I’ve never experienced so much incompetence at a financial institution before. Each person you talk to will tell you something different about how processing payments and how account setups work. Frontline staff have zero knowledge and rely heavily on the help centre and management for help which leads to long wait times and poor service. Their mistakes will cost you your time and money. Avoid RBC.
