Absolutely the worst customer service at this branch we have ever experienced, not to mention the constant problems we've had with the bank itself. They are crooks. Stay far away from Scotiabank, we have had nothing but problems and have been loyal customers for over 10 years. Can't even believe the way we've been treated.
The employee named craze was so helpful and polite to fix my issue. She was seeking help from her supervisor while the time of service but anyway she helped me to get the certificate that was really needed for my immigration purposes. Need this kind of employees that can understand the problem of customers.
