and disrespectful behind a customers back. Very un-professional.

  • Pauline Goodwin

Think they very rude in answering the phone today I been all day trying to get through from 9am it rings they must take phone off hook then try again it rings then it's engaged that been happening all day and now they are shut think it's a terrible service.

A first class pharmacy with helpful and friendly staff. If they haven't got your medication in stock they will get it in by the next day. Advice from the pharmacist is also available. The district nurses have a high opinion of them as well.

  • todd coles

Polite and helpful staff but far too often I have problems with prescriptions taking too long and being made to wait for them to replenish stock. Also don't even bother trying to call them

  • Gemma

Nice pharmacy team. Always friendly and helpful. Small range of products to buy on shelves. Glad to finally have a pharmacy next to the Sea Mills Surgery.

  • Claire Evans

Appallingly slow service even taking COVID into account. And sometimes you walk in and they all simply ignore you. Disgusted.

  • Shane Raines

Avoid at all cost! Very slow, poor excuses as to why repeat prescription aren't ready. Shame I cant leave negative stars.

  • Maddy L

If you fancy queuing for ages only to find out your medicine isn't ready then this is the place for you!

Usually very obliging staff..but grossly understocked and sometimes seemingly understaffed as well.
