this company bought a new tool from me through ebay and forced me to take it back as broken with very poor communication as to what happened. hopefully this review will reach people and let them know that this company is not very honest and is possibly using stolen parts to make a buck! sorry, but i have no other option as they will not communicate with me to show me otherwise.
Very satisfied with the warranty repair on my Ridgid drill.
