I'm from out of province and I came to this branch with my baby the teller named Jerry games told me to go to my car to get my phone so he could get the code of it to finish helping me. After I got back in from lugging my baby around he made me wait in line again and helped another customer while I waited a second time in line.

Worst banking experience ever! The bank re there Pearl told me to call a toll free number so I can request a replacement credit card. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I was told again that I need to be at a CIBC branch to request a card. Apparently people are not trained very well. Very frustrated and disappointed!

Never enough tellers during prime hours always tuck waiting a ridiculous amount of time. No service person and always annoying when u see staff in their office appearing to be busy when there are 15 people to see a teller. Might consider changing branches and banks all together.
