Mike is amazing and offers excellent customer service. His pricing is also competitive. We bought a house and we had three weeks to empty, stage, and sell our current house. I called around to every moving portable storage company and they all told me they were booked for the next month. I was so stressed. We have three young kids and lots of stuff. The thought of having to move our stuff four times instead of two made me want to cry (aka into a moving truck, into a storage locker forv6 weeks until our new house closes, into a truck, into our new house VS into the pod and then out into our new house). When I called Mike he was also booked solid for the next month. When I shared what a bind I was in (as I had with many of the other places I called), Mike asked me to call back that evening. He said when he got back to his desk he would check in with some clients to confirm return dates in hopes that he might be able to find a pod for us. I was so grateful he was even willing to take the time to do that extra desk work! As it turns out he was able to get a pod for us!!! He delivered a pod three days later. It was spotless when it was delivered. Mike was always very helpful and prompt in his communication. When we unpacked the pod nothing had moved and everything was unharmed. I would highly recommend Blue Sky Storage.

Michal from Blue Sky storage was amazing to work with. My family Was preparing for a move into a much smaller house and needed a portable storage container to help with the process. We had used a portable container from an established company in the past that we were happy with. so I started there. What a disappointment that was The price was outrageous and the customer service was terrible. So I began calling several other companies including Blue Sky. I was told by all the companies that demand was high and it would be difficult to get what I needed. However, Michal told me it would be difficult but he would do all he could to get us one. About 2 weeks later he delivered on his promise. Exactly what we asked for! We used Blue Sky Storage for portable storage while we were in-between homes. Everything went extremely smooth and Mike was very pleasant and professional to deal with. The storage container was delivered to our home exactly when we requested and then picked up 6 days later to be stored at their indoor facility (because it was winter). It was stored for 5 months and then delivered to our new location on the date and time that we requested. Mike and his partner even helped to unload it, which was above and beyond! Nothing in the container was damaged or soiled. The price was very competitive for portable indoor storage and there were no surprise charges. We would definitely use Blue Sky Storage again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs temporary/portable storage. Thanks again Mike and team!

My husband and I had a great experience with Blue Sky Storage. I called at the right time and Mike was able to get a unit out to us within a couple days which was exactly what we needed. Mike was very friendly and checked in often while we had the unit to see how our renovations were coming along. We were hopeful to have it only for a month, but ended up needing it for 3 months and Mike was really good about that. Quick responses to phone calls and text messages which was appreciated. Blue Sky also guides your unit into your driveway differently from other companies and do not require large truck coming into your driveway. That also made the experience more pleasant as the houses in our neighbourhood are close together. Customer service was top notch and will definitely be calling Blue Sky in the future if need be.

Wonderful service! Mike and crew were totally personable, efficient, attentive, and accommodating to our storage needs. We had originally booked with another portable storage company, but concerns over the alleyway and small parking spot in the Toronto neighbourhood of semidetached houses led us to look elsewhere. BurlOak Theatre Group is a non profit community theatre group in the Oakville/Burlington area...As we were starting our first season ,after being shut down for 27 months due to covid restrictions, our landlord sold the building where our studio was located. We found ourselves with an unplanned move and unplanned stress!. We needed to store set materials, furniture, props,etc and called Blue Sky Storage. Mike was amazing! He gave us tips on packing and loading the container. He was able to deliver and pick up the container in the time frame required. Customer service was exceptional! Like other posters this was my first time using the pod type moving services, I read a lot of ba reviews about other companies bond being diets, rodent infestations, billing issues,and delivery and pickup problems that I was not sure if I was going to go this route. My mindset has all changed thanks to blue sky. From start to finish this company is very professional. All questions answered immediately, scheduled delivery and pickup of bins were a breeze and 100% on time with zero issues. There bins are clean and fully sealed. Not a single item was out of place on arrival which I was shocked about, surely I though at least 1 box would have fallen but that was not the case! Amazing service would highly recommend them to anyone, made my move so much easier.

