I called Brendan regarding an emergency dental situation on a Sunday arvo. He walked me through my issue and decided it was best I come in the next day. They quickly booked me in the next day for a filling. Unfortunately I’ve had to give them 2 stars instead of the initial 5, as I had a large filling that came out a couple of weeks after I had it filled. When I called the office they asked me to come back in even though I was interstate and was not cooperative when I asked for credit towards future dental work. Even though it was explained that it would not be financially viable for me to come interstate to have the filling re done. My expectation would have been that the filling for a large dollar figure lasted longer. I’ve had to get this work done again interstate. My rating is due to a lack of cooperation when things went wrong and I consider a 2 star rating to be generous given the experience afterwards.

The team here are great. They took their time to address any questions/concerns I had about my teeth and thoroughly talked me through the issues I was having, alongside the options available to remedy it. I really appreciated their transparency; both the pros and cons of each procedure was outlined to me, which helped me to make an informed decision. You can tell they are passionate about patient outcomes which makes me feel a lot less nervous about going to the dentist. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Great customer service at good price. Lydia and Irine will always welcome with a smile, they will make you feel home, and treat your teeth and oral health professionally. You can find a dentist, higinest, professional supervisor (when required) and the best receptionist. Smile dental is accepted and many private health insurance. Highly recommended.

My family and I have been going to Gentle Dentistry in Erindal for years now and could not fault them. They always explain everything in detail and are so considerate of your comfort. I would highly recommend anyone to use them but especially if you have an aversion to dental appointments - you will not be disappointed.

Irene and Lydia are GREAT! Had my invisalign done at Gentle Dentistry and some people are astounded by the progress. Irene is consider ‘my OH’ so shows how much I enjoy going to get my teeth cleaned! Lydia is great and is easy to talk to and book appointments and Great chat all around. Totally recommend it !!

Went to get my teeth cleaned under Irene. Was extremely well done. My gums would usually start spouting blood like a fountain, but I was pleasantly surprised when they finished and I didn't feel much pain! The staff were extremely professional and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience. They informed me about the pros and cons of removing my permanent retainer, and then let me make the decision. They also gave me the coolest flossing tool ever that has turned me into a flossing addict. Great spot.
