I didnt even know that there is a specific type, shes very helpful. She even said goodluck, more people like her please!

Terrible customer service. No matter what time of day there is at least 10 people waiting in line 1 (maybe 2) tellers open moving painfully slow may I add and 10 staff standing around talking amongst themselves ignoring everyone in line