Blue Skies was my first experience with using a container. From the start Michal was professional but friendly and very helpful in determining what I needed. The container was perfectly clean inside and out and smelled like it had just been thoroughly cleaned. It was the exact right size as Michal recommended. I would have ordered a larger size. Billing wise, no surprises, exactly as per estimates. Email advices of billing came monthly and receipt for those bills within a couple of days. Michal was very accommodating, exactly on time with the delivery and pickup of the container. This was a great experience. I will not hesitate to use Blue Skies again. Super experience!

I was told by many other companies that it would be impossible to get a bin in our driveway due to the street but thanks to Mike and his remote control lift it was no problem at all. He always responded in a timely manner and we were able to have a bin dropped off and picked up quickly in a very busy time for bin companies and at a reasonable cost. The bin itself was water tight and very clean. None of our items were damaged during the whole process. When the bin was brought to our new home which has a sloped driveway, Mike put blocks underneath the bin to keep it more level. Overall just such a lovely experience and we would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We were going to be doing a small reno and needed a container. We always like to deal with local companies. Blue Sky Storage was just 15 minutes away from us. We talked to Mike at Blue Sky and were really happy with his customer service and friendliness. Even though we ended up renting a container in July (when it was really busy with everybody needing storage) Mike got us a container quickly and delivered it exactly when he said he would. The container was spotless, with 2 big doors making it easy to load large items. If we need storage again, we will definitely rent with Blue Sky again. Alice & Mas

We cannot recommend Blue Sky enough. Their storage containers were newer and very clean. They arrived exactly on time as scheduled and they have a separate system to move the container from their truck to your drive without the truck having to come onto your driveway. All items inside were safe when returned and again, they arrived to drop off the container and then pick up the empty one on time, with a smile and outstanding service. Michal was very quick to respond with a quote, provided reasonable pricing, and was able to coordinate pick-up easily within a couple of days! Also received feedback from others involved (building superintendent, movers, real estate agent) and the storage unit was clean, showed up on time, and Michal was awesome during loading! Honestly one of the best experiences dealing with moving. They delivered the container 2 weeks prior to moving on my request. This allowed me to conveniently load the container in my time. The day I moved, the container was picked up and dropped off at my new home, they did such a great job I don’t think the contents in my container even moved n inch. Mike and Blue Sky provided the most seamless and stress free bin and storage experience we could have asked for. Mike's customer service and response times were unreal. He works around whatever timeline your working with and his actual storage bins are essentially brand new, weather proof and are handled with great care with the Mule tools he uses to ensure they don't tilt or move during transportation. Great company and great management.

We rented a 16' unit to store furniture and belongings in our driveway while renovating. The driveway is only about 10' wide with obstructions on either side. They were able to easily manipulate the unit into the driveway and place it within 2 inches of a fence at the side (exactly where I wanted it). The unit was very clean and easily accessible to load and unload. Mike provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Blue Sky.

Great customer experience with Mike from first contact. Blue Sky was even able to deliver the storage unit next day! The delivery was another positive experience (great driver, showed up on time, unit was clean and delivered right to the spot we requested - even the low hanging hydro wires on the driveway didn't pose an issue). Highly recommended! The container was delivered right on time, and put in place in less than 10 minutes by a skilled employee who made the process look so easy, but we all know it is not. The container was clean and easy to load with many interior hooks to secure your items in place. I was done loading early and Blue Sky was able to pick up sooner than expected, overall a great job this far.

The recommended size of the storage bin was the perfect size we needed. They got the storage bin under our carport and off to the side enough to keep our driveway useful with no damage whatsoever. Very impressed! Just a touch of water leakage kept this from a five star review. Nothing was damaged thankfully but some water seeped into the bin by the end of the rainy month Highly recommend!

Fantastic place for storage! The pod was brand new (not some old beat up leaky piece of junk). The staff were very friendly, and responsive. The technology they used was awesome, the pod was always kept level, so no worrying about stuff shifting around when the pod was moved. Prices were fair, so I would definitely recommend them.

Blue Sky delivered a pod to our driveway and placed it precisely where we wanted. They have a cute tug-motor with forks that get it into a tight space. When the reno work ran a couple of weeks over they pro-rated the extra time. I was very happy with their speedy delivery and pick-up.
