Trying to pay the entire balance of my car loan and they are telling me they don't have access to TD Auto Finance. I call TD Auto Finance and am told the branch have direct lines to them that skip any queue to speak to them directly to resolve issues. They are making it harder to give them money... why? I'm switching to Scotiabank.

For 16 years that I have been at td bank - I am very pleased with TDbank. But today I had a service equal to one star. I think a woman named Kimberly could be more polite especially with what is going on instead she belittles everyone outside of your bank on lagimodier. I'm not impressed with the service.

Terrible customer service. Some lady, looks younger, glasses and kind of orangish/blonde long hair helped me the last few times I went in. Very rude, also changed my account from student to unlimited chequing without my permission, went in today and closed all my accounts and moved to another bank.

They messed up my accounts, so when my loan was to come out it said insufficient funds. Took 4 different people to finally sort it out, after they said I was in the wrong. Then 2 weeks later received a notice I was delinquent in my loan payment. Rediculous. I will not deal with this place again.
